Great customer service! they were clean, neat, and were very sweet! Lena did my nails and made me feel very comfortable i would come here again for sure.

I had Lena as my nail technician. She was very professional and put a lot of time/care into my nails. I absolutely love the end result. Will definitely be going back :)

I received a pleasant greeting upon entering. After choosing my nail color I was immediately escorted to a pedicure chair and service options were presented. I always choose the classic pedicure it’s just the right amount of service. As always my gel manicure was quick and looked beautiful afterwards. I know “walk ins” are welcome but I strongly suggest making an appointment so the salon can properly staff. I have recommended this salon to others and would do so again.

I’ve had better... better even from this place, it use to be my favorite place in Fountain hills, hopefully it’s just an off day. I’ll be giving it one more try. Made an appointment, they didn’t get to me until an hour after my appointment time! I didn’t need a pedicure, I got the special one for the massages. Worst massage ever! Like just feels like I put extra lotion on my feet!

Made an appointment for 3 people and the salon scheduled us all with 1 person. They did all our Mani & Pedis - By the time my feet were getting started they were pruning from the water and then she rushed through my nails without doing a second layer or top coat.It was a beautiful place and staff was kind but, the pricing is high for the low quality received.

Disappointed overall... unfriendly, unwelcoming staff. I only had a manicure (had just moved so my hands/nails were a mess and I have short, natural nails) -- maybe I did not spend enough money there... my nail polish began chipping the very next day and my cuticles were already needing attention two days later. day four and nearly all of my polish has chipped off. I have never experienced my polish chipping so badly and so quickly, even when doing my own nails.

I love this place! The ladies here are so friendly. My nails turned out so well and it was so quick. The building itself is brand new and so nice and clean. I highly recommend Fountain Hills Nails.

Will never return here. Made appointment for myself and my daughter to spend time together. They started on her pedicure while I sat there for over an hour. The guy that did her pedicure turned off my foot spa after he finished her pedicure and mine hadnt been started. Once I finally got started they couldnt get the color match I had chosen and brought others over. Sometimes you cant tell from the bottle especially with glitter colors. I told them go ahead because I was so frustrated by then with very little apology. Then the manicurist told me I didnt need my cuticles done so she would discount me $5. PS it was now close to 6 pm and our appointment was 4:15. She didnt massage or put any lotion on after manicure and I had to ask the them to clean under toenails during pedicure. Total waste of money and time. The worst pedicure and manicure we have ever had. They took many people who were getting manicures only ahead of us. They lost our future business.

Fountain Hills Nails is the only place that I go to for manicures and pedicures. No matter if I go in to just relax and get my nails done, or to get my nails done for a special occasion. They always do an amazing job, and the people who work there are always welcoming. I get powder dip/sns with almond or rounded nail shape done for manicure. I get so many compliments on how they look. I love their ice dancer pedicure. They have a great range and great prices on pedicures as well!

Been going here for 6 years, best place in Fountain Hills or Scottsdale. Had a wonderful “nails” party for my daughter’s wedding: it was a wonderful kick off for the festivities.

They completely gouged my mom and I for money, they were over priced for their quality of nails... and they were reusing dirty files and kept grinding away at my cuticle with their grinder.

They are all wonderful there and do a great job.

Love the FH Nails staff and their expertise. I get the SNS nails and it lasts over three weeks. The salon is squeaky lean and everyone is friendly and helpful.

Awful experience. Am visiting from out of state and went in with my mom and a friend and the woman who appeared to be the manager (owner?) told us there would be no wait for 3 gel manicures. She wrapped my fingers in foil to remove my previous gel polish and I sat for AN HOUR while the other 2 ladies with me had their full manicures done. When the manager finally told me it was my turn, I told her just finish removing the polish and I was going to leave, because I wasnt about to make my mom and friend wait when they were already done with their appointments. She proceeded to still charge me to have the polish removed! I went directly to another salon in Fountain Hills and had them finish my manicure. Will not go back and do not recommend.

We went to 2 other places in fountain hills and were told they didnt have time because it was 1 hr. Before closing. We came to Fountain Hills Nails and they were not going to turn us away. AMAZING treatment and they were all so kind. We will go back when in town.

I went in for a French no-chip mani-pedi and had Lily as my tech, she was amazing! While I’ve have quite a few mani-pedi’s at F.H. Nails this was simply the best!!! She took her time and truly made me feel special!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!P.S. My only regret was not having more cash on me to include in Lily’s tip. I’ll make it up to you next time, you were the best! 🤗

Well I would love to be able to review... However even though their sign states they are open... no one is here. Doors are locked and lights are off. Wasted my time waiting.

They don’t know how to do advanced nails like ombre or nails with jewels, all of them are very nice except for one .

Service is poor. Staff are rude and are not there to provide a quality service, but to take your money. They don’t greet, thus I was confused when nail teach told me to sign in, then begins talking asking questions. She never told me she was on the phone, with her Bluetooth. She was rude that I was answering her. I am also hearing impaired did not understand. She said if I was not happy I could leave...so I did. I am a local and will not ever return! Ziva Nail Bar In Old Town Scottsdale has Excellent Service.

Great service. The SNS manicure lasts for weeks. The staff are friendly and highly conscientious about cleanliness. They are there to take care of you.

Horrible experience nails were not completed, when showed mgr what my nails looked liked she proceeded to file at the side of my nail, I dont know why, and filed to close and burned tbe side of my finger, Wont ever return

Oh my goodness. Not going here again. I am so upset and my nails look awful, but I know if I go back for them to fix the awful job they did they will just charge me. I called and they said a full was $20. Great right?! Well as she was removing and filling she said it would be another $15 to paint them. Not to mention, the electric roller they use to remove the gel polish, she used to remove my cuticles. I was in so much pain!!!!! Even bleeding on 2 fingers. It wasnt like someone was torching my fingers with a lighter. AFTER she painted them she filed the tips. So my $70 (got a $25 pedi in addition) my nails look dull and chipped. I will never return here. They didnt even clip my toe nails, so they are long and disgusting looking. Cant believe I spent $80 with tip, and could have done a better job at home. Very disappointed

Horrible. Owner of salon nicked me three times while giving me a pedicure and manicure, causing bleeding. She did not push back cuticles. Instead, she used a grinding tool.

Be aware of the older hag that looks like a raging dike w the short ugly hair cut. Shes shady and will TRY to scam you, lying about the charge of the manicure. Does a horrible horrible job. This salon is a waste of money

Wonderful service, clean, beautiful interior!

Rude staff, insulted me and my nails the whole time, criticized the nail color I selected, was irritated with me because she had trouble getting my original nail color off. She said she lived in Fountain hills, she sat me down at the nail station then took 2 people that came in after me and started working on them while I waited forever, after all that waiting she did a poor job with the Manicure, honestly one of the worst manicures I have ever received. I dont know how they stay in business. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
