I just cannot speak highly enough of the quality and service I received at European Nails & Spa. I was just visiting for the weekend and was terribly overdue for my fill and pedicure. They got me right in and I am so impressed with how amazing they did. They are super nice here too, a lot of the other customers in there knew all the technicians by name. If I’m ever back in Arizona I will make a point of coming in here. I wish I could give 10 stars!!

Very good nail salon with excellent customer service. If something is legitimately wrong with your nails, this salon will gladly correct the issue.

I love going here and have been coming for a long time. They get to know who you are and are all so friendly.

Called in 30 mins before, went to the wrong place and finally showed up after the time I said I would get there. They were kind and I only waited 5 mins. I had an older male nail technician and he was great!However, there was a very difficult customer there and my and the way they handled it was better than most nail places. They didnt make it a big scene or talk behind the customers back but simply dealt with her in every thing they asked.That is why I gave them a 5 star review, also my S and S nails looked good too!

One of the best nail salons I have ever experienced in my entire life. The gentleman named Doug was so charming and very in detail when it comes to your care and comfort. My experience with Doug was very informative of the state my feet were in and deeply cared each step of the way.

My absolute favorite place for a pedicure, they go above and beyond in their service, and it always comes out great. It is also a very reasonable price. I had never gotten my eyebrows waxed and went there for my first eyebrow waxing, and will never go anywhere else. Everyone there is very friendly, and have a good cleaning protocol.

I am in love with the quality of service here. Very impressed. I will be back!

Used to be clean and professional, no longer. Always in a hurry. Place is dirty and cluttered, disorganized. Bad pedi, worse mani, top coat peeled after a few days. Wont return

I don’t like their work at all, they left nail polish all over my fingers and didn’t look even at all… no coming back…They chip after a few days not a good quality of work

I was so mad when I was leaving the salon, I got a simple full set that took almost 2 hours for them to do during the time the older male was doing them I asked him if he could fix my thumb nail because it was slanted and did not look right he said no you wait till finished I asked him several times before he put the top coat on but he began to ignore me and I didn’t say anything because I was already late for work when I walked out I took a look at my nails because I told my self if it’s just one nail it’s fine I’ll fix it but no I walked out and saw 2 other nails slanted and my right nails were longer then my left as well as the paint was done poorly I ended up going to another place to get them removed, I definitely will not be returning !

I gave them my business for 4 years now, not because they are good but because of the proximity. I put up with all the bad manicures I had until it started coming out couple hours after getting home, I would spend over 2 hours and spend over 80$ on mani pedi for them to come off like a tape and so I decided to stop going at all. All these years, I remember most of their names and none of them remembers mine, every time I pay a different amount and I never discussed pricing but they are over all horrible.

Worst gel manicure I’ve ever experienced. The man reeked of cigarette smoke. He cured each nail individually, with a total of 3 coats and the color was still inconsistent and shadowy. After applying the top coat and washing my hands, he pulls out his drill, starts sanding them down and wants to start all over! After I had been in the chair for an hour and 10 minutes. When I let them know I would not be sitting through another hour to redo my nails, a woman comes over with her drill and says she will fix it faster. I’m not sure why a simple gel manicure was so difficult, but I won’t be going back. I found the overall condition of the salon to also be dingy and unkempt. Two stars only because they offered to fix, although I didn’t have another hour to wait.

First time visit yesterday. Very professional & great service. Loved my manicure & pedicure. Definitely returning.

One lady with three people mid-pedicure, answered the phone several times during my manicure, and walked away twice for a few minutes each time. Result was a terrible manicure that I couldn’t see well enough until I left...bad lighting, I was rushed and when I pointed out a flaw it was “fixed” but I didn’t spot it until I left. My fault for not checking well enough before I left, but shocking that she allowed a client to leave with such a bad job. Air bubbles, lumps and the white on a French manicure with a line that could have been drawn better by a toddler

Pretty terrible manicure. The woman did not speak any English. She used a product that was too old and it clumped up. They she cut me and did not respond to my complaint. I asked what kind of sanitizing products they use. She did not answer then I raised my voice to ask it again as I did not know who was the owner or manager. I will never return.
