This place is a bunch of one trick ponys that need professjonal development to learn new techniques as well as better listening and consultant skills. Holefully in the future to not just pretend to listen and hope they do not notice by holding the mirror further away. Then go hide in the back room.

I want to personally recommend Jailyn from Regis Hair Salon as she did amazing highlights for me and dusted my layers and not cut...anyone w long hair gets what Im saying haha....shes also our go to for my mans haircuts. The prices are affordable and her personality was on point, she listens, she empathizes, she follows thru with focus ❤
I had my hair done by Megan. She was extremely nice and professional. I did not get what I asked for. I am an African American woman and I showed her a picture of what I wanted and got nothing at all that I asked for. She looked at the picture three times and still didn’t do what I asked. I left the shop overpaying a total of 151.00 and had to pay another stylist to do my hair over. The relaxer she did was not done properly in the back of my hair, I specifically told her I like to keep my edges covered because they are really thin and she cut what I did have off. I think if you don’t do a specific type of hair, you should say so. I’m not a confrontational person and would never make a scene and when I spoke to the manager on the phone she offered me 50.00 back. I went on a cruise the very next day and never made it back there. I won’t be returning there ever again. Very dissatisfied customer.
Super nice people....not very good service. The color and style I requested was wrong all wrong. I decided to try to let it be and see if I could live with it...about an hour later I decided that I really just did not like the cut and I called to see if they could fix it they told me they would call me back and never did, so when I decided to called them, they did not answer the phone. I called 3 times!!! Very very very disappointed and would not recommend!
I absolutely loved my experience today. I had cornrows put in by Keisha, and I love them! The prices are reasonable, and the cornrows look amazing. All the workers were very respectful and friendly. I would definitely come back.
Went to Ryan today for a haircut with layers. Its beautiful!!! He took a long time and did a fantastic job. I havent had it cut in several months, and I was really surprised what he did with the layers!!

Unfortunately a client of mine couldn’t make it in to see me she went here to have a KERATIN done and Natalie apparently did a straightening perm on her hair. Box instructions say to NOT put under heat, or on BLEACHED/HIGHLIGHTED hair so she puts this product in her highlighted hair AND stuck her under the dryer. Needless to say her hair was fried. I would suggest starting to read instructions before applying because in my salon that would be termination or a lawsuit.
Today was my first visit to Regis Salons! I just started going to college at Mount St. Marys University! Paige was an AMAZING stylist! I ABSOLUTLY LOVED IT when she was washing my hair! She gave me a VERY nice and relaxing shampoo massage! When I go get my hair cut I always LOVE getting my hair washed! I will continue coming here when I am in college!Pablo Badia
Today I went to get a simple haircut done, and when I arrived I had asked if any appointment slots were open - upon asking, the employee asked for my information (phone number, name, and if I had previously visited the salon); after giving the information, I was told to wait about fifteen minutes.After about ten minutes, I went back into the salon to wait - nothing happened. I was actually pulled out of the salon, because of the fact that we needed to leave the mall, since it was closing soon.I am very upset that I wasted my time and went on a wild goose chase just to wait for a haircut that never happened - I could have just been told that there was not an open slot available, and I would have been able to go to a different location.
Two perms done back to back after the first one didnt take. My hair looked ok when I left the salon both times but after shampooing using the recommended shampoo 72 hrs later after each perm and $120.00 my hair is still very straight and straggly. Needless to say Im not happy.
Everyone is nice here, but sometimes I question their ability to give a decent hair cut.
Regis was my go to when I was new to Frederick a few years ago, recommended by a coworker. I never had a problem. Ive noticed faces changing and its not the same! I spent $150 on partial highlights, showed a picture and was told it could be done, my hair almost looked the same as it did when I walked in. I called and complained and they set me an appt with the manager so it could be fixed. The picture was thicker blonde highlights with dark undertones. My hair WAS dark brown to begin with. When I showed manager picture she said thats what I got... ummmm are we looking at the same pic!? Mind you I got highlights there years ago and they were perfect. I even showed her that pic and was just going to settle for that style and she said she needed more pics, it was a very good picture of my hair!! (I wish I could put pics on here) she started to fix it and turned my hair grey and then said it looked like the original picture I showed her... keep in mind she said the brown hair I walked in with looked like that picture!! So now $150 later Im stuck with this because I cant do anymore bleach. I wish they would have atleast given my money back since 2 people couldnt do what I wanted, ruining my hair in the process. I wish I never went back to the manager and just paid more to go somewhere else. Lesson learned, I wont be going back.

Do not go here. My daughter had an appointment, showed up early and was told they gave it up for a walk in. Poor service and bad quality.
It appears that no one knows what to do.
Their customer service is below a zero! Never return there again.
