Id like to say big thank you. You guys were great. My tire blew out in the middle of the night. I called 4 other towing agencies & gentry was the only one that came & rescued us. Arrived quickly and took great care of my truck. Its a 1949 Ford F1 so it was a little more challenging to tow but they did it with care. Only tow service I will use.

I was stuck in the snow when I left work around midnight. I truly appreciate the prompt response and the professionalism of the person that responded to my call. It was late on a super cold night so the quick response was an extra bonus. I will use them again if the need arises.

I drove one of the moving trucks from California to Franklin Tennessee. I was towing a car trailer. This was all because my buddy needed help with moving his family to live in Franklin.After a 2.5 day drive the GPS routes me off the freeway down a few city streets and says make the next right and your destination is on the left.Well that was Goose creek Rd. And went directly into the housing track. Snow was covering the smaller streets and there was no place to turn around.I backed the trailer in the field and was trying to get turned around. The rear tires got into the snow and I was stuck.Triple A told me they wouldnt help after a 20 min hold on the phone. I had been texting with Gentry while on hold. They offered to come help and I accepted. They got to me in less than 5 minutes. They had to barrel through the snow to get on the upside of the truck because I was blocking the road. My truck was loaded DOWN!They connected a winch cable and blocked their truck and got me out.Very nice, capable guys! They then followed me up to the snow covered community and guided me to a 3 point turn and made sure I got safely back to the main road.Good ending to a frustrating situation.Definitely would recommend these guys.

Swerved off highway into median to avoid rear-ending car in front of me. Would have been a non-event if it was dry, but as I tried to get back in the pavement, my truck slid deeper into the median ditch. Not a good scenario when 6 hrs from home and you still have 6 hrs to go. Tow truck arrived a little slower than expected, but given the weather and traffic it wasn’t unreasonable. Friendly tow operator pulled me back onto the highway quickly and without further event. Dispatcher apologized for the rate, but I thought it was appropriate. Ultimately, they saved our vacation.

Tire exploded on I 65 North, searched Google maps, called Gentrys. They said 20 minutes and by God thats how long it took. Jaimie was kind, courteous and professional. I hope I dont em anytime soon but if I do I saved their number.

Anytime you need a tow truck, its not going to be a good day, but Gentry Towing made a bad situation much better. The gentleman showed up very quickly after Franklin PD called and was extremely courteous, professional, and careful with my daughters car. Highly recommended!

My husband and I had our 2020 Equinox suddenly loose power and stall on a freeway exit ramp. The local police called Gentry Towing and they towed us to our hotel. Our car’s electrical system had totally shut down and Jamie’s son was able to figure out the issue. A total lifesaver. All my husbands medication was in the car and all our things we were traveling with. He was so professional and kind and helped ease a horrible situation.We highly recommend this tow company!

I called five different tow companies to help pull my truck out of some mud, the second I mentioned it was “off of the road” everyone else passed on it except Gentry. From now on if I ever get into a situation where I’m “temporarily immobilized” they’ll definitely be the first call I make. Top notch crew that are fair with their prices.

Very prompt and professional! I called to get my Altima towed to the nearest tire store and they were there within 30 minutes. It is not usually a good feeling to have to call a tow truck but I can at least say I called the best tow truck around! I for sure know who to call if I ever need a tow again.

Wonderful people, excellent service. Gentry saw that my Kids and I were broken down and stuck around and waited for us to work out insurance details. I had some unfortunate issues with my car, and needed to be towed from Spring Hill up to Brentwood where the shop is. Their pricing is great, and on top of that, the person that showed up was unbelievably nice and professional. They took care of me with ease.Not only that, but I had another issue with my car just days later (from the issue not being fixed the first time) and had to have my battery jumped off. Gentry again sent a top notch driver out, and not only took care of me, but gave me some great advice to boot. Great work all around, can NOT recommend enough.

Gentry Towing was great! The two gentlemen that came to get my car were quick and easy. Had to have my car towed after all the oil leaked out for some reason. They also let me ride with them to the dealership. I hope to not need them again but if I do I will give them a call.

Gentry Towing helped me out big time today. I had a flat tire I couldnt change. They got to fast and did a great job! NIck and David came out, found the leak ( which saved me $214.00 and did a great job getting me off and on my way to get the tire fixed.
