Second time here. First time was great, the lady who cut my hair. Paid like $18 that time. Second time, the guy didn’t even cut my hair like I asked and somehow the price jumped to $27!!?? Don’t know if this is a difference between week and weekend, but never seen any prices posted either time. I paid more my second time for the guy to not even cut my hair right. Does this look like a low fade?

I have been to this place three times. Tom and Steve give very bad and cheap haircuts for $30. The lady gives better haircuts than them, though its still not quite there. However, if you decide to go, request the lady. When Tom cut my hair, he totally disregarded my request and watched TV the whole time, turning me away from the mirror. When I explained he cut my hair not as I requested, he blamed me for not being clear and then demanded a tip. Extremely sloppy and unprofessional. Steve was just totally impatient and annoyed, and he was unable to fulfill my style request (a basic undercut, with a part and faded sides). This place is run by Asians, which isnt a problem in-and-of-itself, but they groom Asian hairstyles. You will spend $30 for a $15 haircut you could get elsewhere. I will not be returning, extremely disappointed.

Super friendly staff, really cool environment. They definitely do a great job with whatever style of haircut youre looking for. This was my fourth visit and Ill 100% be coming back

I had my first cut here last Sunday. The owner and staff were on point with recommendations and made me feel relaxed and left me greatly satisfied with my cut.

This place is fantastic. The owner is amazing with my 10 and 12 year old boys. He is super friendly and does an amazing job. Its a little pricey, but you get a great cut everytime.

GREAT WITH SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN. We have gone to barber Than since moving here in 2017. Hes not only a very talented Barber(that can please pickey teenagers)but is also amazing with our 7yr old autistic son. Than has been cutting his hair since he was 4yrs old, but the older hes gotten the more sensitive he has become to certain stimuli. The clippers are completely unbearable to him now. My son said, the only part of the haircut he likes is when sissors are used on the top. So Barber Than said, no problem I will use scissors for the entire haircut. I told Than I would be okay if it was less than perfect just using scissors, but Than still took the time to make it look like a regular boys haircut and you cant even tell it was cut differently and my son will sit quietly through the whole thing.

Disappointed in the overall experience. First time here and the service was terrible. On a few occasions I saw their masks removed during my visit. Wouldnt recommend.

Been going to Thanh for a number of years and he always delivers on a great haircut. Same goes for a number of my friends who all frequent him as well and they dont even live in Frederick or Urbana. Definitely give Executive Grooming Lounge a shot if your looking for a place you can rely on again and again.

Thanh is the man! I am never disappointed when I walk out after a fresh cut from Thanh. He does amazing beard trims too. I drive almost an hour to come here and have no problem doing so, due to the quality I know Thanh can deliver. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for modern cuts done right. He definitely hooks it up.

My favorite shop ever! Thanh and Cami both do a great job and give a consistent cut every time - I dont feel like Im taking a gamble every time I walk in like at other barbers. The shop itself is really nice and kept very clean. Also, theres plenty of parking.

There are hair stylists, and theres Cami...shes a true master., Ive been to many salons and Ive never had a better stylist who can handle my type of hair like Cami can. I definitely recommend her, espeically if you have very curly hair.

Great place to get boys hair cuts. I take my 5yr old, 10 yr old, 12 yr old, and 14 yr old. They do great undercuts for the older ones and great traditional boys cuts

Came here for the first time, and I had a incredible experience, Thanh is probably the best Barber in the world, very down to earth, and chill, but also experienced and pays exetremely close to details.If you come here, you will feel as if youre worth a million dollars, the interior is clean, quiet, and new. I highly recommend their single razor shave with the steamer, its a tiny bit pricy, but its worth every dollar in my opinion, with that, the executive haircut and the hairwash is completely different from all the other local places. Comfortable leather/massaging seats, along with new tools and fancy shampoos.Once you come here, all of the other barbers and hair-cutteries will immediately cheap and boring.I would rate this shop 6 stars out of 5 if I could.
