Adam was by far the best tower I’ve ever encountered. Right from the phone call he was incredibly kind and helpful. You could tell he works with integrity and is a great asset to the team. If I ever need a tow again I will request this company and hopefully get him. Thanks!

Cory Luna was awesome! I went through Nationwide to get a tow for my car and Cory was my driver. He was very polite and friendly. He made me feel comfortable and safe. This was the best tow service I have ever used. Cory arrived before time to tow my car, and even took me home so I wouldn’t have to walk home alone in the heat. I will be requesting this company by name if I ever need towing services in the future. This was the best towing experience I’ve had and I appreciate Cory and he’s willingness to go above and beyond. He was a God sent!!!

Best tow service out there. They showed up in half the time the quoted, accommodated special need for low ceiling parking garage. Driver was cool AF, Id totally let him date my wife on the side, just so we could hang for beers without her complaining that hes always around.

Was working all day and had to have my vehicle towed from one repair shop to another. Zee was so helpful and reassuring and even provided pictures when my car arrived to the new repair shop safely! Great service and communication.

My tire ended up with a flat tire on west end, my insurance company sent this company. The ETA was 90 plus minutes. He got there within an hour. Such a friendly person driving us to where we needed to go. He even parked the car at the discount tire. Thank you so much

They will scam your insurance!!! And I asked to speak to a manager and I was told no!! They have some type of beef with Tow Pro ( one of the drivers told me). My insurance had already paid them to get my car and it’s still at the impound lot. It’s been 3 days dealing with them! Run.

Unreliable and lied to me over the phone told me that my provider canceled my request after paying $180. Contacted my provider and they told me that this company cancelled my request and didn’t contact my provider so they can contact me about it. Waited for about 1 hour and a half. Didn’t contact me to let me know anything. Don’t recommend using them!! Plenty of other companies that will gladly do the work!

I had a really bad day with my car. When she pulled into the parking lot she went straight to it. Efficient, professional and polite. Hope my car doesnt break down again, but if it does, Ill use Pantusa. Cant remember the drivers name!

Adam came to our rescue after my husband’s truck was stuck following Nashville’s recent snow storm. He patiently and creatively tried multiple tactics to ensure the truck remained scratch free from limbs and the neighboring fence. Some time later, I received a call. Our truck was free, signed, sealed, and delivered. 😁 We HIGHLY recommend their services.

As soon as Nationwide’s roadside service facilitator contacted Pantusa, they were on it. Quickly and carefully communicated with me and sent their best. Brian was early, quick to load my car up and careful getting it across town. He is very friendly and professional.

My car battery had drained but it gave all kind of weird messages (key id incorrect, key not detected, blah...). I thought it was an issue with the key and called them to tow the car. When he arrived, Mason immediately recognised the issue, jump started the car and had me back on the road in ten minutes!He saved a trip to dealer, couple of hundred $$$ and left without even accepting a tip! I definitely recommend them, honest and dependable folks, thank you guys 😊

This service was worse than poor. They were 2 hrs late. They delivered the car to their lot and said the gate was closed at Subaru so they couldn’t deliver. However Subaru has NO gates. Then they said they didn’t know where to deliver HOWever I put the address on the form I filled out. Then they sent another truck to pick up my car at my home (was at their lot). My tires were run through the mud and arrived at Subaru 1 1/2 days late. I would NOT recommend them.

3/8/21 - Zee was amazing and professional and communicative.He basically rocks!Another review on 3/12: I requested Zee again for my tow back to my location. He was excellent! He even came to help me on his time off! So above and beyond.If I could leave more than one review, I would. But I’m editing this so y’all should count this as two separate reviews, please! 5 star all around.

Once I put in my roadside assistance request with StateFarm it took about 2 hours for someone to arrive from Pantusa. But, since I went through my car insurance to acquire a tow and it’s Nashville, TN it’s understandable. Brian was professional, he was accommodating even when my phones location services sent out the wrong pick up location, he loaded my car up quickly and safely, and communicated well.

Horrible service.. waited a day before 5 hr and they could not show up..I made an appointment at 1pm for the next day, they came at 12:40pm..when I specifically told them at 1pm. At 12:46 was charged for a service that time..I have a text ..stating at 12:46 now they saying. Service complete. When they never came to pick up the car. Saying that they did took it..to were supposed too. NEVER DID.

State farm dispatched them to tow my car. Qouted an hour and a half after waiting 30 minutes for them to accept the tow job. After about 90 minute mark I get a text from them saying its gonna be up to 2 more hours. Ridiculous. And its 90 degrees out and the car does not run

My tech got to me super quick. My tire was completely blown and he had me back rolling! Definitely will use them if needed again!

I had two tow trucks come out before yours and none of them didn’t seem to know how to put vehicle in neutral. Your tower driver look at the situation, put the car in neutral and towed to repair facility. Great job!!!!!! Thank you for knowledgeable and professional workers.

There were some communications issues that day due to AT&T’s service being down, but the driver was very apologetic and friendly, and explained what had happened. He took good care of my car. I am happy with the service I got.

I am incredibly disappointed by the lack of professionalism I experienced. During the ice storm, my car had experienced a flat tired and I had been stranded from home. I called my insurance company and they had begun the process of setting up a time with the towing. The estimated wait was 2.5hrs, but I ended up waiting closer to 4hrs with no tow in the end. They had texted me saying they were on their way close to the 2.5hr mark, but I had waited another hour with no response. I had attempted to call the company and was immediately placed on hold for 20mins. During this my phone had begun to die, thus I called my insurance company instead. They had also attempted to call, but where unable to reach or hear any form of communication back from the company as well. I was abandoned without any reason or piece of mind. Living alone in TN, I couldnt be more upset with how they left me in the cold without any help what so ever.

Worst tow truck service I have ever experienced. They should lose their AAA contract as this is the most unprofessional, least timely company I have ever worked with

On a scale of 0 to 10 0 if its going to take 2 plus hours waiting but I would recommend your tow driver because he was super professional and show he cared about the customer so based on that I would rate him a 10

Had my 2017 Dodge Charger towed by Zarko he showed up on time well prepared and well equipped with all the right equipment did a great job very well mannered and respectful while following all COVID protocalls I highly recommend this company Iv had my same car towed previously by another company and they broke my rear diffuser that’s why I tried Pantusa and it won’t be my last time

They towed our truck and camper to a local garage and illegally parked the camper so it was towed by the police and now we have to figure out or pay how to get it out of impound without a tow vehicle because of the way they parked it.

Vehicle delivered to maintenance shop took care getting it checked in so save me an additional trip.

Usually when towing companies give you ETAs, you can expect them to be there 1-2 hours after that. I was shocked when they actually showed up as promised. On top of that, Zarko is one of the nicest tow truck drivers Ive ever had and he took care of my prized possession Porsche beautifully. Overall was in a very bad situation, but they handled it very well and professionally. Also ran into trouble when Zarko had to drop off my car, but he managed to suggest a solution that worked perfectly, whereas most drivers would probably just leave your car on the street. Couldnt recommend this place any more.

It took over 3 hours when they said 2. The driver drove me to the auto shop but wouldn’t drive me the 2 minutes home after that with my groceries in the cold and rain. I had to get an Uber. Geico emergency service is sub par, to say the least.

This company had me waiting for over 2 hrs and when when I called for a ETA the young lady was very rude and unprofessional, she hung up on me when I told her that the ETA on the app was giving the wrong information. Very unprofessional! She doesn’t need to be in customer service!
