Crazy fast! I had an emergency where I needed my truck done fast. The problem was diagnosed fast and it was fixed fast!The guy behind the counter Andrew was fantastic. I am not use to this level of customer service any longer. I would absolutely go here again!

Way too overpriced, they said that they were giving me a deal but they definitely ripped me off. The mechanic didn’t tighten my battery and when they changed my tires they said that they would do an alignment which either was not done or was not done correctly. Signed up for the credit card, and they used literally $8 from the limit. I’m pretty sure they’re trained to tell you the estimate is close to what your limit is going to be anyways. Just another money hungry company who doesn’t want to do the right work.

My tire was flat I called a couple of times and they got me in right away and pleasant good air conditioning and nice chairs and Pleasant salesmen fix my tire in 5 or 10 minutes plugged it $22 on my way

Zach and Andrew were able to get my a specific tire that three other shops couldnt. I needed a Falken for my towed jeep behind my RV, and I am currently on a trip from New Orleans to northern Indiana. A professional group at the shop. Look ahead to a special Sopranos delivery.

Finally, a PepBoys I can trust! Fishers and East Washington, Indy have both gone so far downhill that I refuse to go to either of them anymore. Customer Service was most important, and they were lacking, so I am so happy that I tried the Franklin PepBoys! Zachs customer service was above par, answering all my questions, going into detail, and giving me estimates on various things, and letting me know what my car needed in the near future. My appointment didnt have to be rescheduled as it always does in Indy or Fishers, and I didnt have to wait 3 hours - it was in on time, and out within an hour for an oil change and free tire/brake inspection. I was considering giving 4 stars because the mechanic forgot to put a hubcap back on my tire, but I noticed it within 2 miles of the shop, went back, and Zach apologized, found the hubcap, and put it back on immediately without delay. I will be coming to this PepBoys for future service!

My college age daughter blew a tire on the highway near this Pep Boys store. Made the order (tires) on line while I was in the store, in store was a higher price but Manny acknowledged the online order as well as adjusted a time for my wife to have them put on a first thing morning.Oh yeah, they were the only tire center in town with a set of home grown Cooper tires as well as variety and they are fresh. No games just business at the best price.

Brought my car in for a tire repair due to losing pressure. Made an appointment online and was able to be the first one in. The employees had my car ready to go within the hour. The best thing I noticed however were how willing the employees were to actually talk to the customer about there issues and give good advice. I overheard an employee explain why certain tire sizes could create problems on certain vehicles and even help tell a new vehicle owner that something the dealer did was something the dealer should make right. I will be a returning customer.

Awesome place and staff! Guardian Angels in disguise! My son blew his engine while traveling from Chicago to Louisville and was towed here. Staff so friendly n helpful. We were able to leave his vehicle there for a week till we were able to make arrangements to pick it up. I offered the staff money for keeping it there as appreciation but would not take it. Other places would charge an arm and a leg for storage. So very grateful for their kindness and help! Thank you so very much again!

Good place to deal with I have bought tires for a mini van and a dually truck happy with both transactions.

After rebuilding front end I took it to them for a front end alignment. The charged $99.99. After completing the rear end rebuild,, I took it Meinekie for a all wheel alignment. Turns out front end was still out. Only 20 days elapsed and 40 miles driven since Pepboys visit. Meinekie charged less to do front and back vs Pepboys just doing the front. And I never told Meinekie the car was at Pepboys till I paid the invoice. Lesson learned and I wont make the same mistake again.

We have 3 older model vehicles that need frequent service and repair. The team at Pep Boys has always been courteous, helpful, thorough and timely in taking care of us. We don’t take our cars anywhere else now.

This was, hands down, the BEST experience we’ve had with a mechanic… ever! Our car broke down while moving cross country and needed at least a new water pump. This was Saturday afternoon and calling around to multiple shops in the area, it was clear that the car may not get fixed until Monday as most places were closing for the weekend or didn’t have the necessary part in stock.We called this shop and they were the only ones who genuinely sounded concerned with our situation, they told us they didn’t have the part in stock, but if we could get the car in to their location, they would work their hardest to get the part and get it fixed by the end of the day. I said we would call back later if we decided to bring it to this location. An hour later, we finally got a tow truck and decided on this location. We called back to let them know we would be there in 20 minutes.Now for the part that really blew us away. Once we arrived, they took the car in right away and within an hour had everything replaced. Remember, they didn’t have the part in stock the first time we called. They went out of their way to get everything done before we even arrived so they could serve us quickly and efficiently. They displayed such great service to handle a unique situation so close to their closing time. We are so thankful to this location for helping us out in such a stressful situation. These guys know what they’re doing and have exceptional customer service! Defiantly earned our recommendation!

I knew it was to good to be true. Oil change was reasonably priced, so I figured I get the brakes done. Front brake pads and rotors over 500.00. Just the front. I was shocked. I called around and everyone else was half that price. I saved 250.00 by leaving. Should have stayed at my old spot anyway. Dont get taken advantage of here.

Took my car in for an alignment and was unable to get that service. They told they couldn’t get the tie rods loose and that I had a loose wheel bearing. I took the car home to double check and easily got the tie rods loose and there was no play in any wheels. This shop does not want to work on peoples cars and if recommend not wasting your time here.

( I don’t normally write reviews) But I felt like I had to on this one. Kerri was very upfront and honest . They did not give me repairs that I did not need. They did not overcharge me, as a matter fact they were cheaper than most places. They did the work in a timely manner, and gave me several options on ways to save me money.

Well, the tires are good tires, they ordered them, they came in fast, they booked us right away. Well, we had an appointment at one but when we got there, we waited until four for them to get done. There were workers standing around and our car never even got in the shop, they just yelled for us when they were done.

Even when theyre busy they are quick and efficient!

Kerrie was great! We came in with battery issues and she was pleasant and professional in helping us try to diagnose it. The garage was busy, so she helped us herself since we were just trying to figure out if our problem was the battery or not (which was under warranty anyway).

Edit** on 1-29-19 my car started making a noise and I took it in they figured my tire was loose. I will never go back. And I hope people stop going.My tires were put on properly but I had 3 diffrent prices told to me and with an appointment at 1 my car didnt get looked at till after 4. Not once did I see my car in the garage? Would not go back unless I had a completely free day.

Cant say Im super happy with the service here in comparison to the former Blekes. Took care in around 2 due to overheating/steaming engine. Had to call in next day around 11 to find out was a leaking radiator hose and thermostat (asked about compression and was told no check was done). Had to wait several more hours to pick up car. Not entirely upset about the wait, but a lot longer than previous shop would take.My complaint comes from the fact that I paid for a cooling system flush. When getting the car back, there was no liquid in the overflow tank, check radiator and not full to cap. Liquid in the system is black in color, though not using any coolant now and oil does not contain any coolant. Looks like system had flush added into it, but was not drained flush until clear.Can not recommend using this shop, and will go to Blekes in Center Grove or even Meineke.
