We just had our second AC unit installed by Jeffs team at Heritage. The service we received first time round made Heritage and easy choice when this second unit went out. Jeff took time to walk us through what was wrong and all the options available to us to help us make an informed decision. It never felt like we were being sold, in fact, Jeff proactively suggested ways we could save money and explained the difference between the brands and models and how they differed.The installation teams were great, they didnt mind my asking questions and were really friendly to my kids. They took care of our home (carpets, personal items, walls) and took extra steps to minimize the disruption to our family. They even put my drop ceiling back together so I wouldnt have to get my ladder back out!Overall very pleased the service provided, the advice given, and the results we got. Highly recommend.

My older upstairs AC unit developed a refrigerant leak and needed replacement, while the furnance is in great shape and fully functional. I got a couple quotes from local HVAC companies, all recomending furnace replacement, and upselling other things. Jeff came out, and recomended replacing only the AC system since the furnace was in good shape, and off the top of his head knew which evaportator coil would be a perfect fit on the furnance. On the day of the install the techs Billy and Matthew arrived on time, were easy to deal with, and did quality work, which was great since I am particular. Great experience from start to finish. The great reviews are accurate and well deserved.

Heritage did an awesome job for us! We found a water leak coming from our split unit in the attic. They prioritized us in scheduling, and communicated throughout. Alex Officer was our technician. He had a great attitude, was super helpful, and efficiently diagnosed and repaired the issue causing the leak. He even found a secondary issue and repaired that as well. We will definitely call Heritage the next time we need help!

We had company in from out of town so of course an hour or two after they arrived our upstairs HVAC unit went down. I was connected with heritage at the end of the day. My ancient AC system finally gave up the ghost early this week as it struggled against 90o. I called Jeff and Heritage after getting a very high quote and upsell from a large HVAC company. Jeff asked me to send pictures of system, was able to recommend a better replacement over the phone at half the cost of my previous quote. Was hoping to get to me in a week, called the next day and knowing I was without AC went overboard to squeeze me in! Steve and Alex came out and did a first rate, neat professional job on install, answering my questions and showing me what they were doing, and left the area as clean if not cleaner then they found it. If you have a heating or cooling need I would recommend you call these guys first!

When I walked into my house late this afternoon, it was at 59 degrees and blowing cold air. I called Heritage and asked for their help. I cannot say enough good things about Heritage Heating and Cooling. We contacted Jeff on a day when our heat went out. It was freezing! I thought there was no way anyone would be able to come out, because we had just received tons of snow and ice and the roads were terrible. Not only that, but we live on an enormous hill and anyone that came out would need to park at the bottom and walk up due to weather conditions. Well, one of the technicians, Josh, volunteered to come out and help. He was able to diagnose our issue quickly and have our heat back up and running again! This company actually cares about customers and knows what they are doing. In this day, thats hard to find. Highly recommend!

Cannot recommend Heritage enough. Saved us big $$$ a couple of months ago after a well-known competitor told us (falsely) that we needed completely new units. Saved us again recently when our upstairs unit had a coolant leak.

Had my old unit go out the weekend before Christmas. We knew it was time to replace. Jeff made it out on a Saturday to check it out and price a new one. His team had it installed a few days later. When we moved into our current home the Heritage Heating & Cooling name was left as a recommendation from the prior owner. We have now used Heritage for over 5 years for any HVAC service needs. Our needs were primarily due to a 20+ year old system that they kept in working order for us whenever we had an issue. We finally gave up on the old system limping along and asked for their help to replace the unit. (I must add that the unit is placed in a difficult spot to reach, in the attic, unit laying on its side, requiring the technicians to lie on plywood slats to stay out of the insulation while installing!) They did a great job and we recommend them!

After 2+ nightmare weeks of misdiagnoses on my broken heating system with a contractor provided by my home warranty (Amazon Home Warranty), I finally convinced them to let me get a 2nd opinion with a contractor of my choice. I called Heritage directly and Jeff (I believe the owner) responded within an hour and Josh the technician was at my house the next morning. Josh was awesome and diagnosed the real problem in under 30 minutes and was out the next day with part in hand and fix done in about an hour and a half. Very prompt response to initial call and very prompt scheduling of service appointments. Once they even told me how I could fix something myself without the need for a service call (It was was a pretty simple fix -- nothing technical -- but it worked!). Installers and technicians are always competent and knowledgeable. I recommend this company to anyone.

This company is a 5 Star operation. From the owners to the technicians!! Heritage has been my go to since I moved to the area four years ago. Their response time, and professionalism are outstanding. They always explain in detail what they are doing or need to do.They just replaced my upstairs heat and air unit last week. The technicians arrived exactly when they said they would and there were about eight guys working on the replacement. My heat went out, and they were able to be there in less than an hour to diagnose the problem. They could have replaced an expensive part of the unit, but the entire unit was old so I decided to have them install a whole new unit instead. They were able to do it the next day. Very fast, courteous, and reasonable prices.

We contacted Heritage Air to have our air ducts cleaned. We called and that same day they were able to come and do the work. The two employees that came were great! Very friendly and considerate (we have a newborn and toddler) they did everything they could to keep the noise down and let us know when they were turning on their vacuum. The price was very reasonable and we can tell a difference in air quality.

On Tuesday, 8/13, lightning struck my house and I lost both of my A/C units. I called Jeff Parks at Heritage (been doing business with him for 12 yrs) and he immediately dispatched Josh out to diagnose and determine that I needed new units. Josh was very knowledgeable and very professional. My units were installed today (8/15) and I couldnt be more happier with the installation services I received from Stephan and Justin. After contacting Jeff on Thursday, he advised his tech would look at my furnace on Friday. However, due to a steady downpour it had to be moved out. Monday wouldve been fine with me since cold weather had yet to arrive, but Jeff made arrangements for the tech to come on Saturday.Steve arrived as scheduled and after inspecting the furnace confirmed what another company told me...inducer motor is bad, and the recommendation is to replace the complete furnace due to its age. Within 10 minutes, he left me with quotes for several units (both less than the competitor) and said to let Jeff know if Im interested. Absolutely no pressure.I already made the decision to contact Jeff on Monday and schedule the work, but he reached out Sunday afternoon asking if I had any questions. I didnt, and advised which unit I wanted. He said Steve and Josh will be out Monday morning to install, and to boot, I was upgraded to the next model at no extra charge. He said he did this because of my patience. I was shocked as this is unheard of these days. It proved to me he puts the customer first, and in my opinion is just one of the reasons why there are so many positive reviews.As expected, the techs arrived as scheduled, were friendly, professional, and courteous. Our air conditioning went out during this brutal heat and the owner was very responsive. He came out immediately to asses our unit and was prompt in finding a solution. They tried every option to fix the unit before coming to the conclusion the unit needed replacing. I was confident they did everything they could to get the unit up and running prior to having to go to the cost of replacement. The technicians were very professional, informative, and prompt. Last month I was in need of two new HVAC units for my home. After a very strong recommendation from a friend, and reading the reviews on the Heritage web site, I decided to make the purchase from Heritage. I was pleased to do business with a family owned company and it was an added plus to be able to talk directly to Jeff the owner of the business. Heritage Heating and Cooling went above and beyond over a weekend to help us with a repair for our AC unit when the capacitor went out on a 90° day. Jeff was very friendly, went out of his way to help us, and ultimately saved us a lot of money. Although this time it was just helping us replace a small, inexpensive component, their level of customer service in the small things has convinced me to work with them when this unit inevitably goes out for good later in the year. Definitely recommend!

I recently used Heritage to install both a new AC unit and furnace. From the first call to the installation, everything was far better than I even expected after reading the previous reviews. Jeff came out the next day, and first checked to see if repairs would be the most cost-effective way to go. After realizing it would be better to replace the units, Jeff gave me 3 pricing options. When Steven and Justin came out, they were more than courteous and clearly top-flight pros in their field. Since its been installed, the upstairs bedroom (converted from an old attic space) has had markedly better quality of air, something I wasnt even expecting. 5 stars for Jeff, Steven, Justin and Heritage! We called them out a few weeks ago to look at our dysfunction HVAC unit. It looked like we needed a new unit. We called another company for another quote/second opinion and found Heritage was offering us a bigger unit at a better price. They came in and installed it, no problem, and fixed some of the problems we were having with our duct work as well so our AC is working better than ever. I definitely would recommend them.

Ive used Heritage several times over the past few years (for both regular maintenance and a major install), and have always been more than satisfied with their work. Great service and some of, if not the, most competitive prices in the area. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Our downstairs heater went out on one the coldest days of the season so far. But, like all things, I tried to fix any obvious failures. Once that did not work out I performed a search for a good HVAC company on a few of our neighborhood sites. Heritage was a repeat suggestion as a reputable supplier. Upon meeting Jeff, he was honest, and gave me his expert advice. After quick consideration I decided to follow his advise. His Technicians were Professional and also tolerant of the many annoying questions I asked. Their installation was quick, his price was fair, and their follow up was appreciated. I really have nothing bad to say as this was a positive experience. Oh, last comment, I have been here 30 years and have had all bad experiences except once prior to this installation which was clean and highlighted with extra attention to the little things, in this case digging out for the drain, applying drainage material, and even putting up a nice metal guard to protect that drain.

Putting the relationship aside because Im a good businessman who likes a good deal, I put a major A/C unit replacement job out to bid among others. I found one considerably more expensive and one very slightly cheaper who had lousy reviews. That led me to move up from being a maintenance customer to a major customer... and Id do it all over again. I am fiercely loyal to this team and I have already recommended them to friends several times. I recommend them to you, too. Consider your shopping done. Youve found people you can trust and who will ALWAYS treat you fairly.

My AC unit was not keeping up with the rising temps and it was Sunday morning. I found the company online and communicated with Jeffrey Parks (owner) who responded within 30 minutes. He promptly scheduled a visit for his first opening. I ended up not using this company because I was able to get in touch with the company that actually installed my unit. However, I found Jeffreys responsiveness impressive given that it was a weekend, and I appreciated knowing that he would have been able to come out on short notice. I would consider using them if I have trouble in the future.

Im a DIYer that needed a part. My 16 supply trunk was terribly attached and I needed a ridiculously big elbow. Jeff personally checked the warehouse, was surprised to find it and met me on his way home to deliver it. He did this as a favor to a neighbor although he didnt know me. This was 10 years ago and I still remember his genuine willingness to be helpful and he taught me how to treat customers.

I have been a satisfied customer of Heritage Heating & Cooling for over 16 years. Jeff and his team are very accommodating and professional, and their response time is super quick. I came home yesterday at 5:30 PM to discover that I had no AC in the house and called Jeff. He immediately responded with a text message (even though it was after hours), and Jeff was at my house before noon today. Cant beat their service, and their prices are great, too! Jeff was very professional and when I told him how old the HVAC in my recently purchased home was, he came out on a Saturday to give me a free estimate. In 2 days the work was done professionally and at a reasonable price. In fact, they came out again 2 days later as they had forgotten one small part of the job. I chose heritage based on the ratings here. I was NOT disappointed yall! I told them that I was pregnant with a toddler and teen and our house was close to 85 degrees once it went out. He had Justin out within the hour who was able to get it running again in less than 30 minutes! He was efficient, courteous (thank you for taking off your shoes!!), thorough and very knowledgeable as he provided helpful tips for the future. I will be recommending to all of my friends!

Awesome experience. Both our downstairs and upstairs units stopped cooling with the hot weather moving in. Even though he was fully booked, Jeff was able to fit us in the same day and sent Josh over within a couple of hours after I called. Josh was very professional and friendly and was able to quickly recharge both units and get them cooling again. The price was more than reasonable and less than Ive paid other companies in the past. I would highly recommend Heritage and will definitely use them for all of our heating and cooling needs in the future.

Our AC unit suddenly stopped working on a Saturday evening. I was easily able to reach Jeff via text right from their mobile website!!! He quickly responded and after a long hot day graciously took us as his last appointment. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and thankfully had the exact part in his truck to repair the unit! Even if he didnt have the part, I am confident his resourcefulness wouldve still gotten us up and running. He was awesome! Thank you!!!

With temps in the 20’s, our heating unit would not shut off when it reached the set temperature. Josh came out and quickly diagnosed a wiring problem. He was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything. He had us fixed in no time at a very reasonable rate without trying to upsell 😃. We had issues with our AC unit since moving into our home. We had the unit replaced, been told numerous times we needed freon, and many other things that never seemed to help. We had 10 companies come out and none fixed our issue. Heritage came recommended on Nextdoor and reluctantly we gave them a try. Their tech came out and told us we needed new insulation and that there was absolutely nothing wrong with our unit. Instead of making up something (freon) and taking our money, they were honest. If we have any more issues in the future we will use them. They gained us as loyal customers because they were the first honest people we had come out.

Jeff and his team are top notch. Jeff assessed our current situation and thoroughly detailed our options along with costs associated in the decision process. Once a plan was in place, his crew did a great job with install. Heritage has built their business the right way, focused on great customer support. It is easy to understand why they are so highly rated, and they will get my future business as well.

We used Jeff and his team last year to replace our ac unit based on the reccomendation of our neighbors. All of the heritage reps we interacted with were honest, prompt, reasonably priced, and kept their promises. The whole experience was fantastic and a year later we are still very happy with the quality of their work. We were so impressed with heritage that we are using them to relocate and replace 3 hvac units in our new home. Highly recommend!

Great experience with Jeff! was having trouble with leaks in my system and losing my mind. Jeff was able to locate the leak and send a great welder out the braze up a pin hole leak in one of my copper lines. Has almost been a week now and my air is still blowing cold! Competitively priced and great company and great work ethics all around.***UPDATE***So... A week after the bad leak was found and fixed, we had another pin hole leak pop up. Jeff had just sent me a text a couple hours earlier checking to make sure everything was still running good (which made me a customer for life and have already passed his name on to family menbers and friends because not very often do you get someone to do some work for you at your home and have the company do a follow up check just to make sure youre still happy with the work). Anyway, they came back out promptly and addressed the additional leak for just the service call fee which was $85!!! Im so ecstatic that I found such a great company that stands behind there work ( which this leak was a new one, not the one they fixed originally) so it by far was not an issue in there workmanship. It was just simply another leak that popped up after the fact that was due to poor quality materials use from the factory in our unit. Very hard to find such great people that take pride in making their customers happy like Jeff and his crew does. Two thumbs up from me 👍👍

I called them to find pricing on dryer vent cleaning and got voicemail saying to text a number. Texted asking for said info and received a message saying to call another company. I replied, “Is this not something your company does?” It was read, and never replied to. Mind you this was within the operating hours of the company. It showed up on my search results for this type of service - if it’s not offered I would have just expected a more professional response.

Im a big fan of Heritage. They installed a new HVAC system for us last year and did a great job, and the guys that came out helped us diagnose a major issue with our other unit caused by former owners. Just today, during the cold snap in Nashville, Josh and Justin came out to help figure out why my condensation pump wasnt draining. It was a simple fix but they were professional, thorough, and super nice about everything. Its also great to be able to personally text the owner, Jeff, about getting service. Overall, this is a great company and I definitely recommend them to everyone on my street.
