I didnt actually get to use their service, but Im still giving them two big thumbs up. The gentleman I talked to was very polite. Their estimate was very reasonable. I had a friend come pick me up to get coolant for my truck so I could get it home without a tow. But the business was kind enough to call me back and make sure I got back on the road safely. Very pleased with their customer service.

We broke down at 8 pm on a Sunday. My Auto Insurance Company Roadside Asst couldnt find anyone that was open. We called 2 other 24 hour towing services that sent us directly to voicemail. Brad picked up the phone and promptly picked us up too. Courteous and responsive.He was certainly our hero in our moment of need
