Phenomenal! The staff is always professional and personable. I have been going here for years and always get a great haircut from Patrick Russo the owner, hes amazing. Very attentitive to what I want and also comes up with some great ideas when I am looking for something new. Would give them 10 stars if I could.

A really sophisticated salon experience. Patrick, the owner is the only stylist that I have ever found that can really style my hair they way I like it. My hair looks and feels so AMAZING when I leave Russos! If you want a relaxing massage in Russos beautiful Spa, Christine is the best!

Ive now been two times for 90 minute therapuetic massages from Lawrence. Oh. Em. Gee! He did a great job of concentrating on my tightest muscles. (I have a third appointment scheduled already)From the moment you enter, youre addressed and dealt with in a professional manner. The massage area is off of the main hair area so its a quiet and relaxing experience. Ive been to hair salons where their massage room is immediately off of the hair area - sometimes we get a little chatty and loud in the hair area, so I find that kind of a massage experience less-than-relaxing (Im not complaining about the hair salon noise, please understand that is expected with the hair dryers and multiple people in the room). The massage area here has a door and a long hallway pulling you away from the noises of the hair area. Its decorated well and a soothing experience from the moment you step in to that side of the building.They offer a number of different services. Plenty of parking.Highly recommend!

Massage therapists are awesome. Have worked with 3 of them and they are all excellent. Staff friendly, professional and helpful. Linda does my hair. Also great, works with u to get things as u like it. Definetely my place to go for services

An upscale salon in our tiny Fountain Hills community. The owner Patrick has some great employees here and they offer some great services. Easy scheduling on their website, always a great visit here with great results.

Got my hair cut here. Very nice Customers service but they did not Cut my hair exactly like I asked, my layers are uneven enough so I can’t just straighten my hair because it looks uneven. Don’t plan on going back.

I have to say that I received THE worst hair cut ever here. Anita had no clue what she was doing, even by looking at a picture of what I wanted. My home state stylist/colorist had to take significant length off of my hair because the cut I received here was so bad. My stylist could not believe what Anita had done to my hair. Its really inexcusable. I asked for a modern shag hair cut, to keep my length, and not color my hair with brown in the mix of red. I got NOTHING I asked for. Its really time for continuing education for Anita. Apparently Senior stylist is in name only and not in talent. I did ask for someone else to fix it, but everyone had gone to lunch. I was out in Arizona for Lyme disease treatment. My body didnt have time to wait. She just kept saying over and over that she didnt know what I wanted. The picture should have been a big clue to what I wanted. She cut my hair into a bob and blow dried it straight. I asked her why is she blow drying it like that. She said she needed to see the cut. I looked like a 50 year old woman. I gave her a chance to fix it since no one was around, and it looked OK at the salon, so I paid and left. It wasnt ok though. It was hacked up. My stylist said the back was longer than the sides, and the layers werent even, and I should have never been given texture, because my hair cant handle that cut. I now have to wait for my hair to grow back to shoulder length, where it looks its best.Attached photos: What I walked in with, what I walked out with, and my home states stylist/colorists cut and color correction. This is my new, absolute favorite, place for hair! Everyone there was very professional and a delight.

My wife went in there for a appointment but she was a day early, while trying to check in the receptionist asked for her name, my wife is over 70 and has a European last name and a European accent. The receptionist rolled her eyes back when my wife said her last name and with her accent got a double eye roll. What country are we in?

I had the best time at russos ! I had grown my hair out for 3 years and was really nervous to cut my hair but when I walked in Daniel gave me a beer and Lisa gave me one of the best hair cuts I ever had. I will be back!!
