Butchered my 10 year olds hair only asked for a simple trim. I said keep the length just to small trim so his hair isnt in his eyes. Before pic and 2 after pics. And it cost me $21. Basic i could have left a 5 year cut his hair for free and have the same outlook. They should be ashamed. Never ever again. Anything with the word clip in it avoid.

Got a buzz cut and beard trim by Renee - awesome experience! Have a scar on my right side that makes it hard to proportion my beard- so she evened it out for me and made it look nice and neat. I look great and feel like a million bucks - highly recommend!

Britanny is awesome. Shes mostly niceish and 60% of the time she gives a good haircut ALL the time.Jokes guys. its jokes. This place is great the staff are all friendly and great. If someone flubbed your haircut- give it another try. If you go back to the same person and they flub it again...I feel like thats on you right? Same person really? But the third time would be a hundred percent on them. 100%. Also the prices are great too.

Decent, but dont expect a Texas Sports Clips experience. And for the price you could go get a quality barbershop hair cut experience. Quality of the hair cuts was ok, but they never have enough stylists working and the wait is always forever.

Everything was great, up to the payment. When it was time to pay we went through I put my card in and pushed the option and gave the nice lady a $5 tip. It said approved on the machine and she said it didn’t go through and took the receipt and set it to the side? And so I went through the process again and this time she said it did go through and yes I gave her another $5 tip NOT THINKING I WAS GONNA BE CHARGED TWICE. Yes I was charged twice. I knew something was wrong; I literally watched myself get robbed. And I know this because later that day I noticed 2 $28 deductions to my card... no men’s haircut should cost $56. This is nonsense. Probably won’t be returning. And yes it’s sad this the first review I’ve ever made and it has to be bad.

We have been to other Sports Clips in the area and this was by far the best. Attentive stylist and very good with our 12 year old son.

Renee was a gem. She was skilled, quick (I was on a time crunch) and efficient. Good conversation and the wash and shampoo after the cut was clutch. I will be going to her everytime from now on. True pleasure

My son asked for his bangs trimmed and she cut the sides, back and hair short in the front. He’s been trying to grow his hair out and now he’s so upset that he has to start all over. Why can’t the stylist just listen to the customer. So upsetting

This place is 2/2 for terrible hair cuts (e.g. misalignments, patches missing) They should offer free hair cuts because it seems like the staff is mostly inexperienced and untrained. My father-in-law and I decided to try Sports Clips to get their MVP treatment (wash and massage with the cut). Its better to forego the pampering and go to a professional barbershop for a mens haircut, there are plenty of options in the area.

Brittany is the best stylist I have ever encountered at any Sports Clips. She liked my accent and I liked hers lol

The haircuts by Brittany where excellent as usual! But you need to fix the heat! My grandson was freezing getting a haircut.

Used to use this place for myself and my son but will not be ever going back after today. There is an old grumpy lady who doesnt know how to speak to customers. Asks if we checked in online with an attitude, then after signing in and wasting some time come back to check how much longer the wait was and she angrily tells me I cant come in. If you dont like your job or speaking to people you should probably just quit or find a job where you can be alone all day. Plan to tell everyone I know to never come here again. She always has an attitude and is a poor representation of the company.

I checked my son in online, we walked in, and saw he was first on the waitlist with a wait time of 5 minutes. Was told we needed to wait outside, so we did. After 30 minutes we walked back in to check what was going on as several people had walked in and been serviced while we waited outside.I noticed his name no longer on the TV list. I started asking about it and was rudely interrupted and told I was still on the list, but the reservation was blatantly skipped and the name was no longer on the wait list. Very poor reservation management and even poorer customer service. Do not recommend.

Decided to go back to a place to cut my sons hair. Weve been cutting at home. When did kids cuts become expensive. $16 not including tip. I wish they listened better when telling them what my kid wanted. Weekdays are best. Weekends are usually an hour wait.

Went in, checked in, and was told to wait. 30 minutes later I get called only to get sidelined by someone who claimed to have already checked in, and I get forced to go back to waiting. 90 minutes pass and I still hadnt been gotten to, was completely forgotten about.

Excellent visit and Penny was great with my son. Everyone seems to have a great attitude here and Ive always enjoyed my visits here.

Val did a wonderful job cutting my sons hair. She first cut his hair at 6 months old and it turned out great, even with him moving his head around alot. Shes sweet, and very conversational. My son is now a year old and we have been going back to Val ever since.

Already stopped going here a couple years ago for uneven haircuts. My husband insisted on trying again to save a buck and the outcome is about what you would expect. Both boys have completely uneven hair and one of them has 2 large chunks cut out of the back. This isnt even a situation where you just let it grow out and try again. This is going to have to be fixed by an actual hair stylist. Absolutely ridiculous.

Been there a few times because I didnt want to count the place out for one bad experience. First cut was average, second was lopsided and the last one (same barber as the first time) cut patches into my head. I thought I was starting to bald until I realized areas of hair gone that werent gone before I got my hair cut around the sides and temple. If Im being perfectly honest, I could give myself a haircut on the same level as this place, it leads me to believe I have the same level of experience, none.

Best barbershop in the area. Its taken me a while to find the right shop and even longer to find the right stylist. Being military its hard to find a style that fits regulation and ELizabeth continues to find ways to exceed the standard. I also like how she pushes the products in a professional manner. Management at this location shows competency by keeping employees like Elizabeth as valuable team members. Glad to call this place home!

Horrible haircuts. They should change the name to overpriced hair removal. The haircuts are great if you are a small child wanting a bowl cut. Anything else is apparently too complex for the staff to comprehend.

Becca is fantastic! She was able to figure out exactly what I wanted even though I didnt really know myself. She also remembers you, your haircut preferences, and is very friendly and sociable.

Ive given them the benefit of the doubt twice now, but this place always messes up my cut, and they want to rush you through like an assembly line. The price is over the top. Its just all in all not a good experience. All I ever ask for is a complete shave with a number 2 guard, and they cant manage to get that right. Ive been shaving my own hair for 10 years, Id rather just stick with that.

Went in and asked for a medium fade with a drop. Ended up getting a high “fade”. So not only did I get the wrong haircut; but the quality of the fade was abysmal...And now I look like Bert from Sesame Street.

I had Dawn as my hairdresser, and she did a great job with my hair. I was in and out in about 20 minutes, 5 star service.

Almost anyone, with some training, can cut a guys hair, however Brandy is able to cut my Daughters hair. She is great with kids, I used to have to travel all the way to Columbia to get her hair cut at Cartoon Cuts but since I found Brandy no need. My daughter also loves the MVP treatment.For my son, Brianna (or Bri) all the way. While it isnt as hard to do a guys hair, she did an excellent job on my sons hair cut to the point where my wife took notice! (She always is inspecting my daughters hair cut to be sure the bangs are straight and all that - the guys in the family tend to get the once over glance to see if we are acceptable).

No complaints. Fast service, happy with hair cut and no issues.

They completely screwed up my hair. If you have long hair, dont waste your time. They dont know how to style it, only to cut it off. Emphasis on hairCUTS rather than a hair stylist. Never going again.

Was asked if I wanted a beard trim I said ok, just a slight trim. Incompetent “Stylist” whacks off half of my mustache, left it crooked, and still charged me for the trim. Will never go back, will not recommend, and will share my story.

I went in today (1 November 18) and Dawn not only cut my hair but she trimmed up my beard and made sure I walked out looking as sharp as I was dressed. She was great!!

This was our first visit to Sport Clips and the customer service was exceptional. RJ was VERY happy with his hair cut and we will definitely be back again! Thank you!

I use them for last resort hair cuts since they have late hours, open Sunday. I can never get a decent cut from them, however. And, they are over priced.

Im really picky about my hair and Elizabeth is my go to girl here she really knows her stuff and does a perfect fade. Very pleased :D

I usually just get a buzz cut, but I decided to change it up and go to SC. I asked the stylist, Rebecca, for her input and she did a phenomenal job with my hair. I will likely go back there for future cuts.

I cant even comment on the quality of the cut because I left before my name was called, because at the rate the hairdressers were working the likelihood that Id still have any hair left for them to work was too small to justify waiting any longer.2 of us waiting for a cut (for 20 minutes at this point) and Im watching a heavy girl with a ridiculous hairdo (the whole 90s skater thing where half of your head is bald and the other half is far too long).She was actually putting down the trimmer so she could gesticulate with her hands while droning on about social issues with a fat guy in a mustache whose hair she was butchering (at a snails pace).Lady, were not paying you to waste our time while you have a chat. It would be one thing if it were slow in there, but it wasnt. After the third time she put down her tools to talk with her hands, I hastily exited and will never be coming back.

Google screwed up on navigating and photo....it was Not there. HOWEVER, THIS PLACE IS NEAR THERE, I FOUND IT, AND IT IS AWESOME! ESPECIALLY ALAINA. SHE IS THE BEST

Update February 3rd, 2018 4:17pm.I brought my son in here for his haircut and the blonde girl cutting hair, I don’t know her name because she didn’t have a badge on and didn’t present a name, basically turned us away. She made it apparent that she didn’t want to attempt cutting my sons hair. “It’s a new...so yea...if a child can’t be restrained or is upset we will stop cutting hair”. It was a very standoff situation that made her current client question her and she again stated that “It’s a new rule so...”. I can’t recommended this store anymore after that experience and I’ve been coming here for three years...
