Very friendly staff. Would have been 5 stars but the attention to detail was lacking and there was paint all over my toenails. Also the first time I have ever had my toes peel within a week and the 2 friends I brought with me and I realized that there were some serious price discrepancies.

The lady I had was nice and made sure I was satisfied, so far I’ve had a good experience with the acrylics to.

Horrid.My mom & I were there for 3 hours for just a fill & pedicure. They didn’t even know what “pink & white” was. We had to coach them through it. The man doing our pedicures was looking back & forth from their TV bc he was so engulfed in the soap opera that was showing. I literally asked him if we needed to change the channel so he could focus on the people that were paying to be there!Our nails turned out retched but our toes were fine. The polish is outside the “lines” of our finger nails & her white wasn’t even.And no worries- it’s just my wedding weekend. 😡

1st & last time at this place! Moved too far away from my old place so I am looking for a great place to get a pedicure every other week. The experience was really bad. I was moved after my pedicure to have my paint dry & I just sat down when another worker sat their customer down next to me & took the fan/heater that was placed on my toes. When I said something he acted like he didnt hear me. I ended up messing up the paint on one of my toes because I had to go to my car with wet paint on. They charge $30 for a pedicure when there are so many nice places to go to in Rockford that charges $20 & does a great job. For now I will drive all the way back to Rockford in order to be satisfied. They also charge $2.00 more for the use of your credit card. Its a service they should offer you for free! I am already a paying customer now I have to pay you in order to just pay!?! What a crappy place!

They make you feel like a regular customer. My nail tech snow is very good and talented. Charlene is one of the best owners out there. She respects any religious restrictions and does well to work around them. An excellent place to relax or have a great conversation.

Ive tried every nail salon in Freeport and this one is my favorite. The staff is really nice. Ive only had two nail technicians do my nails there and they do a good job. Snow and her husband (I forgot his name) are really great. Only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is that I wish they had more nail colors.

3 people are awsome here but they dont take the time that needs to be taken.. the last 2 times I have been here iv had my nails pop off on me witch is very upsetting why spend over 50$ for them not to even hold up a week very disappointing.. got my daughters nails do e for her dads wedding an they kept pooping off after only a week...🤬😡🤬😡

I went in to get my nails done for a wedding and they did a terrible job. I got gel nails and the worker handed me the nail polish remover and told me to get started on taking off my nail polish while she could help someone else. It hasnt even been a week and my nails are starting to peel. Getting my nails done is a treat, and I expect them to last for at least 2 weeks before any peeling starts. I would never go there again or recommend anyone.

Went for a manicure...the lady 1st only soaked one hand n clipped nails and didnt even file them and when sje polished them my 8 yr old couldve done a better job...knew i shouldnt have went there since minh n snow arent there anymore...will not be going back again!!

Snow & Minh are the only people I let touch my feet!! Theyre amazing! Snow is very creative with her designs :)

They do a good job. And always very friendly!Last visit though, I had a younger guy and was down at far end by the tv.He kept stopping to watch the tv show that was on. Once I even tried to get his attention to keep going so we could get done. Just an odd experience.

This place only seems to care about quantity and not quality. When I came in, I told them I wanted a gel manicure. After the guy took off my old nail polish he starts cutting my cuticles without soaking my fingers. When I asked about it, he said he was saving me money. He went on and on about how this was cheaper and that I was still getting my cuticles trimmed. I LOVE getting my cuticles trimmed and I did not appreciate him trying to “save me money!” When I said I wanted a manicure...I meant I wanted the whole process! By this time I️ was a little irritated, so when he reluctantly offered to do the whole mani, I declined. He never asked how I️ wanted my nails trimmed/filed, he just filed them short. He then sped through the polish part. He got polish all over the sides of my nails on my fingers. The color was uneven. He then put the top coat on very haphazardly, missing parts on every nail! The top coat doesn’t even go down anywhere near the cuticle! I will never go back. They seem very flippant and obviously do not care about what they do.

When filing the sides of my feet one of the lady’s rubbed the skin off my toe and then proceeded to blame me. I sent them a message with pictures and they refuse to respond.
