Made an appointment for 3pm to get a wash and blow dry and haircuts for my two boys. A lady told us they would be ready in a few minutes. After thirty minutes and 4 people just walking in and getting haircuts. We asked what was going on only to have them look at us like we were stupid. Nobody ever serviced us or asked or answered any questions we got fed up and just walked out to take our business elsewhere. By far the worst service I have ever experienced at a hair salon.

I asked for a completely different hairstyle and she gave me a complete different color and everything . I paid almost $200 for something i did not ask for. Do not come here, I don’t recommend this place at all. She was also very aggressive with my hair

The owner of the store is very very unprofessional and doesnt know what she doing and when I came for hair cut I ask something and she did completely different. And when I ask for to fix my hair she denied to do so and she replied with anger I have my license I know what I am doing. She is just very aggressive person. They have a different price on the counter top and she charged me way more than the price tag.. DONT GO THERE....

Excellent! Martha cut my hair to perfection! My mother was a stylist in DC for 30 years, owned her own beauty salon on Wisconsin ave for 15 and cut my hair. My cousin has cut my hair thereafter, but fell Ill and could not continue. Ive been going from stylist to stylist ever since. I think I have finally found the stylist for years to come. The owner is not professional. Made up her own price. Charged double what the sign said. And was extremely rude the whole time we were there.The employees are professional and did a good job.

Ard so look i walk in and already i knew their cuts were CLEANNNNN. they got them fresh seats, fresh windows, fresh everything i swear. ard now lemme talk bout them cutsss. mans gave me a fade that’s cleaner than a suburban pool (i don’t know what that is, i just said it cuz it sounded clean). anyways i see this one mans in there with the cleanest cut. his name christian or sum idk. but mans gave me that fADE FADE like goddamm. on everything y’all gotta get a cut here.

I wanted a specific haircut. I wad going from just a little pass the shoulder length hair to a not so short pixie cut (To be exact Audrey Tatous pixie cut). I have the same type of hair, texture and color.. Martha said she could do it. I asked several times if she was sure because I have somewhat curly hair. I even showed her pictures of what I wanted exactly to the tee. She reassured me that she could do the cut. My haircut is AWEFUL!! She chopped my hair so bad that in order to fix it I have to get it shaved almost all off. I am so devistasted! I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK AND NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS SALON!

If I could give them Zero stars I would. This place is so unprofessional, it’s ridiculous. My experiences with them have been horrible. Every time I go in for an appointment the prices would mysteriously change, EVERY-TIME ! I also have been double booked more than once . Not once did anyone apologize for the inconvenience. I remember my last appointment, as I was getting my hair done, they had the front door open, huge fan running in the back while some lady was sweeping up dirty hair on the ground. Hair was all over the place, People were LIVID. That’s not even the worst part, my hair started extremely shedding after the first few appointments, I realized they used different products every visit. I have a few friends that I had recommended to go there when I first started, that are also are having issues with hair loss as well. They need to be held accountable. I repeat DO NOT GO THERE !

Didn’t do what was asked for. Needed just a minor trim and ended up with barely any hair to tie! Also my mom paid $150 for permanent curls and came out same as she went in. Lady said to be grateful that she charged that & that next time it would be $200! It’s not the price it’s the quality and they don’t have any.

So far two stars. They’re taking customers during covid19 but appointments only. I made an appointment for 11am, it is now 11:22 and they aint even busy. I dont plan on coming back.

So last week I went to to Marthas hair salon to get my hair highlights they so not professional when it comes to highlighting. I dont want to go there ever again because of they didnt choose the right color that I chose. And I WANT TO GIVE 0 STARS.

One of the worst place I have ever been they do not have any system in there. When you walk in you dont know what to do or who to talk to . Best you can do is sit in the waiting area, just to find out that the person take came way after you is getting a haircut wayyy before you .

Where do I start... I am from Dominican Republic, so I only trust Dominican hair stylists because our hair is just different. I have a relaxer also, so we need rollers and then blow drier to straighten it. I walked in and the girl that washed my hair has no clue on how to handle my type of hair. She didnt detangle it while it had conditioner on and it was still wet. The Dominican stylist tried to detangle it with leave in condition which is a hell no because relaxed hair tangles a lot and that way it break and damages it even more. So I had to detangle it myself... next you have to wait 20-30 minutes because she had another client. Lets just say that pissed off was the least that I can say. Never again!! Lets say that I had to walk out, this is the worst hair salon that Ive ever been to.

I am really surprised how this place is still offering services, the women are not friendly and the owner is always with a bad attitude, it seems that they are going to give us the cut I regret this since we have many Latinos who look for this place. When you go it seems that one stinks why they look at it very ugly until one feels uncomfortable.

Mrs. Leticia is not a professional in all senses, she leaves the client with the bleaching procedure at medium and she goes to eat, she is working and answering the phone and she does not pay attention to the work she is doing, it takes four hours to make highlights and for his bad procedure passed and my hair is splitting Im not one of those who like to comment but the one who manages the place should pay attention to these comments I do not return with any and nor do I recommend it, the hair is horrible

I made my appointment and asked to be attended by Martha or Adela, I arrived at the place and Martha ignored me and said: she finishes in 5 min, after another woman approached me to ask me what I needed, and I told her I had an appointment and she said: OH YES SHE CALLED AND ASKED SOME OF YOU TWO! In the end, this woman was the one who ended up applying the dye (which I myself wore) and supposedly Adela would end up cutting it off. Between the application of my dye and my haircut, I expected to take 1:15 min at most, but as always !! Afternoon 2:15 min 🤦🏽‍♀️.1. I work very dirty, the woman almost put a mask on me with the dye, then they will clean it for me like with a whole bottle of liquid (because it was black) and the woman studies said, omg I thought it was red! 🤨Afterwards Martha ended up cutting my hair and for goodness sake she only gave me scissors and reluctantly. 😖 all the time looking annoyed.Besides that the other workers are very scandalous and unprofessional with their comments. I do not know if they do it to offend the client or the coworker I NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE

They gave me an appointment by phone days before, I traveled 45 minutes from my house because they told me wonders of the place, its people and its attention ... and when my time came they told me that they could not attend me, that they should make another appointment for another day because who was going to assist me had two other clients, etc. ZERO CONSIDERATION !!! ZERO RECOMMENDED !!!
