If I could give 0 stars I would. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I got my nails done Friday night by this guy Timothy. First he cut my thumb with his tools. By Saturday morning, doing nothing but sleeping, 3 nails chipped. After a weekend of of doing nothing but laying in bed sick 7 nails chipped. On top of that this guy went on and on raving about he was the new owner, bought the place from a previous owner 3 weeks ago and fired all his staff. Would not shut up about it the whole time, even after I attempted to change the subject several times and finally asked him to stopped. Now he is calling me a liar and saying that I am being unreasonable for saying he cut me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND DONT LET THIS GUY TOUCH YOUR NAILS!Addendum: When I attempted to speak with the self proclaimed manager Patty Nguyen by phone from their location she hung up on me. Also the nail techs do not display their licenses and refused to show them when asked. I have been here before and it was never this bad!

Tyler can do it all cause he is the man, if he can’t do it no one can for me! He is my one stop for all my salon/spa needs! Every single person who works here always leaves me oh so very pleased! I have never felt so attached, and so in love with a place of service then this one! They really make the experience unique, and special for me with all the lovely energy, & creative beautiful nail work. I also only come here for all my waxing needs! If you are looking for a great personal experience with some very down to earth employees I recommend this place! I always get great deals, and end up with quality work that will last me for a great duration of time it’sinsane how long I can go before I need a fill/fix! So I can enjoy the one of a kind pieces they create on my nails, and beyond at a great price & time that no salon can ever beat! Thanks for everything World of Spa! So glad to have found this place, and I want to spread the word so others can enjoy it just as much as I do!

FANTASTIC!! I got a gel manicure and I was able to customize my nails the way I wanted to!! Brought my stickers, picked out my colors, and the nail technician was very understanding of my artistic vision.

Tyler is easily the best nail tech in fountain hills, probably in the whole valley. I’m so picky yet he recommended the perfect color ( not a true white, off white), shaped the acrylic nails perfectly, and ensured they don’t look thick and fake. They look so natural and are so thin!! I love them so much, plus the salon is huge, clean, and open late!!!! Could not recommend this place more.

My mother, sister and I came here for a quick manicure and pedicure before a destination wedding. Well worth the few mile drive from our resort, the services we got were fantastic. The staff was so friendly, special Tyelor, I highly recommend this nail salon!!

I really wish i was joking when i say this but the nail tech was drunk. He told me he was the manager. I went in for a full set nothing too crazy. It took him from 4:00 to 5:15 to glue 8 tips on my finger after he had glued a whole hand of tips on and made me dip them in acetone because they were crooked. Then after the 8 tips were glued on (i should mention that all of the tips were too big for the finger they were on) he told me they can’t paint my nails and so he would have me come back tomorrow for paint. i called another salon and got seen. do not recommend.

I started coming to World of Nails Day Spa a few months ago and have been nothing but impressed each visit. This place is the best! I am soooo picky about my nails and this is the only the place that does it exactly how I want it! Very quick, perfectly shaped, and my acrylics last a month (if not more) without breaking or chipping. Tyelor does an excellent job on my nails and I couldnt be happier! Wish I found this place sooner because it wouldve saved me so much time and money! Highly recommend!

I love Tyelor he makes me feel in manicure heaven! The rest of the staff are also very nice and make you feel very welcomed definitely recommend especially for manicures.

After deciding last minute to get my nails done, I gave them a call and they were able to accomodate me without a problem. Tammy did a fantastic job. They are the best looking nails Ive ever had. I was just a little surprised to find out it was $70. The price is a little steep considering at resort spas this service normally runs about $50. I really want to go back but Im reconsidering due to the price. They have no prices for thier services posted, so I strongly suggest inquiring before the work is completed.

Great place, no appointment needed, fast efficient service. They always have great suggestions for new colours and products, Recommended Tyelor, he is sweet and friendly.

My husband and I have been here a few times. But, every time the service gets worse. This time the nail tech was nodding off, falling asleep while giving my husband his pedicure. It was horrible. The owner who was giving me a pedicure had to stop and finish up my husbands. Well the owner did no better, caused a sore form pressing to hard with the callus remover. My husband still has pain from it and the pedicure was the end of December.The owner gave us 20÷ off our next visit for the disastrous service, but we will not return.

DO NOT USE this nail salon! Under new terrible management!He charged me 58 dollars for a regular pedicure. Nothing special other than a soak in the tub and polish!I tried to contact him several times. No return calls and when I went in they basically told me I was out of luck!!BEWARE!!

I had SNS nails put on 2 weeks ago and for some reason they cracked and turned yellow. I called and explained the situation to Timothy. Even though it had been two weeks since my nails were done, he got me right in and re-did them at no charge to me! Apparently there was a problem with the top coat. Whats important to me is that he handled the problem professionally and gracefully. Sometimes things happen. Its good to know theres someone who takes enough pride in their work to redo it until the customer is satisfied!

Had micro balding on brows. Salon refused to do touch up or correct horrible desig . Cost $500.00. Then had to go to fountain hills nail salon with Helen. She did a great job charged less and removed mistake .

All time favorite place to get my nails done. all these negative reviews break my heart, yes it may be expensive compared to other places but good service is worth the price in my opinion. im v picky w anyone who touches me & typically dont like going out to get things done bc im so afraid of it not coming out how i would like it to be. ive been coming to this salon for YEARS & have never experienced a problem. even when something wouldnt come out how id like it to, if i go back & explain the issue theyre more than happy to fix it. i had my nails done for prom in april here w getting one fill done after (my nails grow v slow) & it is now july & i had 0 lifting or chipping or anything of the sort. got this set done yesterday & it was absolutely perfect. so beautiful & have never been so happy & satisfied in my life. its unfortunate that it wont let me post a video bc pictures simply dont do justice. timothy is the greatest tech there is & i absolutely love him to death. cant wait to go back

Appointment was at 2:00 - they told me to come back at 2:30. Returned at 2:30 and waited until 3:45 before they even started my nails. No apology - and the guy did a terrible job. They came off within one week. Gel nails just not worth it!! Don’t go to this place - you have been warned!
