I cant say enough GREAT things about the service, professionalism, respect, compassion, timeliness and help that was shown when I needed a tow truck with flat bed along with a larger tow/crane after an accident involving my truck and RV. I would give many more stars, if that were an option.

Great experience! Grant was very communicative and helped me schedule my tow at the best time for both of us. He was safely able to have it loaded on rollback to save me some $ and he was very professional throughout the process. Sean the actual operator showed the same professionalism and courtesy. Bill was absolutely amazing to work with! We broke down on the interstate and called AAA, who sent Grahams to take care of the tow. We needed to go over 100 miles to get home, and Bill took great care of us. He showed up even quicker than we expected and was highly professional, personable and kind through the whole 100+ miles. And he expertly navigated through some windy country roads to get us home safely. Would 100% recommend!

Bill with Grahams Wrecker Service was very personable, competent, and professional. As the van my husband and I drive and work with is an extremely valuable piece of machinery. Bill took every precaution to make sure nothing was damaged and was handled with care. Communication by email only, 2 1/2 hr wait with all requirements met, they will charge you for saturday and sunday even though you cannot get your vehicle out until monday, the price ungodly and not people friendly at all. Beyond a joke heads up...

Was recommended by another tow company to call Grahams wrecker needed my RV I just bought pulled out of the mud a good 100 feet in. Was given a price over the phone and thats the price I was charged Scott is the one that came out and the owner. Very friendly and speedy response was quoted 90 min eta I was 45 min out and he beat me there by a couple min. He had it pulled out in no time. Very good at what he and is company do. Im so thankful I called them. They will be my first call for now on. My RV was buried deep and he had it pulled out in less than 45 min with no damage and on his way to his next call. Very impressed with their work and the way they run things! Thank you Scott and thank you all at Grahams wrecker for your excellent service. Any time I need a tow or anyone I know needs a tow. I went to pick up the vehicle from there a couple months ago. The owner of the company decided to play a little passive aggressive game and sent me on a wild goose chase to find a vehicle in the back to take out to take to a superior shop . After 20 minutes trying to find a vehicle, I realize they had already set it out in the roadway. I guess the owner and employees like having fun that other peoples expense. After I gave the key back to the gate, and noticed that they had set me up, they continue to pretend like they had no idea what was going on with the vehicle. This is a relatively small operation, they knew exactly where the vehicle was ...they just love playing games ....

Curtis Hines, I am concerned by your review. If one of our drivers was unsafe, we would have hoped for a call at that time to deal with the issue immediately. We pride ourselves on employing top notch drivers with good safety ratings, and our trucks are inspected daily.We tow very few with tow lights, so it must have been an isolated incident. We are sorry for any issue.

Called for a wrecker. He showed up when he promised and gave a fair rate for the job. It was even on a Saturday. I would definitely recommend them and I will use them again when I need a tow.

I have never had such a pleasant experience getting a vehicle towed. The guy was super nice and polite and said usually I come around and its a bad day for people. So my job is to help make their day a little better. Have never heard that kind of pride during these experiences. Im mind blown at how great the experience was. Give the guy a raise.

I would like to express my gratitude to Grahms Towing service who came out to me at 2:30 am Tues Morning to recover my vehicle where I had a mishap due to a deer running out in front of me. They were so sincere and sympathetic to me in such a time of distress. I reside in Ohio and am not familiar with the area. Broke down this morning around 6 am on the way to work, called and they quickly answered and arranged for my vehicle to be picked up and taken to the mechanic shop and drove me to my residence afterwards. Quick, friendly and excellent service. Would reccomend and will use again if I ever need another wrecker pickup.

We had this company paint a Jeep grand Cherokee for an owner of a business that was a client of mine. That owner called me after they got it back, they did an ok job with the paint, but they could have done a better job keeping their opinions and thoughts to themselves. We ended up having to take it back to get some of the wiring fixed, made me feel bad and guilty about having them finish the job they didn’t complete. The owner of the vehicle can vouch for everything said here, I am saddened by this and it left me feeling very hurt and confused .

They keep your personal items they are not allowed to keep your personal item and they refused to give them to you.

I hope that Scott or Michelle can reach out to that owner and make things right, and not start another 20 year grudge like they have been known to do with local competitors in the past. I was in a accident and went to the hospital. 3 days later I found out they was the one who towed in my truck. My truck was totaled and when I went to get my stuff out of it all my tools was gone so I had to file another police report for that. Your stuff will be gone if they tow your vehicle in a wreck. That was my experience with this company.

Very rude unsympathetic was hit by 18 Wheeler had to be taken to hospital they towed my car I got released and had to go 30 miles to get to call there yard was running late due to road closures was let in gate to sign papers so they could get paid from insurance company and they refused to allow me to get my items from my car and said come back tomorrow so they made me have to drive 50 miles home then back 50 miles to retive my items will never recommend and will tell all to use any other company if possible
