Harpeth Towing was able to come to my rescue in a very short amount of time because they have enough flatbed trucks in service. I called other companies and was told that the wait time for a flatbed was at least three hours or more. Harpeth towing was there in less than 35 minutes from the time I called them. My driver was very professional and I would use them again but this time I would call them first!

I do not recommend. Spoke with Zach and said someone would tow us with in an hour. 3 hours later no show won’t even answer the 24 hour service. Very unprofessional. Had to call another tow service to pick us up.

Ive never had to tow a lift machine with special needs on top of towing it and they were able to tow it on top of doing extra work for a reasonable pricing and this company was the only company that was able to successfully handle these specific needs with no issues. This is very appreciated. They saved me from a future headache. Thank you!

Harpeth Towing did a great job picking up my disabled vehicle and delivering it for me. Everyone was professional and they were actually able to get to it faster than originally scheduled. Its one of those situations where you hope you never need a tow but if you do, I would certainly recommend and use them again.

Mr victor came out and yanked me out of ice without even a scratch. 250,000 plus pounds and not a scratch. Realized i was on my own dime and did me a total solid. I am giving harpeth number to every driver i know when in nashville area. Victor was awesome i tried to but him dinner he wouldnt take it. Was not a easy load to get on good ground after this crazy winter freeze. We been working on it for 2 days. I wish id called them yesterday! Anyway you have a great operator there at the wrecker service and real decent fella. Thank yall very much and i will be using yall again. Hopefully in spring time!!

Warren was fantastic. Went way over and beyond. I was having a 40 ft container delivered to a hunting camp and due to work I had to send my 77 year old dad to meet Warren for the drop. Warren made sure everything was perfect before he left. Help get it level and everything. Ridiculously helpful.

Everybody from dispatch to the tow truck driver or very nice and friendly and gave me a great estimate on how long it would be before they got to me. The tow truck arrives before I was able to get to the car and he was friendly through the whole process. I would definitely call these guys again if I needed a tow.

Every was great, except the pick up man, he would ask me questions over the phone about the toe and then not give me time to answer he would just keep talking, after this happened 2 or 3 times in our conversation, I let him know I did not appreciate his conversational style. Other than that all was efficient and easy.

Not a bad company. I would reccomend them normally. My experience was a little frustrating because i was dead in the water in snowy inclement weather and they never called back. If this happens u may want to try spring hill towing. They came and got me in the middle of a snowstorm. But like many of my reviews i dont believe in being negative without reason. And they may have been understaffed that day which in many cases can not be helped. I wouldnt let that reflect on them as a company. I would still try to call them and see what they have to say and then go from there! Remember these guys work whatever hours they have to so be kind if they say they can not get you. Be patient and keep looking around. If its an emergency please let them know your situation. So that in case of something severe they may contact emergency services.

Very professional! I received calls to keep me up on how long it would take for the tow truck driver to arrive. I called on a very busy day, due to a tornado hitting the night before. However, they were able to get me taken care of in a reasonable time. I would definitely use the service again, as well as, refer them to family or friends.

I had a bad day yesterday. I took my car on for a simple oil change and they forgot to replace the oil cap. Next thing you know my car is filling with smoke. Warren brought me turn conex containers out from Hermitage to Murfreesboro. The first day he came out it rained so hard and lightened so bad we neither one had a dry piece of clothing on. From me trying to help guide him in my driveway to helping him put the chains and straps away in the rain. The second container went great. Our car was hung up on a culvert, leaning to the drivers side in a ditch. AAA sent a wrecker that said he couldn’t do anything, this after waiting app 4 hours for him. He said try Springhill Towing, we called and they had no interest in helping after hearing where the car was and said call Harpeth Towing they told me app when they would be there ands Jerry From Harpeth was right on toTime. He had me sign a disclaimer due to how the car was sitting but explained his goal was to get it out without a scratch and HE DID. He made it almost lookEasy. He explained everything he was doing through the process. I’m done with AAA and will only call Harpeth Towing if needed in the Future. I had a dead battery on a Sunday and called to get my car towed. Was told it would be a couple of hours before they could get someone to me. The driver was there within 20-30 minutes instead. He asked if I wanted him to try to jump it off instead of towing. He was able to get my car started so I was on my way, and not out the expense of having my car towed. I wish I remembered his name - I know it started with T( my son thought it was either Thomas or Travis, but I think it was something else). Anyway, I was very glad that this is the company I called. Quick service, and really great driver!

Our vehicle was towed to the wrong place, a simple, honest mistake that just needed to be fixed and was caught within minutes of it happening. Instead, we were treated with hostility and threats by the person on the phone. We were expected to pay an entire new towing bill and wait another 2 hours or more, when we protested, threats were made about impounding our vehicle. A few minutes later, we received a call back saying that they cancelled the impound call but we just have to use another company because they’re refusing us service at this point.I was going to write a good review based on my last experience (just a few days ago)when I was prompted today via text. Obviously that changed.

Dispatcher Herbie was most informative about the pick up of my RV and available for my questions. Jonathan, the tow driver, arrived ahead of me and had already checked out my just-purchased used rig and cautioned me of his concerns regarding my tires. Id been told several times by the seller that they were brand new but I was informed by Jonathan that there were cracks and tears in the 4 back tires and his concern was a blowout en route. This information was most helpful as I cautioned the sister of the seller that saying they were brand new tires was a misrepresentation of the tires condition. There may need to be some legal re-negotiations on the purchase. Jonathans information was most helpful. My communication with Harpeth Towing was thorough, spot on and most considerate. Purchased a wrecked Jeep from copart which had a broken front axle. The shipper called 2 hours before delivery and said he didn;t know how to get the jeep off their trailer but we had 30 minutes to get it off and he would be here at 12:30. I called Harpeth and explained the situation and sent a picture of the wrecked Jeep on the shippers trailer. Harpeth sent two professionals and two giant trucks and showed up precisely on time even though the shipper didnt. The team gracefully removed the Jeep in a safe and controlled manner at a very fair price. The whole situation could not have gone better, and Im still in awe at how well this was done. I wish the shipper would have been as professional as harpeth towing! Glad to see someone else takes as much pride in what they do or more than I do! Thank you all again! I forgot to mention I called harpeth less than two hours from when the vehicle was delivered and they still pulled this off!!!!! Bravo team!!!!

Williamson medical center had my vehicle towed when the police stated it could sit on the property I even have a police report stating it as well now they expect me to pay 734 dollars just to get my vehicle with not only my belongings in it but my 4 small children belongings as well. They are not willing to do payments of any such so I can get my vehicle so I will be calling an attorney they are greedy money hungry pigs who deserve to be turned into the better business bureau

Called at 10 am and they said it was a 3-4 hour wait. I said ok that’s fine. Waited until 2:45 and called and they said that someone is on the way. Well at 3:50 I called back and a different lady said that nobody was on the way to me and I still didn’t have a truck on the way yet. It is now 4:45 and I haven’t gotten a call or anything. The shop was supposed to have my truck this morning but now I have to wait until tomorrow because the shop closes at 5:30.

Harpeth Towing Hero!I had been waiting for about 30 mins for Ford’s customer Roadside Service, when a Harpeth Towing truck pulled up & asked if I was ok. I told him I had already called Ford’s service & was waiting. He volunteered to at least quickly put air in my tire so I can pull into a parking lot where it was safer. That was when I decided even if it cost more, I wanted him to help me. He made the time to help & I cancelled the other service call. He ended up changing my tire super fast & was $2 less then Ford’s Customer roadside service.I was able to pick up my kids from school without them having to wait longer on me to get there. 😄

He showed up rather quickly, and was helpful and professional while loading my vehicle. My car is modified and sits lower than most, and despite that making it harder to load, the loading process was still quick and done correctly.

Youre already having a bad day if you need a tow truck. Ended up needing 2 tow trucks due to all wheel drive. Both drivers were prompt, friendly, kind and above and beyond helpful. I cant tell you how nice it is to encounter that when youre already having a day. Thank you!!

Called for a tow at 9am they told me 2-3 hours, ended up taking all day and then they went to the wrong address and I ended up having to have it towed the next day. I paid an employee to sit with a vehicle from 9am to 5pm with multiple calls stating it will just be a couple of hours throughout the day. They gave me $15 off the fee the next day, bad business and customer service and barely even an apology for the multiple mistakes. I would not use them ever again.

I deal with towing companies on nearly a daily basis and I have to say, Harpeth is one of the most courteous, professional towing outfits I have ever dealt with. Always responsive and polite...good group of guys. Wish they had a branch in Knoxville.

Their drivers are very inconsiderate and unprofessional. As in they dont follow the rules of the road and use their trucks (w/a car on it) as a weapon, out of road rage from not knowing what theyre doing while speeding on the interstate chasing the other driver playing games. I really hope Harpeth Towing stops paying people to do this.

I was told I can come pick up my vehicle between 7am - 9pm but when I show up Im told I cannot by a very rude woman. This is a vehicle that was towed under false pretenses as well, expired registration and tags but the vehicle is current now Im being extorted by this place and their underhanded deals with apartment complexes. So my vehicle is held hostage over the weekend while these people get to extort more money from me.

As if youre not dealing with enough at the time you go to pick up your vehicle and find out its a disaster. Had a motorcycle motor in the back strapped in with plastic. Upside down and uncovered is the way I got it back.
