I came in with my niece and mama and we all got pedicures. We all really enjoyed ourselves- it was my niece’s first ever pedicure, so it was def a treat for her. I had Tammy and she was great!

Love love love it! Never got my feet done before, but my foster mother had her 69th birthday and this is what she wanted to do. Have been to Nail Art before when I worked for NDC, right next door for eyebrow waxing! The ladies and the men are so good, so nice. Made us feel comfortable and will gladly return!

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this nail salon. I shouldve paid attention to the red flags!! I was there right when they opened, and the station i was set up at was filthy!! It looked like it had never been clean. And a lady behind me getting a pedicure was even complaining about unsanitary conditions. They make you wash your hands and wear a mask which is great, but it doesnt seem like they clean their equipment and stations, at least for the nail tech I had. Fast forward to my nails. I got a full set of acrylics. I showed the gentleman doing my nails what I wanted. He went and got the colors (one of the colors ended up being the wrong color but honestly I feel like thats not his fault, it looked like a pastel until applied). The first nail he did looked great. But as more clients started coming in it was almost as if he started rushing my nails? Or he just mightve not cared because I wasnt a regular. My nails, except for the first one he did, ended up looking awful. They were bumpy and uneven and some of the edges are jagged. Some of the tips are thicker than others. The color is patchy on some of them(some spots on the side dont even have color). And the nail tech was really rough, it hurt alot. He kept jabbing me with his nail. He took the grinder and straight up ground down my cuticles, some of them were raw and bleeding and burning. At one point i pointed out to him that one of my nails was uneven and he said it was just the way my nail was and kind of fixed it. I felt bad and didnt know what to do so I just let it go and paid and even tipped him and left. Everyone kept telling me to go back and get them fixed, so 3 days later I did. And good thing i did because on my way back to the salon one of my nails just snapped right off out of nowhere!! They were kind enough to fix them for free but unfortunately I ended up getting the same guy again. I felt bad because i had to micro manage what he was doing and at one point i ended up giving up because every time i asked him to fix a mistake he just made another one and messed them up in a different way. I ended up deciding to just go back to Diane Nails and have them fix them when I need a fill. Im disappointed because this salon has great reviews and I wanted to try out a new place, thats why I went to them in the first place. Maybe its just that specific nail tech that contributed to my bad experience.

My granddaughter and I had a gel manicure and acrylic nails today. She showed them a nail design and they copied it perfectly. We are very pleased.

My absolute favorite place to go in FXBG 💗, but they get busy so I recommend you make an appointment! Oh and bring a pic of your nail idea they’ll have your colors ready for ya when you come in.

I went in for a manicure on Monday at 4:00 pm; today is Thursday at 11:00 am....this is how my gel manicure has lasted----I have been getting gel manicures for years and have never had one do this--the first nail chipped while I was DRIVING HOME. Yesterday, my little fingers polish just fell off while driving---Im a sales rep--I DRIVE. Im not opening boxes, have hands in water, etc. Like I said---I do these manicures every 2-3 weeks as that is how long they have always lasted but of course, have not gotten them from Nail Art. I called yesterday to let them know that Id be back in town on Friday and would like to come back for them to repair--the response was come in and well look at them---OH NO! The response should have been OH, we are so sorry--come in and we will repair them for you ---I WILL NOT GO BACK FOR THEM TO EVEN REPAIR-

I went in last Friday it’s Thursday now not even a week. I went to get a fill in and gel for my acrylic. My nails are lifting already they’re not staying down on my actual nails. She rushed and you can see my color I had on my nails before coming here. I’ve never had this problem before with other places. But I went with a friend and won’t be coming back

I went to this nail salon last Sunday around 2:00 pm. I’m new to the area so I thought I’d try this nail salon because they were open and other nail places weren’t. I got a pedicure done here by one of the male techs and he did a horrible job. He scraped my foot with something to ruff and this is the result and plus the polish job he did was really horrible no clear polish for top coat! I don’t think I’ll come back here. Unless someone much more experienced can do my pedicure next time. I’d really appreciate better service next time. Thanks

I have been a client at Nail Art since 2007. I have acrylic nails with gel polish, I get regular pedicures and occasional eyebrow waxing. I am always pleased with the high quality, professional service. My nails last for a long time! I’m not easy on them. I can count in Nail Art to accommodate large groups when I bring friends and family. You can walk in, but if you want to make sure you don’t wait then call ahead for an appointment. I highly recommend making Nail Art your go-to nail salon.

I always have a great experience at Nail Art. The salon it is a very welcoming, relaxing, inviting and clean place to visit. I love the work that Tammy does, but everyone is quite talented there. After leaving the area for a few years I came right back because of the quality of this salon. When you visit a salon you are supposed to leave feeling relaxed and refreshed and satisfied. They got my right in as a walk in at a busy hour, had several people in there. All the staff was really friendly and didnt mind I had my 2 year old daughter with me. I was a little confused as to why I had 3 different people work on my full set of acrylics but in the end they look amazing and they all did a wonderful job! My nails look EXACTLY like the picture of what I had in mind, color and all!! Will definitely go back!!

Between the AMAZING SERVICE (no reasonable request or design will EVER be denied), the speedy but skilled staff, Clean facility/ strict cleanliness procedures, phenomenal waxing services, fast wait times, and ABSOLUTE BEST PRICES in town you can’t go wrong!!!! I’m a huge fan of the fact (not during COVID19 @ this time) each mani and pedi comes with a paraffin wax dip. I usually get at least a gel manicure, if not a pedi and brows too.... the insane amount of attention they pay to detail while trimming my cuticles has me coming back, YEAR AFTER YEAR, even if I occasionally cheat and try a new spot( I’ve learned to avoid dissatisfaction by just coming to NAIL ART). They will always find time to take care of you, or are at least respectful of your time and honest about the wait if they can’t. The convenient location is a huge plus. I’ve been coming to Nail Art for years for mania and pedis. Tammy and her staff got me to step outside my box with the dip polish and for the first time in a long time I love my nails.

My family and I have been coming here for years. The owners (Tammy and Johnny) are always there to make certain every service is top-notch. If there is a question or issue with anything (and there usually is not!) they are quick to respond to make sure we are satisfied. We have manicures, pedicures, waxing and SNS manicures done on a regular basis and find their prices to be in line with the area. We will happily continue to come here and recommend it to others.

I went in for a fill on my nails. They were so uneven that I couldnt let them polish it because I knew I needed to go somewhere else. I asked for the bill and it came to $28! $28 for a fill with no polish and they said they had to charge me $7 to remove my old gel polish. They also said they gave me half off. Im so glad they didnt charge me full price for this horrible set of unpolished unfinished Nails! I wont be going back

The lady that did my nails tore up my cuticles. I have several fingers where I have cuts from her clipping and filing. When filing my nails she was literally rolling over my skin. My nails were cut so short it almost hurts. I did the dip powder and she was sloppy. She missed the sides of my nails and on my pinky finger she got part of it to cover my cuticle over onto my skin. Half my nails are really square and half are roundish-square. She was also on her phone almost my whole manicure. I will not being going back.

I give this place 3 stars because they actually did my nails pretty well a few times. I have been coming here with my mom for the past few months, and she gets gel manicures which she is pretty satisfied with. My reason for not giving a higher rating is because of my experiences with their acrylic nail services. Back in late August, I got my nails done for my cousin’s wedding the following weekend. I picked out my color and shape, but the bad part was when the technician began drilling my nails. If only my past self knew that drilling your natural nails was very bad for them. The technician drilled my nails and I guess he drilled my natural nail too much because it started to burn! :( Same thing with my other nails. I was too shy & scared to speak up because he did not seem too approachable and I did not want to start any conflict. Although I was in a lot of pain, I let the technician continue his job. After the procedure, my nails continued to hurt but stopped after a day. Fast forward 3 weeks and I’m there again to get my nails done for another wedding the following weekend, lol. I decided to just give it another chance, I mean who knows, they might do my nails better this time. I ask for acrylics and this time a lady did my nails. I picked out the color and shape, and she starts working on my nails. It wasn’t as painful as last time, but oh my gosh the nails looked so bad. They were literally awkward pink rectangles sitting on my fingers. Being the shy girl I am, I didn’t speak up. I also didn’t speak up because the store was about to close and the rest of the technicians were having what sounded like a karaoke party in the back and I could tell she wanted to just finish and go. I just looked at much nails in disgust. I vowed to myself to never go there again. I’ve seen ladies being satisfied with their nails there, but those last two times really blew me. Some honorable mentions are: they leave the door open for no reason sometimes, the tables where they do your nails are usually dusty, and the man who did my nails was a bit rude and looked stern. Don’t come here to do your nails, look up some well-rated nail salons. It may be a tad pricey, but I’m sure they won’t leave your nails in pain.

I had SNS, also known as the dipping polish done. Ive been getting this type of service done a while so Im familiar with a really good job and a poor job. Hence my review of only 2 stars.The guy who did my nails made 3 of my cuticles bleed and the shape of my nails dont match. Some are roundish-square and some are just square. They length is not the same with all my nails either. When asked, I requested he cut the long ones to match the short ones. That didnt happen. After making my cuticles bleed I was ready to go and just deal with the bad nail job. They overall dont look natural.

We went this morning, before our vacation, they looked busy but i asked if they could get us in and the guy said yes and sat us in a chair with warm water. 50 minutes later when one customer was finished and went to a manicure chair, i asked how much longer they thiught it would be. They said 5 minutes.. By the time they got t to me, my feet were cold. The man did my pedicure, did not cut my cuticless, used cold water to rinse my feet. I asked for a flower on my thumbs and he said they couldnt do it even though I have had it done there before.I always went to Nail Art when i wanted mani pedi, took family,member and visitors there.BUT NEVER AGAIN. Tjere are too many nail salons in our area to go to one where they are,party and treat you badly

1. Noticed they barely clean bowls after each pedicure. 2. Male owner was rude. 3. Left door open and it was cold and raining, owner eventually cut on portable heater by door once I had to put my coat and hat on. 4. Paid for gel set and two nails were cracked in two days. Never had that happen previously with gel nails.

Every experience was poor! I finally gave up on this place for good! Tips only in cash rude owner who doesnt like to say, sorry and also blames u for the gel peeling off your nails! WT?! No way! Place is filthy and they leave the door open when its hot and humid outside. Im new to the area and tried this place because its so close to my house. I usually give a place 3 tries but with this place I should have backed away the moment I noticed how the owner spoke to me. Never again!

My mom has been coming here for years; she finally got me in here (bc I WAS so set on my nail place). Oh my, I have been missing out BIG TIME!!! The service is awesome, so nice. We had an hour and 30 min pedis!!! Seriously!!!! The jelly pedi is a must try!! My feet and legs have never felt this soft and silky!! I highly recommend this place, plan on trying out their waxing and full set nail services!

I went on a Friday to get a fill and a pedicure and by the following Thursday I had three broken nails. I went to the shop and had them repair them, and they shaped my nails anyway they wanted and they didnt even match the shape of the nails I had. When I got there they looked at me as if I broke the three nails myself.

Came with my mother.She got her eyebrows done, a pedicure and a manicure.When they did her pedicure the gentleman took the time to take care of my mothers ingrown nail, which most will not do in general. They took their time with painting her nails and they even lasted a lot longer than they do going to our more local shops. The only problem with the eyebrow waxing was my mother had a reaction to the wax or the oil, one of the two and broke out badly later that day.I had gotten a Gel French Manicure, it was more expensive but the lady, Tammy, took her time and even fixed a few smudges that occurred on accident while they were in the Lamp dryer. They were Extremely courteous and even to their other customers were nice, happy and gave me an over all satisfied feeling for just spending 40$ on just to get my nails done. I would highly recommend them to people and have been even to my co-workers who all loved my nails.
