This is a great gym/athletic club/spa/etc… but so expensive. I pay for a membership for myself and two children but the kids club is always packed and I can never get a reservation for them so I can workout. The pools are awesome but usually very busy. Swim lanes are very hard to come by, too. Overall this place is great in the off season but during summer it’s just too busy.
I came here on a day pass with my cousin and her family! What an awesome facility. It was summer so it was definitely busy but staff was courteous, kind, efficient and worked their tails off to make sure the day went smoothly for all!The lifeguard and aquatics team was so polite and the cafe workers looked to be enjoying themselves and having fun! I would definitely become a member if I lived a little closer but I look forward to another visit next summer! 12/10 recommend this place for your summer hang out
Whats up with charging clients $1 a mask if you forget yours? Isnt that the very definition of price gouging? The clerk retorted that Villa Sport gave away 300 masks in the beginning of the pandemic and they are not going to reward leaving a mask in a car. Thanks for doing your part VS and spending the $100 in the beginning!
VillaSport is actually a great gym. My favorite part was the spa (Sauna/Steam-room) that I used and abused once or twice a day. With that being said; I moved to Washington state and have been trying to cancel my membership since the end of July. I finally canceled today October 6th but I will be getting charged until November 5th. With that being said Ive been charged 5 payments of $120 totaling to $600 ever since Ive inquired to cancel. Not what I expected when signing up for one of the more expensive/high end gyms.THERE IS NO ONE WHO CAN HELP YOU IN THE GYM TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIPWhen I came in and told the staff I wanted to cancel they said only way is online. Cool! Got on my phone to cancel and apparently you can only cancel using a laptop/desktop......THERE IS NO ONE WHO CAN HELP OVER THE PHONE TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIPRegardless if I called the gym in Roseville, CA or Beaverton, OR I could not get through to concierge. To make it worse there voicemail was full. (Again not what I expected when signing up for one of the more expensive/high end gyms).Funny thing is when I called the extension to open a new membership they picked up on the first ring.....No matter how great the spa or equipment might be I will NOT be returning to VillaSport because the customer service is non existent
The facility is nice, and we wanted to love it, but the club is all about getting new members instead of taking care of the members that stuck by them through all of the shut downs. It is next to impossible to get into VillaKids or the spa. If you do get into kids club you have to worry about safety issues. The kids club let my non-potty trained, diaper wearing toddler into the bathroom unattended, where she fell into a toilet fully clothed. The response was that they are having a hard time training new staff. They have a separate adult pool, which is great, but you cant swim in it unless you are a serious swimmer, as even the leisure side is taken over by lap swimming. The fitness floor is really the only readily accessible part of the club, and you can get the same thing at Planet Fitness for $10. I tried speaking with one employee about the kids club and her response was corporate sets all of the policies, we just work here. In speaking to management they acknowledged the issues, but we have yet to see any changes so we are canceling our membership and would not recommend the club.
I am unable to get through to anyone on the phone. I keep reaching a voicemail prompt and no returned calls.
Beautiful, high class facility. No racquetball, no track (indoor or outdoor) limit appeal. Separate areas for adults and for kids is great. Locker rooms are fantastic. Membership price is extremely high. Food and services overpriced. Great place to go if want to look/act rich.
There’s a complete lack of customer service with a major lack of ability to communicate about my account. Left several messages and emails with no response ever! I highly suggest finding a different club
I have been a member for 2 years now. The main purpose for joining was the amazing 2hr/day child care. It starts at 8am, and gives moms and dads the freedom to regenerate.I play basketball and use the weight room, my wife likes the spa, and the variety of group classes Villa offers. The staff is friendly and does their best to remember our names, it makes our experience that much better. The cost is pretty high, a family of 5 pays around 250ish/month. This isn’t cheap, but if you were to pay a babysitter to watch your kids 3-5 times a week for 2 hrs... it absolutely makes it worth it! I highly recommend going on a tour with one of the friendly staff and checking it out for yourself.
Villasport is good from any angle, but…phone calls never answered, even the kids club one (I think this one has to work), no big towels in changing rooms and near the pool, so you have to go all the way to reception to get one if you forgot or need the dry one (very inconvenient if you have a kid or two in the pool). The waiting line to drop off kids to kids club sometimes can take 15-20 mins!!!I still really appreciate their work at kids club. Thank you guys!
Awesome gym and great employees. Overall, this is an amazing place. Its definitely pricey, but if you visit often, it is worth it.
The facility is great, awesome amenities.Unfortunately front desk team is always busy. As a new member, I still don’t know how to check the schedule for the studio classes. The two times that I have reached front desk, they are too busy to help.I agree with a previous reviewer. The blonde girl shouldn’t be there. She is rude and doesn’t know how to provide good customer service.
Great gym, facilities, and amenities. Love the dry sauna, hot tubs and pools.
Very nice health sports club. Several swimming pools available. The locker room is really impressive. They even have mouthwash available there. We had only one day pass, so we couldnt check any of their classes included in the price of the membership. Their cafeteria is not special in any way except rather high prices. Thats probably why they strictly forbid bringing any outside food.
Their trial offer is BS and you can hardly use the facilities unless you join. Very bait and switch. ( nowhere on the sign up emails is there an indication that you cant use the pool area)
Villa sport has handled the transition to covid safety very well! Reservations are easy to make. They have retained many of their main features such as kids club, pools, weight room/cardio, and cafe.
I have been attempting to contact(called, emailed, IM, and stopped in) the club to set up a tour and join for well over a week now and have yet to hear back. Very disappointed in their service and will likely not be joining.
They are a caring people with a beautiful facility- best place to work out in a 10 mile radius, and working hard to keep up with demands of government-mandated social regulation
Front desk young blonde girl is very rude. I one and talk, not afraid to be condescending in front of other members when asking questions. She should not represent the front of house!! Second day I’m a row I’ve seen her talk to me and another couple poorly. The facility is great.. it was before covid. I’ve always enjoyed most people as I’ve been a member since it opened. The opening of the outdoor pool has been somewhat chaotic and not prepared for. Food orders taking over an hour ... Ice cream is so old it’s turned to sticky goop that you can chew but not lick. Check your expiration dates folks!! Yuck. Tons of people canceling their orders after 50 min of waiting. Pool reservation system down. You’ve had months to prepare ... sadSuper disappointed in the quality of customer service by this young lady .. I believe her name starts with an M.
Seems like an awesome place. Came here first time by mail invitation for 1 free day pass.Modification as of 9/6/21:Received another free 1 day family pass in the mail. Scanned QR code and filled out the form online. Received email saying to show it at front desk. Once arrived, front desk said that this pass is not valid even thought it clearly said it is valid within 7 days from email date. No clear explanation why it is not valid.
I used to love Villa Sport and go there almost every day . With the pandemic many of the class options do not exist anymore. My kids are great swimmers and love being in the swim team. Coaches are wonderful and very competent. Pools are closed due COVID-19, as well as the sauna, and the hot tubs. -- I am updating this review: the swim team was poorly handled by the club, and fell apart. The team didnt receive the attention it needed, and almost all the kids left the swim team, including the wonderful coaches they had. Pity.
I have been a member for 2+ years. Lately they re-opened. Although there are signs everywhere showing face covers required, there are people in women locker room not wanting to wear masks. And management does not know what to do. It concerns me very much as well as other members.
3 star club posing as 5 star.My family were members for 4 years. Initially we really enjoyed it. They offer a variety of group workout classes, a ton of equipment and weights in a clean and friendly atmosphere. For those with young kids, Villa Kids is 5 star. My daughter was always excited to go and left happy. The employees at the front desk always seem happy and provide great service. The 2 reasons we decided to leave. 1) way too many members, the place is constantly overflowing with people. It wasnt like this when we first joined. Now, it feels like 24 hour or lifetime. 2) Management is not responsive to issues when brought to their attention. I had a phone call with the GM to discuss an issue with one of the villa programs I participated in for 2+ years. Multiple commitments were made in the conversation, including a follow up call...you guessed it! No call back over 4 weeks later.
I been a member since 2015 and I cant express enough about this place. As a small business owner I could train at my own private studio, but I dont offer the amenities the Villa has to offer. The staff is extreme!! The Cub, trainer, staff, Gms, Life guards, maintenance, It, cafe are top notch and the locker rooms are always clean and looking Beautiful, not to mention the towel services. Towels are always clean and available. I dont have young children as Villa Sport offers an amazing Kids Club. (I cant wait for my grandson to one day be apart of Villa Kids).I really enjoy the Adult pool and the genre is Great!I dont drink as they have a bar on the pool deck, but dont worry they offer a variety of non- alcoholic beverages. The variety of food is always hot and the kids menu is well worth the price.Geez.. I could go on and on about the club, but you just have to check it out for yourself the Staff is so polite and courteous and they even know me by first name, Im not just EFT, Im recognized as a member and what a community of great people to be around and apart of.I saved this name for last, Tyler the GM runs a top notch Club, the villa is more than a gym. Tyler is a true leader and takes our Beaverton Club very seriously, if there is a problem address it to Tyler he will solve it and find a solution, he is very empathic towards his members and he is always active in the events they throw year round you dont find that at a gym. This place is more then a gym, its a mini resort operated by an experience fitness enthusiast.(Tyler GM)Big Thank to you and the staff at Villa Sport for always caring about your members and for making my experience the most relaxing one after a hard day of work. Happy member Mary
The gym has plenty of equipment from dumbbells and barbells to machines. Regular members and friendly staff.
While I love Villasport facility as a whole and many group exercise classes, this 1 star review is for the Aquatic Director (Taylor A) and his incompetence. Ive made a mistake of purchasing a package of private swim lessons for my kids a while ago. Beware that they come with an expiration date. Toward the end of the expiration date I walked over to the aquatics center asking about the process of starting lessons. A staff member said hed call me back with instructors availability to get us started. Nobody from aquatics ever called me and, unfortunately, I forgot to follow up, my bad. The expiration date came and gone before I realized that. A few months later after the COVID chaos and pool closures, I remembered the swim lessons and called the front desk to check on the status. The girl at the front desk reassured me that the lessons were still there but referred me to the aquatics department for scheduling. I followed up with the aquatic director Taylor and he told me the lessons were expired irreversibly. I was pretty upset to lose the lessons and the money and asked him if he could grant an exception. He said he would try to contact the corporate office on my behalf and would get back to me in 2 weeks. At that point, no swimming lessons were available anyways because of COVID. A month went by and Taylor never called me. I finally tracked him down in person just to have him tell me the lessons were not reinstated yet. He did not tell me (or apologized) as to why he didnt call me as he had said he would. He did not have any proof of who he talked to request the exception either so I doubt that he ever did. I actually think he spaced it completely. I asked for the corporate information and he said he couldnt give it to me. I am beyond annoyed and disappointed. In contrast, when my husband had his private fitness package, someone from the personal fitness department made a couple of courtesy calls to help us schedule the sessions well before the expiration to ensure we get the service we paid for. None of this support was offered by the aquatics department which the aquatics director is ultimately responsible for. Ive had other communication frustrations with the same aquatics director regarding my daughters swim camps over the summer. As you can see, one of my worst pet peeves is professionals who do not properly communicate.I still enjoy many other parts of villasport so once my issue with the lessons is resolved, I will be more than happy to amend my review.
So impressed with Villa and how they are handling their closing and allowing members to freeze their account during the closure. They have gone above and beyond to make sure their members are taken care of during the closure and I will definitely let all my friends know. Great Job Villa!
Big area great pool
Best classes and facilities in town. Its kind of resort like, and everything is done well. Ive never seen broken equipment. Extras include a separate space in the locker rooms with steam, sauna, hot tub and relaxation space (unfortunately management does not enforce quiet rules in there). The child care really is so clean, well staffed, and included in membership. You pay for what you get, and you really get a lot here.
Best gym/health club I have ever been apart of. Exceptional staff, various options for workouts (5 pools!), and a great spa/locker room to relax if needed. Not to mention the exceptional child care options while working out and Parents Night Out!
I am a member of the gym. I have been for over a year. I come to it everyday for exercising and I am not sure what happened to it lately. They seem to have packed the gym beyond a pleasant capacity. At peak time there is no available treadmills, no towels, no chairs with shade at the pool, no swimming lanes, no parking etc.. I would understand this if I was paying $30 at LA fitness or some low cost gym membership, but not at a $200+/month one. I will probably discontinue my membership.
Great family activity for busy families. We used the outdoors pool all summer, and loved the Luau Party!Whats great:- clean facilities, plenty of staff- family oriented pool, food and drinks available for an all day activity- Very well planned family changing rooms and showersWhat could be improved:- overcrowded at times, its popularity works against it- quite expensive for large families - would love a 3 days a week option
This place is the absolute best. The facilities are spotless, beautiful and top notch. There are tons of programs for my kids to participate in and they absolutely love the pool. The instructors are the most talented individuals that love what they do and get you motivated to move. We love Melyane, Herb, Will and Tyler. Sign up, you will not be disappointed.
Above average amenities and should be for the monthly membership cost. Clean locker room with grooming supplies for the members. Adequate warm shower water yet, hot whirlpool water required bit hotter temperature to soak and relieve day of after hard work. Excellent Family and adult swimming pools but needed to clean often. Can see and feel filthy remains under pool water especially inside pools. Outstanding customer service by the young crews. Choices of Lift weight and area including basketball courts are in good shape. Gym fanatic who could afford monthly premium should sign this villa.
Great place to get fit and have fun with the whole family.
My family has been a member for 1 years now. So far so good. Great gym with friendly staff, clean facilities, and lots of member events.
Classes of every kind at many times. No problem ever getting a lap lane. Locker rooms are beautiful. Everything is well maintained. My daughter loves the kids club.
Should it be possible to post a zero review, I would have done so. The facility is beautiful. The spa is fantastic. However, once you insert your credit card information, there will be charges they cant explain. I have spent over 5 hours trying to get refunds of several charges. If you can go on a guest pass with someone else, enjoy the beautiful spot. Otherwise, giving them a credit card is opening yourself up to inexplicable charges. I hope you dont do so.
One of the best athletic clubs Ive been to. Food is great and the selection is quite big. Pools are always kept clean and the hug basketball court is always fun to play around in. Villa kids is a great place for kids to run wild from up to 12. The huge gym up top has a huge selection from free weights to stairs. Trainers can assist you and u can hire one to help you get that perfect body you want. Many different classes at different times Id you cant make the one one Sunday at 3 because you have to pick up your kid. All in all great place.
Excellent facilities and friendly, helpful staff. I like the inclusive pricing, not charging for each class; also motivates me to use it more frequently. Sauna is a welcome respite after working out in the pools.
Villa is the best thing for families, the two hours of childcare everyday is really life changing. The family locker room does get overcrowded at times but other than that this place is great
Don’t waste your money on swim lessons at VillaSport. I purchased a package of swim lessons. When the swim teacher that we had directly arranged lessons with was no longer able to teach at a time that worked for us, we contacted VillaSport to get a new teacher. For 6 weeks, VillaSport did not provide us with an alternate teacher. After those 6 weeks had passed, they let us know that the package we purchased had expired. Instead of extending the package for the weeks that we were unable to use it because VillaSport had no available teacher, they demanded that we purchase additional lessons. However, even if we did that, they could not guarantee that they would have a teacher available. They refused to credit me for the “expired” lessons or provide a refund. Check out the BBB – VillaSport has not responded to a single complaint. Terrible customer service.
Great facility, helpful staff, amazing kids care, competent massage therapists, lots of programs, skilled swim instructors. Ideal getaway that one would drive for hours to get to, but its in town! Worth every penny.Cons: Restaurant food is blah at best, and seating is very limited inside. They should outsource it to someone who knows how to prepare fresh food.
Great resort club with an awesome staff. The cleanliness and turn around time on easily repaired items has been sagging for a while though. Its been a while since being at VillaSport around 3 years and the place is still the nicest in the area. Pool scheduling isnt that big of a deal. The steam room and sauna are still closed but may open they say.
This place is just the absolute best and exactly what a club house should be. Super friendly and very attentive staff combined with a spotless establishment. Excellent cardio, weight training and swimming await anyone who joins Villa!!
So we live in the neighborhood. And today as I was driving by the club with my 5 year old in the car. We could hear music blaring from the 4 way stop next door. I could hear the lyrics loud & clear. Turn the lights down low. Ok so, am I the only one that finds that the music playing at a club where kids play & swim extremely inappropriate. Monitor your music better VillaSport. Kids dont need to hear music about having sex.
Womens spa lounge is so amazing. Soak, sauna, beverage service, steam room, loungers, iced wash clothes, big towels, dim lights.... Everything you need for relaxation. I wish it were closer to where I live. I would definitely get a membership.
Great facility and gym amenities and revelation for what they offer for child care. Nice basketball court with good open gym play. Has all the weights and machines one could want. Lots of classes. Pool is great and great kids area.
Great place to go relax and get some workout in. The pool is nice, clean, and kid friendly. The staff is very attentive and provides fantastic customer service!! Highly recommend!
Zero stars for billing issues. Keep getting mysterious charges and had to create a new account for them to stop. Now they froze my account for bank charge backs under a name of a person I dont know and has never been a member on our account. The workers at this location can do nothing about the account problems and the corporate office wont do a thing. The manager at corporate, Wilton, WILL NOT HELP YOU. He wont even talk to you on the phone. He sits right next to the person that answers the phone, but wont talk to you.At first, I thought the billing problems were just a series of mistakes, but corporates behavior and active avoidance of even talking to you has me concerned. I think this is a systemic issue (based on all the negative reviews) that wont be resolved until some legal actions are taken. I had similar issues at LA Fitness that was not resolved until that class action lawsuit a couple years go. I think this is where Villa is heading in the near future.Sad since the facilities and most of the staff here are wonderful.
Best one. Clean and highly modern. Change your lifestyle by joining it. Pool getting closed with babies not in diapers is still a big problem.
The facility is great when it is not over crowded or has kids camps taking up the majority of the facility space during the summer months. . The cost is way to high for what is provided. The customer service is just ok and seems to try to be accommodating. The management is a different story and has a hard time resolving issues. My wife and I had some health issues come up that prevented us from even using the facilities. Without the details all they are interested in is getting their monthly membership fees regardless of the availability of the facilities, the concerns expressed and promised resolutions that never come, they just want that monthly fee to continue regardless. Be cautious here, the costs are way over priced for the services and benefits available.
Nice place a nice facility but staff fall short of providing the service you pay a healthy fee for. They are nice enough but there is little to no follow through with communicating specific department such as swimming iand Villa kids. The staff act as if they’re in minimum paying jobs.
I have been a member for a year and have had a similar experience to Daniel R. The place is just packed full of people, they seemed to have done it for the hot months. Today I went to the gym to workout and there was no free parking in the lot or even the street. I left without working out. So much for having “limited membership” as stated when I joined. I will most likely discontinue my membership.
Our family’s athletic Center of choice. A bit pricey to join but very well kept and the facilities are spotless! Love that they have over 21 only areas with wine and beer for purchase. The sauna, hot tub and steam room for women is an amazing area to relax and take a break from the kids!
I expressed racial issues. Some of the employees are very rude. Discrimination is clearly noted.
Love this gym!
I have been a member of the club for 4 years. I have been happy until my kids started to take swim lessons there. Their aquatic department is awful. They dont seem to have a standard for their swim instructors. Nobody is supervising the instructors performances. And you dont get anywhere when you try to communicate with the director. He just ignores your emails. The club keeps saying that they value members opinions, but when you give a bad review, they ignore you. Dont go there. Especially dont go there for swim lessons. Theres no management in their aquatic department.
Great club with amazing staff. All modern equipment with anything and everything that you could ever ask for. VillaSport has classes that are modern and the schedules are very convenient. Every staff member is always welcoming and helpful. The best club / workout facility in Oregon!
Love it here. You get what you pay for. Classes are good quality and they offer a full schedule everyday so you don’t feel like you’re missing out on any. The child care is a big value. Spa style locker rooms with two saunas, plenty of bath stuff and towels. Huge outdoor pool area with full menu and drinks. Also good WiFi all around the facility.
Expensive but awesome place for families.
Our family loves Villa. This place is great for families. My 5, 3 and 1 year old all have a great time coming here. The kids facilities are top notch. I also like all of the different options: classes, cardio, weights, swimming inside and outside in lap or recreational pools, saunas, pedicures, manicures, facials, massages, a reading room, a family locker room, adult locker rooms, fun events for families like Easter Egg hunting and the Halloween party, cafe, etc. I love coming here, letting me kids play and allowing me time to work out or relax. For someone who doesnt have family in the area or a steady babysitter, it is so nice to be able to bring my kids here so I can go to the spa. I would never get to go otherwise. Or if I just need a break. I have frequented the adult only reading room numerous times to have a little quiet time. Thats important for me since I have rowdy kids. 😃
My family and I have been members here since before they opened and we are still here 4-6 times a week. Overall I am still extremely happy with this club.Pros:* The staff! The staff here is truly the best asset they have. Friendly, cheerful, engaged; everything you can as for.* Excellent work out facilities, never a wait for anything and all the gear is top shelf* Large selection of group exercise classes, no additional fee for ~90%.* Very family oriented* Very clean* Even at peak membership levels (which they are at now) it never feels crowded (except for the pool, see below)* Communication - there are well designed weekly newsletters letting members know of upcoming activities - of which there are a lot.Cons:* There can sometimes be a lot of street noise by the outdoor pools. In hindsight the pools should have been built to the east of the building where the parking lot is so as to eliminate traffic noise coming from Murray Ave.* Even at the membership rate, the spa seems a little over priced.* If its sunny, warm and a weekend the pools may be crowded for most of the day. Just accept that fact or adjust your schedule accordingly if you dont want to deal with crowds.
There is nearly every kind of exercise and relaxation offered here. the staff are great and very helpful and we love the fact that there is childcare provided that keeps the kids entertained (and healthy) while we work out.
In order to be fair there are good things about the club. Its new so things are in good condition and Ive met some very wonderful trainers and group exercise leaders. However their policies and the way they choose to enforce those policies are frustrating at best. In their mission statement they talk about the importance of fitness, family, and community. But they dont stand behind that statement at all. Its all just an empty statement. In my situation they advertise that 2 hours of childcare at Villakids is part of the membership. The catch is that the infant has to be a member also. I was frustrated to learn this, but needed to utilize this service in order for me to use my membership after our son was born. When I recently tried to enroll my infant son I was notified there was a new membership freeze and there were no exceptions. The only alternatives being the occasional parents night out where you pay a fee to have them babysit your child, or to spend over $50 at the spa. I dont want to go to the spa. I want to use the gym membership Im paying for. I also asked if I would be able to pay a daily fee for the 2 hour childcare so I could exercise and this was also not allowed.Phone calls to the assistant manager have not been returned. In short they really dont care about fitness or family of members once you are a member.
We went there today as non members, mainly for spa and sauna. For a day pass you pay $42 which is pretty much. The sauna was not working and we ask friendly for something which could help us being less disappointed, like a sale for next visit for example. Unfortunately they let us leave without any coming up to meet. We will not go there again as day pass users
Really good facilities, super friendly and helpful staff. My kids love the pools, slides and water features, my wife totally digs the classes and instructors. And I love the steam room and quality childcare (included in monthly dues). It is a bit spend, but totally worth it for families with young kids.
Got there after dark not well lite kinda off putting.
Nice place for a gym in town. However, still trying to see if there are classes that will keep me using my gym.
Amazing place with tons to do for both adults and children. From pools, to waterslides. Wall climbing to spa! The atmosphere is so lively!
Sports club with diverse membership. Higher priced club with what you would expect from it. Great summer pool. Good indoor selection and service.
Excellent club
Great facility! The staff change often, but recently got much better. The class are also very good.
Ive been to / been a member at several gyms over the years. The staff and facilities at Villa are phenomenal. I love their classes and weight room - very spacious and not the cramped, dated quarters you find in some fitness clubs.
We are going to Villasport for a year now - 4 times a week. This is what you want in a club - to be comfortable, available and safe.We have kids coming to the pool, teen working out, my wife and I doing GYM and free classes.Staff is nice and helpful - we are continuing :-)
This is the Rolls-Royce of athletic clubs. This place has it all...several large pools & hot tubs, both indoor and out, massive workout space, multiple studios with too many classes offered to count, a full-size basketball court, relaxation areas, a cafe, and more! All this AND the VillaKids area for teens down to babies so adults can get away for a bit. Oh and the staff keep the entire place spotless! So yeah, it is not $10 a month, but you definitely get what you pay for...and here, that is a great thing!
Went here for 4 months, but did not make my money worth it. Amazing for families, great fitness classes and equipments are always clean. You cant use the fitness rooms if there is no teacher present.
To consider your athletic training needs Athletic trainers are fabulous try Michael, Eleeza and Jordan or DJ
Sherry gave a wonderful facial. Relaxing, informative and skilled at her craft. Will definatly be returning. My skin feels wonderful. Very comfortable throughout the treatment. Exceptional...
Love it, love the staff and my only complaint is with the other guests that treat the club like a hotel. The staff are there to replenish items used, not clean up after adults who should know better.
The staff are helpful and friendly, the equipment is top shelf and meticulously maintained, the facilities are great and someone is always cleaning something to ensure that members are happy with it. Yes, its expensive, but I am paying for the quality and experience. I feel its worth it!
Had many problems with this club, workers open lockers and leave them open, swimwear/equipment disappearing, not allowing my kids to swim during weekday afternoons, kicking them out of the pool at 8. One of my kids had a personal who did not know anything and asked me what she should teach him. They charge $50 late fee on membership fees, even if its because you forgot to update your stolen credit card. Took my rating down after I was able to meet with manager who promised improvements, a few month after they got a new manager who seems more ignorant. This place is not worth the cost.
A lot of great group classes. Good instructors. A well-maintained and very nice gym.
Best club in town. Always clean. Welcoming. Great for kids.
Great club with great people! The facilities are second to none. The group classes are well done and helping me reach my goals. Great job bringing in fantastic instructors.
Wonderful gym! I painfully left the MAC after 20 years to join and have had no regrets. Amazing place for kids too.
Great gym with friendly staff, clean facilities, and lots of member events.
Amazing sports club. Take the kids here for lessons and we enjoy spending time before and after in the large outdoor pool area.
Seriously some of these people are ridiculous. Why is getting your car dinged in the parking lot villas fault? You get what you pay for and they have promotions all the time with 50 % or 75 % off enrollment. Huge, amazing spot in a great location. Tanya is great, let me bring my three guests even after my email expired. Thank you Villa!
Great staff, great facilities ... just an exceptional gym. Cant believe how clean and well maintained the place is. Anyways someone cleaning ... incredible!
Truly amazing staff - also ranked second cleanest club in the nation. Food is good and facilities are all amazing. Community events run all the time, and there are two slides and a wipeout area for kids to play at. A little overpriced though.
I have been a member for 9 months and have loved every visit. Im in the best shape of my life and find going to the gym a way to relax because the atmosphere promotes health and relaxation. Great work, VillaSport staff!
Amenities are great. Disappointed in the management. Aquatic staff are NOT FRIENDLY. They need to greet their members with smiles instead of looking like they are put out by your presence. No PR. You pay a lot to be a member, but you are treated like a number. So sad.
Called to ask what the price was, didnt get an answer.
Beautiful facility. Clean and comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff. Plenty of space to work out, no waiting or lines.
When I called villaspa to register my young child for swim classes I was transferred to someone who didn’t call me back for days so I had to call back and this time I was was able to register. After the second swim lesson I took my little child into women’s shower to change not realizing they don’t allow kids there and one staff member that was there was very rude about it. Not impressed ! I was considering to register for this club but now I am not going.
Wonderful facility, great classes and fantastic instructors. Lots of variety, whether you want aqua, or ujam, or zumba, they have it all. Thanks to tyler and stacy for the warm welcome, and especially stacy for the great tour.
Clean few people and staff was nice
