Ive been a customer at Nabinas for years and years and I have to take my rating down to 2 stars. Nabinas has gone downhill. Theyre one of the better waxing and threading places in the area, and they have gotten busier. This is great for them, but they have not figured out how to handle it. If you walk in during a busy time, good luck figuring out where you are in line or a place to sit while waiting. One of the estheticans will just yell Next! like anybody in the waiting area knows who should be next. The last time I went, I ended up leaving after 10 minutes of waiting due to how disorganized they were. Wasnt worth the frustration.

Went there as part of group of 3. after making an appointment we got to go a little early so we would be able to leave in time. (They were aware of the timeline and said they would be able to do it) In the end we ended up with one of us only half done and also unhappy with what she had, another person unhappy with her nails as well. They still charged one person for a service they didnt fulfill.Apart from that their services were way more expensive than what they advertised on their website.

I went to this place for eyebrows and pedicure, love this place, very clean and staffs are so friendly. I would highly recommend this place with no doubts.

This place was suggested by one of my friends, so I landed here one day. I reached there for hair cut and requested for new scissors as the old one was not in a good condition. They started speaking in Nepali thinking that I will not understand (getting frustrated for simple scissors). Anyway for simple and basic requests, these guys are not able to handle. Its not even afternoon/evenings to get frustrated.Also observed, they were watching me until I tip them in the receipt, definitely i would if I liked it but any way I ended up giving.

I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt many times. But they lack every single brain cell there is when it comes to threading eyebrows. I had been growing out my eyebrows for months and decided to come here on short notice because my usual eyebrow lady was booked this week. Right when I sat down I told the lady to NOT THIN my eyebrows and to keep my length. Apparently her brain decided to shut off and she did precisely the opposite of what I had asked. Run back the time machine because I look like I belong in the 1920s with these thin and short eyebrows. I am beyond upset and angry with the poor communication and lack of knowledge this place offers. Would never recommend anyone to come here unless you want your requests ignored.

I hate writing bad reviews but this place is just not it :/ I’ve been coming to nabinas for about 3-4 years and they’ve always done an amazing job up until now. I came here in March for eyebrow threading, and the lady that did my eyebrows cut off the end of one brow while leaving the length on the other. My eyebrows looked so thin and one was noticeably shorter than the other. They were so uneven I couldn’t leave the house without filling them in. It’s been three months and the shorter brow still hasn’t grown back to the way it was.

When i called for a hair cut appointment they said there is no appointment system you can directly walk in. After going there, I could see that the staffs are in extreme hurry since people walk in for eyebrow threading appointment. Walk in customers were patient enough and was ready to wait but the staffs just push themselves to work fast and didn’t do the service properly.They were not ready to listen what customer need instead they just start doing eyebrows thin/thick just by their wishFor hair cut Nabina took less than 5minutes, since the next customer was waiting she just told them “This won’t take much time hair cut I do it fast” and just chopped without even just patiently listening once. I ended up having very short hair instead of just a trim. I was atleast expecting Nabina to just listen what I was saying for a minute before she cut.Horrible experience ...

I had high expectation seeing the reviews. Unfortunately, I’ve had the worst facial in years. It was very unprofessional as in the girl who massaged my face had no idea what she was doing. It was like random light massage with cream. Just casual cleansing. This is not a “facial”. The products used for facial were below standard. I believe they bring the products from abroad which has strong artificial fragrance and cheap quality. I feel terrible that I am writing such a negative review which I usually don’t and I try to be as honest as possible. However, I was extremely upset for what I got for my money after driving 30 minutes to visit this place I was so excited about. I wish the owner sees this review, works on their facial and no one gets disappointed. I really wanted to like this place!

Theyre super fast and they do an awesome job for a great price. The new location is super cute and has a ton of parking.

It feels very uncomfortable when the people who your spending some very exposing time with are speaking a different language the whole time. I, as well as many, do wish that they would either speak to each other in a language we understand if it is critical to the work or would speak with us instead. Sometimes theyre going so fast just to get the job done that their waxing technique causes faster growth of hair because they are. it taking the time to pull hair from the roots. This causes it to be even more painful than it would be if it were done right. They are nice otherwise.

I like this place. The salon professionals are good at their job. I dont like the facial setup here though. There is one room for the facial/massages and you end up sharing it with another customer, which is kind of weird in terms of privacy. But the quality of services is just fine.

Was there yesterday to get few things done. Really appreciate pedicure and manicure also hair color. The facial was ok. But the eyebrow threading was horrible. There are lot of cuts on my eyelid and the eyebrow was not even shaped.

I love this place. The girls do an amazing job with threading eyebrows and upper lip. Yes, if you walk in during a busy time you will have to wait. But it is worth it.

I usually come to Nabina’s for eyebrow threading and waxing. They are SO FAST and SO GOOD. I had my eyebrows threaded, Brazilian, full leg wax and I was done, had paid, and out of there in under 45 mins.

They made my eyebrows very uneven and when I asked them about it they completely ignored my question. Worse experience ever, I was completely embarrassed ! I went to Nabinas Salon & Spa right away and she fixed my eyebrows and made them how I wanted them to be and the other services there that Ive experienced are just AMAZING. Since then, Ive only been going here and I highly recommend this place for your needs. It is the only trustworthy place around if you want great service with quality results.

My wife goes here for geeting eyebrow threading done. Looks like there are very few places in the area who do eyebrow threading, and this one is popular for this service. Most other places do waxing.

They are pretty fast so be aware to check if your eyebrow is well done. Walk in is welcome, no need to schedule an appointment.

I had never understood what eyebrow threading was until I came here for a mani and pedi. I had the threading procedure on my eyebrows and upper lip and was totally blow away at how fast, easy and precise it was. Quite a few patrons came in for this threading procedure while I was there. As opposed to waxing, this does not leave red blotches on your face and you can go twice as long between appointments. I strongly recommend this service for those who dont want to spend all day getting eyebrows done. The women in the salon are professional and genuinely happy to be there. It shows in the way they treat their customers!
