Lee company repaired our sewerage system two years ago and we were very pleased. I love that there are high quality professionals working there, starting with the one who answers the calls and others. Andrey called and said that in 40 minutes he would be at our house. Andrey explained everything very professionally, very patiently answered all our questions, explained that he would order spare parts and complete his work. We were confident that he would fix our electric stove. By the way, Chris, who also works for Lee company, called us today and said that the spare parts had arrived. This is how they work in a well-coordinated and professional manner in this company.
We had flooding at and around our meter. We called them and they said they would come out in the morning between 8 and 9. Showed up after 9 - ok, thats passable. They said theyd need to dig up within 5 feet of the meter. Gave us a quote of literally $2112. Well, that was shocking considering I have helped dig up a few water lines in my day. They also wouldnt be able to get anyone out to dig up the line until the next afternoon.Called another local company with an excellent reputation and they said they were booked out over a week. They gave us names of other plumbers to call. One of those was able to come out immediately.Yall. Hes licensed, insured, and has been in the plumbing business over 27 years. He dug the line up with a shovel, replaced the fitting that had blown from where the irrigation system had been tied into the water line, and put it all back together for --------- $485. Thats right. Lee Company wanted to charge us 4.3x as much in order to perform the same service. It would have cost us even more money and time by the time we packed two toddlers and ourselves up in order to rent a hotel room for the night.And look, I get it. Some companies are going to charge more. Some companies have certain features or reputations that are worth paying twice as much for- maybe even 3x as much. But 4.3x? Wow.But what else can you expect from a company run by the governor of Tennessee? Im sure individual employees are fine.. But the business premise itself is horrid. Absolutely terrible ethics and there is absolutely no way I would recommend them or ever use them again.*** Note that some of the reviews here on the google page are from employees of the company itself. Proceed with caution.
Terrible quality and service. A/C installed in March. It was installed incorrectly and had to be repaired in June. Now, just two months later the same problem has occurred again. No priority on the schedule to repair this brand new unit. We (including three young children) have to sit in the heat for more than a day before someone will even come out and look. Seriously regret choosing Lee Company.

I just want to give a big kudos to Lee Company for my generator installation today. Daniel and Kurt managed the installation which was incredible to watch. Such talented and knowledgeable professionals! I live in Franklin TN and always wanted a whole home generator. I would look to no other company to get this done. I had a technician come to my house on June 25th to look at my roof vents. When the technician arrived he could hardly walk upstairs to the attic. When he got up in the attic he started tapping on an electrical box. When he tapped the fuse for the upstairs tripped. He did nothing. He said the roof vent was burned out. He then started to up sell two solar vents for $2500. After he left I called the company and told them what had happened. They did not respond. I sent them an email. Again no response. I have moved on from this company. It appears they just want to make money not to assist the customer.
I signed an annual service contract with Lee Company. On our semiannual inspection, the guy said there was some water in the pan under the unit in our attic, but everything looked fine. He then just tried to sell us carbon monoxide alarms. I told him that I thought that what we had were smoke/carbon monoxide alarms. He looked and said,”oh, yes they are.” He did absolutely nothing but try to sell me something that I didn’t need and told me everything else looked fine. It was clear he didn’t know what he was doing. Within a week, we heard water dripping inside our walls downstairs. I went up and checked the attic and saw that the unit was dripping water and the pan was nearly full. I would have thought that the “expert” would have seen that there was a problem. I called Lee Company the next day. They scheduled us for a few days out. When the guys from Lee showed up, they said they would have to charge me $250 TO EMPTY THW WATER OUT OF THE PAN!!!’ They spent several house and finally told me that it was a bad evaporator coil and they didn’t have the part in stock. They said they would order it and have it on Thursday. On Thursday they showed up, vacuumed out the line and waited for 3 or 4 hours for the part to get there, which it never did. They then told me it would probably be Friday or worst case Monday. The part did not come in until Tuesday. They said they would be at my house at 2pm, but didn’t show up until 3:30pm. They installed the evaporator coil, which was under warranty, but still charged me $900. They told me it was going to be $1,250, but said they would only charge half for all of the inconvenience. Well, $900 is not half of $1,250. Also, the part was under warranty, so the $1,250 was additional fees for them. This is highway robbery. So in 3 weeks, People from Lee Company came to my house 4 times, which was a huge inconvenience. The part was installed a week ago and the upstairs is still hot. It is 72 outside, the thermostat is on 69, yet the temp upstairs is 77. I went up to check this out. The unit in the attic is on, the outside unit is on with fan spinning, but no air is coming out of the vents. I thought this was a reputable company that has been around forever, but I have found them to be incompetent, late for their appointments, and an absolute rip off.
UPDATE: 1-5-2021....still have not gotten any call backs and NO issue has been solved. Husband on hold for 15 min to finally get an option to get a call back. SUCH A JOKE!I do not recommend this company. We had someone out to fix our fireplace which he did not but talked us into purchasing an annual service contract. Called back when issue not fixed and they sent someone else out. This tech figured out that a thermal part needed to be replaced. I checked back and got a response that I would hear back from him on the following Monday. I did not hear from him and reached out on Wednesday and got nothing and again on Friday and nothing and then called in to main line and was told I would be getting a call from parts. I did not get a call back we called. ( my husband now calling). We called back and told they sent two emails out and we would get a call which once again we did not so we called back. Today we requested to cancel out service agreement and the whole things. I do not want to deal with this really bad service. Today we were told there were notes that the service agent was out sick. So each time a different story. Save your time and frustration and do not use this company. This started on 12-4-2020 and today is 12-23-2020.
Our appointment was for 2-4 and we got a call at 3:30 that they would be late. We let them know that was understandable.I called at 5:30 and was assured they were still coming.I called at 6:30 and was assured they were still coming.They finally reached out proactively instead of me having to follow up at 7:30 to let us know our appointment was canceled and they were going back on what they said about keeping the appointment.The lack of communication, follow through and overall lack of remorse for lying to us was shocking.This company is apathetic as a cable company.
My 10 to 2 appointment arrived at 3:05. The tech was great once he got here. Certainly not his fault that he was late. He goes where hes told to go. Again, as I have written before if your dealing with Lee youd better leave the entire day open.
Great company. Have had to call them out for 3 different issues and they come immediately within a day and are always professional and stand by their work.

I have left one review for Lee Inc. below, but felt I needed to add another, because they just completed an install of two AC units on my home yesterday. I interacted with the repairman who first came to my house, the Lee agent who sold me the AC systems, and two installation crews. I am completely satisfied with all of them. I found them to be professional and polite and they answered all of my questions. Im glad I chose Lee Company for the install and feel that I got great service at a great price.The repairman Matt came out this morning. He did a great job and wore a mask, gloves and feet coverings. He also wiped down the phone I used to make payment. First off, thanks for keeping us safe, secondly, thanks for fixing my electrical problem, and third, thanks for being professional and nice. Great job!

Zero stars. Total rip off. Had a leaky kitchen faucet and the guy shows up to change the sink. Then charges me to go fetch a part. When I called they said the fees include labor and parts. So for changing a cartridge which is $32 + 20 mins tops of actual labor these thieves charged me $280. Do your homework and stay away from these crooks. They need to get some “Bruce Lee” treatment for their shenanigans.
I left a negative review earlier, but decided to change it. Communication was lacking the first time. I was contacted by John (Electrical Service Manager)with the company. He was very diligent and kept me updated throughout the process dealing with Codes. He dispatched the appropriate personnel to remedy the issue. This was a huge turnaround from when it began. One person can make a difference! His performance was enough to override everything negative I experienced the first time! This company does follow up and really appreciates its customers! I had an issue and they responded! They were on it! Good job John!!
On the same day as the electrical issue, I simultaneously had a plumbing issue. The plumber arrived and assessed the problem. He attempted several solutions, but unfortunately, none of them worked at that time. He put in a lot of work to determine the manufacturer of the part that was faulty, but either no one had the part in stock or they were closed. He will return at a later date to remove the part and replace it. Issues from the temp electrical fix arose and another tech was sent out. This time, he was able to go more in-depth to pinpoint some root causes and repaired those, bit more work is required. He will also return at a later date to make those changes. Ive used this company for several years and have had no problems.
I recommend them for addressing HVAC issues with your home. They’ve built a good reputation on providing good service for several years.Very responsive whether you contact them via their website or telephone. We’ve used the Lee Company for both repairs and regular maintenance.They have a big crew and as a result, you experience a varying range of service in terms of how helpful the technician is in explaining things to you or providing preventative advice. We’ve had people who were very thorough and others who did the basics before leaving.
I believe this company is about as worthless as their founder, Govner Bill Lee, and would not be suprised to learn of sometype of corruption between the two.

In preparation of selling my house, I enlisted Lee company to do some maintenance checks and repairs. The TL;DR version of this review is I found the entire team to be responsive, professional and knowledgeable in their respective fields. Also, Im certain my dogs are convinced that I hired Lee Co. just so they could be loved on everyday for the week they came to my home. Now on to the detailed review....Dispatch - Every person I spoke to in the dispatch department was friendly and helpful. With several different service types needed, I was pleased with how organized and efficient they were in not only scheduling everyone I needed but getting them to my house as soon as they could.HVAC - David came to address a concern I had with my HVAC system. He addressed my concerns, educated me on what could be happening, serviced the system, and gave me peace of mind on its performance.Electrical - Ryan initially came to fix an outdoor light fixture but was also able to address a concern I had with an interior light. He advised me on everything that needed to be done to fix the light, helped schedule everyone I needed to fix the issue, and ensured he was the one to come back to the house to fix everything on the electrical side after he returned from time off.Plumbing - Gregg came to advise on the interior light fixture situation but also helped me fix a shower handle that had been installed incorrectly with the wrong parts by the previous owner. He was able to determine the correct parts needed and helped me on the installation as well.Home Maintenance - Ray came out to repair the drywall after the interior light was fixed and he did a great job. The area he repaired looks good as new.Overall, I highly recommend using Lee Company for your home repair needs. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and they loved my dogs (not required but a bonus). Im so glad I hired them for everything as they made all the service calls and repairs seamless. Pricing wise, I would say it was as economical as possible. You definitely want to hire insured professionals for home repair and maintenance if you are not knowledgeable in those fields. Spend the extra money and hire the right people for the job. Had the previous owner done that, I wouldnt have had to pay for the mistakes their handyman did.
Called Lee Co. three times. They didnt call me back on the first or third time. I was able to get ahold of them on the second one but they put me on hold and I stayed on hold for 30 minutes so I hung up. Went with a local business.
I enrolled in the maintenance program and a team came to my home yesterday to check everything out. I can’t give these guys enough praise! So professional and patient explaining everything to me! And the best part was there was NO high-pressure sales - they just gave their recommendations and answered my questions. I’m sure I will be taking most of their recommendations, but at my own pace as I can afford it. I HIGHLY recommend Lee Company to all homeowners!
I was proud of my fellow Auburn graduate Bill Lee, (Lee Company) when he got elected as Governor of Tennessee. I’ve been a member of the Lee Company maintenance membership for years. I am no longer proud of Governor Lee due to his refusal to acknowledge Joe Biden as President elect. I am embarrassed, ashamed and disappointed in my Governor. I am canceling my maintenance contract today.
My technician was awesome! Very professional and thorough. I was very pleased with the service, and especially the deal I signed up for for automatic draft with low monthly payments covering a large range of other services, even after normal business hours. (*forgot his name though.)

I have a service contract with the Lee Company and on 31 October 2020, my neighborhood experienced a lightning strike that knocked out my Comcast Wifi which disrupted my Internet and TV services. When I headed to bed, I noticed that my thermostat installed by a Lee Company Tech not too long ago after several botched Lee Company tech installments was completely dead. When the TV services and WiFi services were restored this morning, I immediately contacted the Lee Company this morning to report that my recently installed Thermostat had died and I needed a replacement. I got a royal run-around from the tech who responded to my phone call saying that his supervisor asked him if I could wait until tomorrow (2 November 2020) for someone to come do a thermostat replacement. I am a handicapped senior citizen with post-traumatic arthritis from surviving a serious car accident and the cold exacerbated the pain. To add insult to injury, the reason that I actually switched all my heating, air conditioning, and plumbing maintenance from AirServ to the Lee Company was a hose bursting on my washing machine on a Sunday afternoon a few years ago and AirServ told me it would be 2 weeks before a tech could get to my house. I found the Lee Company online and called their number and they had a tech at my house in 30 minutes that quickly fixed the problem and that responsiveness is why I switched to the Lee Company. It is going to get down to 31 degrees tonight with a real feel temperature of 29 degrees and I do not have a functioning thermostat to turn my heat on an regulate it to ensure my post-traumatic arthritis pain is minimized. I will reiterate that this is not the first time I have had problems with thermostats installed by a Lee Company Tech. The difference was that when I called about the problem they did promptly come and do a replacement whether it was on a weekend or weekday!!!!!

I enjoyed your employees Derek and Michael. They were on time, professional, and very knowledgeable about their task. They worked all day, very diligently, very thoroughly. They even took my vents outside, and cleaned them very thorough. They were even out working in the rain. I would recommend your Company to family and friends. I also respect your prior CEO, Gov. Lee very much.
I bought a brand new unit and had it installed by another company. They guy told me that some valve in the air handler had to be replace, and he could come back till next week. So naturally I start calling around to get it done faster. Lee Company was able to come the next day so I went with them. They come out, they didn’t even touch the ONLY thing they were supposed to do. They then drained all of the Freon out of my system into the air(which I’m pretty sure isn’t legal). There was also some sort of acid in the system. They then proceeded to tell me that I need a whole new system, and it was going to be $7500. So I got a second opinion. The second opinion did an acid test, absolutely no evidence of ANY acid at all. It got fixed for $200. And has been running like a champ for a few weeks now. So I will NEVER have any thing to do with this company again.
Did not start out to be a good evening . Came home from work and our upstairs a/c unit was not running. Called Lee Company and they were here in about an hour. There wonderful Technician diagnosed our problem and had it fixed in a little over an hour. The fee was also very reasonable. The technician had a super personality and I felt he was very knowledgeable. Thank you Lee Company for a wonderful ending to a bad situation.
Lee Company worked me in and scheduled us the very next day after our AC went out on one of the hottest day of the year!! Dylan came out and repaired our AC unit. He was Polite, Professional and Knowledgeable!! He explained everything he was doing and all his recommendations completely. Excellent customer service!! He should get a raise!!!
Tech Chris came out on 6/22 to review what was done on Lee visit from 5/17. The antenna cable was some how cut but the way it was spliced together was extremely loose. Chris redid the work and it looks great. Also I have now determine that directional movement is back as well so now everything is back to where it was prior to 5/17 visit.Chris was very professional and helpful in taking care of this issue.
Servicemen who are good beyond just their skills.My neighbor was being serviced, and while Lee Company was at their house, a young girl had a bike accident at the intersection. Hearing her screams from inside my house, I looked out to see what was wrong and saw the Lee Company employee running out to help. He carried her to safety from the middle of the road, gathered her belongings, and then helped calm her down. She was screaming, crying,and bloody with injuries to her chin, forehead, and arm, yet he remained calm and problem solved to how to get her help, contacting her caregivers and assessing the severity of her injuries. As other people stopped and offered help, he took lead on keeping her calm, helping stop bleeding, and showing extreme compassion to her in this time of stress. He remained with her until her family came to pick her up and take her to be treated, giving her waters from his cooler, applying pressure to her wounds, and most importantly, keeping her calm.As a college student who will soon be on my own and looking for reliable and trustworthy servicemen, this has guaranteed that Lee Company will be my first call because of this employees outstanding response and quickness to provide aid when he didnt have to.
I tried to install a Nest on my own and blew a fuse in my main ac unit 🤷🏼♀️ I called in the morning and they were able to send someone out the same day. The guy was really sweet and professional, he even put the extra effort into adjusting the wires so the thermostat sat flush with the wall. Highly recommend! Will definitely be using them again, hopefully not for more blown fuses 🙈
I had Lee Company come out and do some inspections on plumbing on a house I was selling. The tech was courteous, friendly and happy to explain everything to me. He never made me feel like he was rushing or just trying to get in and get out. I would recommend giving them a try and will use them again. They were also able to get someone out very quickly from the day I called which was nice.
We had to fire another plumber to fix a large sewer issue at a commercial location... Lee company showed up the next morning on time and had it fixed by 11am. The other company spent two days and two trips trying to fix it. Crazy part was the other plumber charged $2400.... Lee company ended up fixing it for $1200! So glad we just fired the other company and tried Lee. Just a totally higher level business.
Lee company was easy to deal with and very quick to help us out when our A/C unit cut off on a Saturday while I was out of town. Fast and professional service and was back up and running a few hours after I called them. Looking forward to using them in the future for other projects and issues that might arise in my home.
I like the service but I was charged to much both times they here. I do not like the water heater. I want the same water heater I had originally. I understand that you have to make money but a water heater should not cost 2,000 dollars. They ran about 20 feet of pipe for me, a cold and hot water pipe and it was way to expensive. I should have just installed it myself. The guy the last time was awesome. He do my ac heat inspection. He has been the only honest one that I have felt with so far. The electric guy was awesome. Didn’t take me for a ride. Thanks just being honest.
Incredible old school service even on the weekend! From my first call for a broken water heater at 7am Saturday morning, to working with my Home Warranty Company, to 100% repaired at noon on Sunday, nothing could have been improved. Every interaction with each employee was seamless and professional.Lee Company defined professionalism and service.
This was not my first experience with Lee Company. Valentin arrived five minutes early, very unusual for Tennessee contractors. They are usually very late! He was very pleasant. He was here to try to prevent water infiltration on an outside wall with vinyl siding. He brought a ladder and looked around. After carefully evaluating the problem he explained that if he were to try to caulk to attempt to seal the wall, I would not be satisfied and it would almost certainly still leak. Instead he suggested a roofing/siding contractor should take a look and then quote. While it will surely cost more, I wont have wasted money on having Lee Company do something that wont solve my problem. Lee Company did not charge for the visit. Valentin was very honest and seemed to be looking out for my best interest.
Outstanding service. Technician came and worked until nearly midnight two nights ago to solve an AC crisis and finished the job first thing the next day. Lee is not the least expensive but the work seems to be sound. I have found all technicians to be polite and they deliver a written summary of the work done. Appointments are on time and communication is very good between me, the home office and the technician.
Had a zone system installed to help regulate upstairs temps without freezing out the downstairs. I thought I was going be stuck buying a whole second unit, but Kevin, Jaime & the crew figured out a more cost-effective option. I could not be happier with the results. I can’t imagine it would be any more comfortable if I had spent the extra $5k for the second unit. Strongly recommend this company.
Cliff is an amazing employee for you! He diagnosed the problem with my water heater. Made some phone calls and shared the facts. Left to pick up the part. A short time later, arrived with the new part. Installed the part and was on his way. Excellent service! And an excellent employee!!

Briefly, things I like about Lee Co.1. They show up within the time frame you schedule and then call within 30mins of arrival.2. The techs are usually exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly.3. Prices might be a little on the high side, but they are clear and upfront.4. Their Company maintenance membership is a good value with the complimentary yearly inspections, and discounted service items.5. Their employees seem genuinely grateful to work for Lee Co. While this is not about their service directly, employees that feel well treated will provide interactions that are pleasant and a higher level of service.
Everything was fabulous. Warren Wells did a great jog explaining the choices for a new air conditioning unit, was willing to speak to my brother to discuss in more detail the options, and worked to arrange for the new unit to be put in Monday instead of Wednesday because of health problems. The people who worked on the schedule to fit me in should be commended for making this happen. The men who worked on the installation were also fabulous. Nothing but great things to say.
Kevin was so nice and professional .It took him nearly 3 hours to repair my refrigerator. He explained what he was doing and even cleaned up the debris under the fridge which had not been moved in 6 years. i really appreciated that, too. Your company is wonderful with wonderful people.
Two technicians arrived on time, serviced my AC/heating systems thoroughly and left my home and outdoor areas spotless. They explained everything they were doing in great detail to me. I have used the Lee Company exclusively for 19 years for all of my home maintenance needs and I highly recommend this company for worryfree maintenance of your home!
Lee does not offer free quotes for remodel/new construction. I have never heard of a company not offering free quotes for a job. I have a bonus room I want finished and need electrical and AC ran, I was told I would have to pay two separate dispatch fees (elec. and AC) for them to come out and give me a quote. I would never pay for a quote that could end up being overpriced. I could understand paying dispatch fee if I needed something fixed but not for a new work/additions.

Weve lived in this house for 29 years and the master bedroom, above the bonus room, has never been a cool place to sleep. After three HVAC replacements and regular servicing by other companies, we called Lee Company. Last night, for the first time in all those years, we slept soundly in our master bedroom - without sleeping on top of the blankets and without multiple fans running all night.Thanks Lee Company. Lee company has excellent customer scheduling and if they make a mistake they make it right. The technician misdiagnosed our Ac unit but lee company immediately responded to our review concerns and exceeded my expectations.

Lee Company does a phenomenal job. They are not the cheapest and trust me, not the most expensive. The electrician also gave me other great advice that will save me lots of money. He recomended other much cheaper options than what I had in mind, which he was ready to do. However, he happily said, I can do whatever you want Sir. Im here for you. Lee Company is the only folks, I truly feel confident in and trust completely. Their expertise has a calming effect. So, I bought peace of mind as well. That may be the best value. He was also very meticulous in clean up. I was blown away! He placed items back exactly like the were. He was very accommodating, friendly, conversational, and professional. I very much appreciated him. Great guy.
I have the monthly maintenance plan with Lee Company, and it is the best reassurance I can have for home care, upkeep and maintenance on all my appliances, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, plus they also can do repairs as well! The service technicians are always very professional and courteous. They are always very punctual for appointments, and they doreminder calls. They are very thorough when explaining what they are checking and looking for, as well as detailed on explaining what repairs may need to be done and itemize the cost. Additional perks include discounts on parts and priority on service calls. I would highly recommend this company.

Good people. Worked hard to help us out and did not charge an arm and a leg. They charge a 49 dollar visit fee, so expect to pay that if you dont elect them to do any work. That is typical of the service industry. Highly recommend, based on 2 separate visits with 2 different plumbers.
Not the customer.. but the service staff on site working on my neighbors AC need to respect a neighbors property. My front yard currently has AC parts and vent materials laying around in my front yard while the Lee AC Service people are doing work on my neighbors AC next door. Not the neighbors falt but not a very professional approach by the Lee Compay Staff.
I cannot say enough good things about Lee Company! It was such a stressful situation to need a new hot water heater after mine began leaking just 2 days before leaving town. I had a worker in my house within a day of my initial call, and had my new heater installed just the day after that. I met three employees in that time and each of them were spectacular! They put me at ease and I am confident that they will help should any other issues arise!
We had our two new HVAC units installed in March and I have waited to review the experience until I we were sure they would continue to work properly. In summary, the experience from start to finish was a very pleasant one. The quote we received was professional, comprehensive and competitive. Two install teams of four well-dressed, polite, friendly, and experienced gentlemen arrived on time with the right equipment and supplies. The removal and installation went very smoothly and, somewhat amazingly, the recycling company truck arrived and removed all the old equipment from our yard within minutes after the removal was complete. When the four installers left, you would never have known they had been there except we had two new, properly working systems. And, somewhat unique to the industry, as long as we keep the reasonably priced service agreement we have had with Lee four years, both parts AND LABOR are warranted for 10 years. We got two other quotes before having Lee do our work and are sure we made the right decision.
I called the morning of and they were able to send someone out later that day. What I thought was going to be extensive work turned out to be minimal. The worker gave me good advice on what I should do. My leaky water pipe was really a blessing in disguise. The worker fixed my water pipe in no time. He was courteous and helpful. I highly recommend Lee Company.

Response times have been unfailingly prompt. Communications by dispatchers, technicians, and supervisors have been forthright, accurate, and honest with no attempt to upsell services. We found a leak at the back of our water heater late Friday night and had to cut our water off. As we have used Lee Co. to do maintenance on our AC unit for several years, we knew we could depend on the great service we have always experienced with Lee Co. Given that it was on a Saturday that we were needing a repair, we called and were told that a technician would be out later that day, thankfully! Our wonderful technician, Patrick, was very nice and fixed our leak in a small amount of time and restored our water supply! Thanks again Patrick!
They came out and did great work on my AC unit when it couldnt keep up with the heat wave a few weeks ago. Also gave me a military discount which was very kind of them.

Garry was very professional and quickly fixed a washing machine that had been in storage. The tub inside was not rotating so it would not fill up with water. He also reversed the door on dryer for easier access from the washer.
My HVAC tech, Devin, was awesome! Not only did he unclog the condensation drain line, he vacuumed out the pan, added a port in the line for flushing and he added a union so it’s easy for me to clean out in the future. He was super knowledgeable, professional and efficient. So pleased with my service!

Helped me work through a decision of spending thousands on an outdated, run down system versus replacing that system with a new one. Decided to replace, and the work was completed a full day quicker than originally scheduled as the installation included some electrical work as well. Onsite techs were very easy to talk with and work with during the installation. They always had my familys best interest in mind as they worked. They worked on our familys schedule and the new system is working GREAT!

Our tech, Kevin, was very polite and knowledgeable. He told me about how long at best my 21 yr old upstairs unit had left, giving me a timeline for saving to buy a new unit. The rates seem reasonable for me, enough for me to opt to keep them on contract with them.

LeeCo guys are the best! Never did I feel like I was being ‘sold’. They lay it out there in a logical scenario, and you make the decisions. When the facts are known - it’s an easy calculation to know when to buy new and replace or repair. They do it right and with integrity.
Our AC had been struggling, and it wasnt until 8pm and 80 degrees indoors that we realized that the condenser outside was not running. Lee Company was the first company we found that could be out that night to fix it. The tech came out, replaced the capacitor and topped up the refrigerant, and we had a working until before 11pm. The price was reasonable and the service was great.

As usual everything was great. I received a telephone call about 30 minutes before he arrived and once here he took pictures of my gas fireplace and showed me how to relight the pilot light in the fireplace when it accidentally gets turned off. Things were great.
