The women here are very friendly but the quality of their work needs improvement. After my pedicure, I looked closely at my toes where I saw they were not painted evenly. My technician didn’t even paint the side of my big toe nail and left the paint much thicker in places. Honestly, it looked like I painted my own toes in a hurry. Super friendly, but certainly not up to my expectations.

I am sorry but they did not do that good a job. I can get a much better spa pedicure at my Regal Nails here in SoCal. Plus they were $10 more expensive. Friend had pedi same time as me and she was extremely unhappy with the result. Dont bother going here.

Ive been regularly going to R&R for a few months now. Im new to the area & needed to find my new nail place - very tough since I adored my nail lady in California. R&R is very consistent & reasonably priced. I have had 3 technicians do my nails & they are all good, especially Lam & Thien (I think thats how to spell them!) The only drawback is limited gel colors. If youre picky about your colors consider buying & bringing your own. Other than that I highly recommend this salon!!

My feet and heels was rough and l. Was ashamed to take off my shoes when around my partner. Got it smooth and looking good here. I love it.

I was on a vacation close by this nail salon and was in need of a pedicure at the last minute. The ladies here were nice enough to take me AND my sister in, even though they were close to closing. I got a pedicure and she got both a manicure and pedicure. We are both pleased and appreciate their service. I would highly recommend.

Great place and busy. Walk ins are not good. Prices are better and service was acceptable. They have good customer service skills and we have returned on many occasions.

Wer Sadly I dont remember the ladys name who did my fill for me. I called before I went in - made an appointment for a fill with color. Showed up on time - sat down and she started on my nails. Clipping the lifted nails away and filling them in. I asked her to if she could clean up my cuticles and she hurriedly said yes, yes Ill do that. She didnt. Her acrylic was messy and uneven. (I went in with a French tip acrylic set). She also shaped my nails unevenly. I guess who ever made the appointment did not tell her I wanted color. She didnt ask me and I didnt bother telling her. So I had no color done. Not only that she cut me with the drill - once. It went a little deep - It burned afterwards. She took the drill to attempt to clean under my nails... instead she shredded away my real nails- made them a mess and went to on deep for comfort. I she wouldve went a millimeter deeper with the drill under my finger nail they wouldve been bleeding - they were raw. I just wanted to get out of there - and never look back. Horrible job on my nails, I went home and shaped them myself because they were so uneven. Messy acrylic work, no paint, messed up my real nails under the acrylic, too deep with the drill, cut me with the drill.. just no good news. No stars for me and no going back. Not only that I was staring at the price board while she was doing my nails and she over charged me. All I had was a fill, no paint, horrible acrylic job and shaping job - not even oil at the end.. also didnt clean my cuticles like she said she was after I nicely asked. No going back for me.

Nice ppl but not real happy w/ the service. I have problems w/ ingrown toe nails & after about 2-3 days I had to recut a lot of nails myself. Probably wont go back.
