I am new to Tennessee and had no idea who to use for my A/C replacement. I received about 6 different quotes from different people. But Caleb and his Father gave the best service. They responded to a broken AC unit so quickly and late in the day. They worked efficiently and corrected another company’s mistake that could’ve been detrimental to the entire unit if not fixed. Also, super reasonably priced!!!

We recently experienced an AC unit failure issue on a new home built by Signature Homes in College Grove. Caleb came out the same day to take a look at it. He seemed very knowledgeable in his field and quickly began to troubleshoot the problems. He found the wall thermostat had gone bad & would not allow the AC unit to turn on. He replaced it & the 2nd one also failed, so he went into the attic & determined the units circuit board was also bad, causing it not send the proper current to the thermostat. He also discovered a fuse was blown as well. We were disappointed that such a new unit would have so many problems so soon, but we were very impressed with Calebs ability to resolve the problems quickly. Its all up & running fine now, thanks to Calebs skills. He was very professional & continually explained what he was finding throughout the process. I would highly recommend Caleb for any of your HVAC needs as he is one who takes great pride in his work & you can trust to do a great job. Keep up the great work Caleb!

Caleb went above and beyond to fix our AC unit!! He was unbelievably thorough and made sure everything was working perfectly. His prices are fair, and quality of work he does is impeccable! This will be the only HVAC service I will ever use!

Caleb and his crew are highly recommended. We had no heat from our unit that was nearly 20 years old. He came out the same day I contacted him. Our units ancient parts prevented him from repairing that day, but he had parts for the repair first thing the next morning. Came out, did his thing, but gave us the news we had expected. The repair would get it working, but it was just a matter of when, not if, itd go out again for another reason. He provided a no-pressure quote on a new unit, and we decided that was the way to go. He did not charge us for the initial diagnosis, parts, labor, etc for the repair on the old unit. He gave a great quote on the new unit. It was a no brainer. If youre needing HVAC service in his service area, call him first.

My upstairs AC unit quit working while I was gone this afternoon and came home to an upstairs that was hotter than a sauna. I looked for an AC/HVAC company with Sunday hours or 24hr service. I tried several who claimed to be open 24/7, but Leipers Fork actually answered. Caleb said he would be here by 10pm and he was actually 15 minutes early. Hes super nice and diagnosed the situation easily and repaired it in just a few minutes. Very satisfied with my service and experience.

Have to add to this review Negatively unfortunately. Originally I thought I was dealing with knowledge and profession leading me to believe my house was completed and secure underneath. Later on I started receiving HIGH electricity billing and am grateful I had someone working on my floors as they discovered Caleb and crew left duct work wide open and I was losing all of my AC underneath my house blowing freely. I called him to take care of the issue (Said he couldn’t come three days) and still yet they did not repair properly. A handy man had to go underneath to seal off issues and repair their work. I received three extremely high bills and they offered nothing back for their error. I will not use again and would not recommend. The only thing they do is heating and air, how did they NOT do the only thing they do?!!! Very frustrating and definitely not interested in keeping repeat business.

We just had a new split unit installed by Caleb, and he did a very clean professional install. The removal of the old unit and installation of the new was completed in one day, and without any issues. Excellent pricing and quality of unit. Highly recommend.

Worked on my old HVAC unit and would have repaired it had I wanted to go that route. Instead chose a new York unit and couldnt be happier with my decision.
