Racks a bill for crash victims so they can claim legal right to thousands of dollars for vehicle accidents. They claim they arent trying to rob you while racking a bill to take from your insurance company; and act like they want to help while just seeing dollar bills from tragedy.

Showed up in 20 minutes. Super friendly and met the unique needs of my situation. Best price after calling 3 other places. TImely, affordable, friendly....what more could you ask for?!

Called them to tow my truck at 10:45am. Waited around for this guy who said it would only be 15 or 20 minutes. Well 11:45 rolls around and I call them. They tell me they had another call they had to take for the state. Which is understandable if it was a 911 call. Never the less no one called me to tell me that it was going to be more time that they had a 911 call. So at 11:45 I called and he told be everything and they would be on his way in about another 15 to 20 minutes. I call them at 12:05 because they are still not here to pick up my truck. Dude tells me hes right down the road Ill be there. I wait another 20 minutes and I call and tell the guy like yall have been really screwing me over that I need this truck towed. Well the driver starts to get an attitude and yells in the phone I TOLD YOU I WOULD BE THERE IN 20 MINUTES. Well by this point its 12:25. Their shop from my location is 21 minutes away. Ive been here since 10:45 waiting on this guy and with alot of attitude on the phone. So I tell my GF whose with me if hes not here by 12:45 Im leaving. 12:46 rolls around and I call the guy to forget it. Now after waiting 2 hours, you would expect some empathy. I was cussed out on the phone because I wouldnt wait for him cause he was right down the road, so another tow company name Processers was there in 15 minutes and had my truck towed for less $$

I was recently traveling through the area, Im originally from Chicago, when my car gave out on the side of the road. I was right near the Franklin city border when I was in need of emergency towing. I hopped online and typed in towing, thankfully Advantage Towing showed up within 25 minutes! Chris is such a great guy and he was telling me all about how he works with his dad, Danny. I really liked that I chose a family-owned business and it was easy to get a number for somebody when I needed it.

Absolutely the best towing service around! My husband and I broke down on our way home from Alabama with a trailer in tow. We were still 60 miles from home and no other towing service on Franklin hand the equipment or willingness to help us. Advantage towing made it to us within thirty minutes of our call and drove us all the way to Lebanon, TN and dropped our trailer at our home then took us back into town and dropped the car to our regular mechanics lot. We were exhausted after a long weekend of work out of state, but the assistance this gentleman provideded was certainly above and beyond! Thank you again...

Danny was super nice, gave me an estimate of when he would arrive and apologized for being late due to traffic from an incoming storm. He turned what could have been a horrible night into a much more pleasant experience. Honestly, the circumstances could hardly have been worse - the sun was setting, it started to rain, my fiance was out of state, and I was stranded and alone quite a distance from home. Looking back now, riding with him now feels more like I was on an adventure with an old friend. It wasnt awkward or sketchy in the least. He came to my rescue, took me and my car 30 miles to my workplace where I was able to borrow another vehicle. The whole ride back we had a great conversation about animals and farming, which were common interests we both shared.Ive had other towing companies leave me stuck for an hour or more without apologizing for the inconvenience. One even drove right by me to go on another job and I was forced to call their dispatcher to inform them. The other called me back over 12 hours later (at 6 am, no less!) to ask whether I still needed a tow. Are you serious?!? Because they know Im in a bad way and wouldnt call them if I had any other option, their customer service left much to be desired.My experience with Advantage was completely counter to my previous ones. Danny was concerned, friendly, and prompt. Thank you! I would definitely call them again if I ever need a tow and highly recommend Advantage Towing to everyone. Other towing companies definitely need to take a lesson from them.

Chris and Danny do a wonderful job.They have towed vehicles ranging from classic Corvettes to 1 ton trucks and always without incident. Keep up the great work!
