The worst haircut my son has ever had! Uneven, not clean. Dropped his tools 2-3 times, shouldve walked out right then and there. After spending over an hour trying to fix how he messed up all he did in the end was shrug and try to blame it on my son. Never again.

Lots of barbershops in the Frederick area but Friendly Faces takes it to another level. The place is clean and well maintained. It’s full of positive vibes and friendly barbers. Carlos is very skillful and full of energy. I have been going there for the past 3 years and always leave looking great after a clean cut. Make a trip over there and you won’t regret it.

STOP! Dont go to this place. They dont know how to cut hair. There were 2-3 barbers in there. The one that cut my hair did not know how to do it but he had already used scissors on the front side so I stayed quiet. He made me look like a hedgehog. The hair looked uneven on all sides. Then his girl friend came and he started talking to her and forgot to finish my hair cut and then said its done and I had to remind him that he had not even touched the back bottom side of the head. He took scissors, cut the length in 2 secs and said Done. Seriously?? I was cursing myself why I decided to give these guys a try! Also, they were using foul language, had no regard for the customer, and were discussing obscene stuff that they were planning to do at some party in hagerstown that night. Beware of this place! Dont lose your money.

The haircut is perfect. The place is clean, well-maintained, and in a great area. The only thing that could improve this place is if its barbers (especially the one that did my haircut) could be a little more chatty with their customers so as not to bore them.

Theres a woman who works here named British, and she is totes the bees knees! Shes not just great at cutting hair, shes an artist at it! Shes amazing! Id have no one else cut my hair.

I’m all honesty, this has got to be one of the worst haircuts I’ve even gotten in my life. I’m not sure if the barber knew what he was doing. The barber was rude and refused to take my suggestions. He cut it how he “felt looks good”. I came out of the shop looking like a child accidentally buzzed of a portion of my head. Don’t come here. Definitely not worth $30 (w/o the tip). To me, this experience should’ve been a $5 cut I could’ve done myself. I never review my experience at places, but this haircut was atrocious.

A friend of mine showed me this place and now it’s the only place I get my haircut at now. They haven’t messed up my hair once, I always come out looking fresh espically with that line up💯. All the barbers know how to have a conversation with you and be able to joke around. They always do what you ask and ask before they do something too. They got Tv’s with shows on too, so you have something to watch. Every time I go out after, I get compliments from friends and family, never bad opinions. Just a nice place in general from my experience and would recommend it to anyone else looking for a haircut.

With skilled barbers, this shop attracts clientele. That said, more of an effort could be made to live up to its moniker. The faces of the proprietor and his staff are not often friendly, often sharing more inside jokes with each other than greeting guests and making them feel welcome.

I went in to get a shape up/temp. At first, it looked okay through the make up mirror, then as i procceded to go home I got a close look. The right side was put to a curve while the left side was put to a box shape. My hair line still somehow ended up uneven and he didnt even give me a full shape up. It didnt look good so now I have to go to another barber shop and pay more money just to fix his mistake. He was gentle with my head but the end results were not satisfying.

I took my 4 year old son here who needed a hair cut bad. We walked in and there was a small wait but they got to us quick as they coukd. My son did nothing but cry through the whole thing. I asked for a high and tight hair cut and the barber did so good with my son fighting it every second. I highly recommend this place. I wish my son would have corporated more. I should have gotten the guys name i really liked him. I hope next time my son won t cry. We will be back again. Thank you for your reasonable prices and great service.

I tried to get a haircut today when the place opened. The lead barber showed up right at nine a.m. He barely greeted me, and asked me had I signed in. I poloitelty said no, because I was the only patron. His response was, thats what the sign in sheet is for. He then proceeded to sit down behind me and eat breakfast. After eating breakfast he went to the bathroom. There was no sense of urgency or politeness while dealing with me. I politely left. He doesnt have to worry about me ever spending a penny there again.

What a let down. Been here since 10am Maybe this place opens at 11am on Tuesdays. Been waiting for an hour for my son haircut. I tried to be patience giving them the benefit of the doubt. Nope!!!

The guy who cut my hair did a really bad job. Not sure if he dont know how to cut females hair. All I wanted was a fade and a line up. Instead it got a lopsided hair cut one sideburn was pointed the other was square. My fade is not even. I should of known he didnt know what he was doing when I asked for a fade and he asked for a picture. I never had to that but okay. SMDH. Now I have to pay to get it fixed. 🤑🤑🤬🤬🤬🤬

I drove an hour to get there because the website said that they open at 0700 on Saturday, I get here at 0900 and they are not open. I waited for almost 30 minutes and they still was not open.
