I had a bypass damper installed. It is supposed to make my current 2 zone system quieter and more efficient. Time will tell. Considering the materials and time involved in this job I feel the price was excessive. Cannot see where the price was justified.

We kept receiving texts and email notifications alerting us that the humidity in the house was too high. My husband and I could not figure out why, so I called Dugan Air Heating & Cooling. A service technician came and checked the whole system (which is not yet a year old) right away, cleaned the compressor and reset the Ecobee thermostat. He did a thorough job checking everything out. There was no charge since the system is still under warranty. It gave me great peace of mind to know that everything is in good working order with August just around the corner. Bill was amazing! I went in assuming I was going to be price gouged (since Im a woman). Bill gave me 4 options (all various price points) and took the time to explain each one. Had a 27 year old HVAC system replaced with a high efficiency system. Dugan Air was highly recommended so I included them when getting estimates. Even the big coupon pack HVAC companies couldnt match Dugans price and warranty.More important than price is the great customer service. Always friendly and polite, they are responsive to my needs and schedule. I dont have to wait days or even weeks for service. The service techs are knowledgeable and respectful and always answer my questions in a way thats easy to understand.Thats always the best part of smaller independent businesses. Think about the last time you had to call a national chain to get personal service. I would wager the experience was less than mediocre and time consuming. I doubt you will experience that with this company.

We’ e used Dugan Air for everything related to heating and cooling and they’ve also installed 2 water heaters, one of which required extensive installation. They have maintained and repaired everything for us for close to a decade at 3 residences, installed 2 ductless systems and recently installed a new AC, heating system, and wifi thermostat. On the day of our appointment, AC Technician called ahead to let us know he could come earlier if we were available. DuganAir install a LP heat pump an it works great, the installers were here 6 1/2 hours an could not tell they were here. They even swept the work area an removed old furnace. They were extremely courteous. Have used it for about a week an very satisfied. I would recommend DuganAur to anyone who was needing a furnace. They are differently TOP shelf.
