This team was great to deal with. Im in Columbus and of course there are other options, but their quote for my HVAC system was competitive, and they had the parts I needed on time in a difficult supply chain year. Super happy that they use Carrier appliances as well. Don in sales and Jose in service were awesome -- very trustworthy, no nonsense, friendly and the kind of people youd like to hang out with. They were very helpful when our furnaces quite working. They gave us several options for repair or replace. We had them replace both our furnaces (its a huge house). When we decided to add air conditioning. We called them and they are going to put in a/Cs for us. They got us a real good deal.

Shawn came out and gave us our third estimate to replace AC. We found him to be knowledgeable, friendly, and NOT a used car salesman. We were so impressed, we decided to go ahead and do our heat too.Nick and Trent were the installers. They promptly covered up the areas they would be traversing with drop cloths. They arrived just before 8:30am and left just before 5pm. They did a great job of taking apart the old system, installing, and cleaning up the area when finished. Along the way, I asked questions and they were answered promptly and professionally. They were very easy to communicate with and I felt comfortable with them working in my home all day.Id definitely recommend them! Their prices are reasonable, but their customer service and work is very good.

I had an issue with my air conditioning unit because of my lack of regular maintenance. Johnson had someone come out and diagnose all my issues quickly and also prepare me for future issues. The repairs were done quickly and at a what seemed like a reasonable price. They also set me up to start regular maintenance so I dont have to deal with repair issues/costs like this again for a while. I would happily suggest Johnson if you are in need.

I have always been pleased with Johnson Heating and Cooling. They are on time and effective at what they do. They are able to give you an exact appointment time, rather than a 4 hour window. They are always friendly and hard working, going out of their way to provide good customer service and complete jobs while they are there, without having to schedule follow ups. I have had technicians drive downtown to pick up parts that were needed and come back the same day to finish the work. They are respectful of your time and home, which is always appreciated.

The installer did an excellent job, arrived on time and completed the job in good time. Husband was with him during the install, I did not see it until it was completed. I am disappointed that the outdoor spigot is fitted with plastic, handle and mounting hardware in a baby poo color that does not go well with the house. If I could do-over would have made sure it was a higher grade spigot. But it doesnt leak now.

Johnson heating cooling and plumbing. Came to my home to look at a dishwasher leak we were having. They can in a timely fashion. They did not have me wait around for hours. They the two men that cam were very nice polite and even had their masks on. They were honest and up front about fees and services before they even came out. No hidden costs. They were very fair. I would call them again.

My technician, Jesse, worked very hard to isolate our dramatic decrease in water pressure. Turned out to be a culmination of issues, however, Jesse gave us a few options to choose from and didn’t pressure us into any costly repairs. Being able to be scheduled same day by the sweet gal whom answered my call was very appreciated. She and Jesse provided a service that isn’t possessed by many anymore...kindness. And kindness is free.

I had a great experience today with Bob from Johnson Heating Cooling and Plumbing for my A/C tune up & repair. I recently purchased an existing home and know the A/C and Furnace is close to the end of its useful life. Bob checked everything out with the A/C and showed me items to watch out for to know when it would be time to consider replacing the system. No pressure to replace at this time and recommended waiting as everything is still working. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and respectful.

Had a central air system replaced when the old one broke. Service was very fast, and everyone we spoke to was incredibly professional from start to finish and very clear in explaining the work that was done and why. All employees wore masks when meeting us in person, and installers laid down fabric to keep our floor clean. Price came in at the low end of my expected budget, even when choosing a more efficient system than the basic offering. Would highly recommend to any friend/neighbor.

We discovered this morning that our water heater was leaking badly and had totally failed. Within an hour after calling Johnson Comfort, Plumbing Technician Dennis Jimenez arrived at our house, assessed the situation and went to work. In just a few hours, Mr Jimenez, assisted by Dustin Humph, had completed installation of a new water heater. The finished job sparkled! Their work was excellent!Of course, we are very grateful to Johnson and their Plumbing Technicians for getting our service restored so quickly and professionally!

We called Johnson heating and cooling after Home Depot delivered our new dryer and refused to install it due to an issue with the gas line. The dispatch sent someone over right away! The gentleman was very courteous, knowledgeable, and kind! He got the gas line fixed and prepped for my father in law to hook up the dryer!!! Anytime I have any other issues, Ill be calling Johnson Heating and Cooling immediately!

Bob called ahead to let me know he was on his way and approximately what time he would arrive -- and he was right on time. He went about his business and called me out when he found that a part needed to be replaced. Gave me the price and explained that the part is only warranted for 1 year so its a pretty normal repair. I agreed to it and he finished the repair and the call. Bob was very personable and, during these times, made sure to wear his mask when he was in close proximity to me. All in all, an excellent visit. Thank you, Johnson Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing.

My expectations that were not met for rough in plumbing included; nail guards (needed at least 12), toilet flange for new bathroom, shower drain, some of the gas lines could have been hard piped in the walls for a neater job. I would recommend a more detailed quote for this type of work. I believed everything was discussed except the 3/4 gas line replumb for the generator. Paul said it would be $800. All other gas lines were discussed in the initial visit. Pex plumbing could have used some more 90 degree fittings for a neater job. Several pieces I had to purchase to complete the job.

I had originally contacted Johnson Heating and Cooling to repair our ac. Turns out the builder was able to repair the unit under warranty which we were told it had expired by the company who installed it. Had Johnson Heating and Cooling come back to do an annual maintenance. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will use them again in the future.

Rheem water heater sensor needed to be reset. Dennis was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and informative. I appreciate him taking the time to be so detailed in his inspection and explanations.

Called and scheduled a time for them to get the estimate done for me. Was here within 5 minutes of scheduled time ( still well within the window they gave). The next morning at 8:45 exactly as discussed there were at my house ready to start. Very diligent and focused on the job at hand. Even the guy that was still learning everything paid very close attention to detail. I don’t want to have to buy another air conditioner any time soon but I would chose this company time and time again

This company and their employees are just wonderful. My 94 year old mother had her air conditioning break on a hot summer day. They arrived in less than an hour and repaired the unit quickly. Weve been on their annual maintenance plan for years and I highly recommend getting a plan and using this company.

I was sad that I had to replace the HVAC in my new home, since I had just replaced the one in my old home two years prior... but I knew who to call. Johnson did an excellent job at my last home, paid attention to all the little details, and chose a system that fit my budget and family. I felt just as taken care of two years later in my new home. Excellent response times, HVAC options from most economical to most efficient for me to choose from, and no pressure to pick a top tier system if I wasnt planning to stay in the home long or just didnt want to dish out a bunch of money. Install was just as excellent. Tucked some cables I had hanging down in the utility room, ran vent pipes so they would be out of my way, etc. The utility room was cleaner when they were done than when they got there. Great company all around.

I am so happy with this company! We scheduled a standard tune-up. When the tech came out he was wearing a face mask, gloves, and shoe covers. I was extremely anxious about having someone in my home during this pandemic, but our tech was so incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating with me. He also did his best to put my mind at ease regarding all of the safety protocols his company has in place. We ended up needing alot more work done due to some mold growth. He explained everything very well and was quick to correct the issue. I cant recommend this company enough! We will definitely be using them again in the future.

At 6am I had water raining through my ceiling on my first floor. I realized that it was coming from my humidifier that wasn’t installed all that well (a different company) and the drain that it was going into was clogged even though we had a service plan with the other company. I then also got news that my father in law passed away. Needless to say not a great morning. I called JHCP and Debra was SO nice! She listened carefully to my issue and then scheduled me right away. Jeremy was our technician and it was such a relief to have someone come to the home that really knew his stuff, couldn’t have been nicer, respected our property, and never tried to sell me something that I didn’t need. I will never use another company now. If you’re frustrated with companies that don’t really know their craft, try to up sell you and aren’t reliable, I would highly recommend you switch your business to Johnson Heating Cooling and Plumbing.

Johnson Heating & Cooling has been amazing to work with. We had a plumbing issue and an AC issue on Labor Day. They were able to send out people promptly to fix the issues. Our AC unit was 16 years old and finally died out a month later. Johnson Heating & Cooling sent Jon out that day after hours to address the problem. His suggestion was to get both the AC and furnace replaced as they are so old and had so many problems. But he did patiently write out detailed invoiced about the specific parts that would need to be fixed in order to get it running. We ultimately decided to replace both units to be safe as we have a newborn. Jon set up an appointment for an estimate for the new units. Shawn came to do our estimate and did an excellent job. He put together an estimate that was everything we needed and at a good price! Nick and Trent did an amazing job installing our new units and showing us how to use everything. Highly recommend this company and greatly appreciate their hard work!

Bob J was the Johnson service technician that got our air-condition up an running. He is friendly and knows his job well. I appreciate Johnson Comfort for coming to our house to fix the problem right away, especially during this time. We had a new heat pump and air handler installed last August and it had been working great until the temperature warmed up Saturday, the air conditioning was not working. I went to their website and sent an email requesting service on Sunday and I had an email right away informing me that they would have a technician out Monday. Bob came fixed the problem and everything was covered under the warranty. I could not be any happier with the service I have received from Johnson Comfort during the installation and now repair of my system. Johnson Heating was very responsive when my heat stopped working on a Friday evening. They had numerous options available to meet mySchedule and their technical arrived right at the specified time.He was quickly able to determine the cause of the malfunction (blown fuse) and spent extra time trying to find the reason for the blown fuse. In addition, he tightened up some loose wires in the heat pump.He was polite and professional as was their call center.

Great experience. Robert was very professional and personable. Got our cleaning and inspection done in a timely manner. Very courteous and explained every step. The office staff was very accomodating about getting us scheduled. Highly recommend this company and this technician.

Two thumbs up for service and courtesy. Everyone from the lady the answered the phone to the installers was great. Bob showed up in 15 minuets and assessed the condition of our 16 year old heating and cooling system. Bob, the sales person, came in 1/2 hour. This was Saturday. wow what service!! Tuesday Nick and Trevor installed the new furnace and air conditioner. They were 1/2 hour early and super efficient. This was the most enjoyable experience bar non.Jack and Donna Meece

Put in my furnace, A/C, water heater, water pressure reducer (very high pressure coming in from the tower—hard on fixtures), Halo system, and do annual servicing. Always courteous, professional, mindful of my flooring. Have recommended them to others due to my good experience with them

I had Jason Dalton and he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful during his service call. He listened to my needs and I knew I had a lot of work in the house to get done and he suggested a Service Club Membership. I will be using this company for a long time in the foreseeable future Im very pleased with their service.
