I unexpectedly had a flat tire. I drove for almost a mile when I saw this shop. I walked into the lobby, and the guy behind the counter was having a personal conversation... I stood there waiting.. he didnt even acknowledge me, until his conversation was over. (I was about to walk out) Then he tended to me. I didnt have Lot of time, given the fact that school was almost out... I waited maybe 20 minutes, then they pulled my vehicle in. The guy working on my vehicle showed me the damage created from me driving so far on a flat, and advised they could not patch my tire. I had to purchase a $50 used tire... the only tire they had, which was a bald, slightly damaged tire. I had no choice but to take it... They guy got the tire on in less than 5 minutes. Fast service, but the replacement wasnt really worth $50.

Always satisfied with their service and the only suggestion would be to get some comfortable chairs in the waiting area.

I’ve been here twice for services. Once for new tires and once for engine repair. They’re always fast and courteous. Tanner kept me updated the whole time and was really nice as well.(I recommend using the Snap! Financing as well if you’re in a pinch)

This is the most honest tire shop that Ive ever been to and will keep coming back. They have now come through for me twice. Once when I came in with a punctured tire and the second time when I had a slow leak. Both times they have been able to patch up the tire and saved me the cost of having to get a replacement. So thankful that I found them.

Last week I went to a different tire repair location down the street who tried to overcharge me and then didnt properly repair the tire. Took the same tire to this location and the professionalism and capability to provide customer service let alone a proper repair was like night and day in my opinion. Definitely intend to keep this place in mind in the future.

Dwayne is a stand-up guy. I came in to buy some takeoff tires for my F150 and even though they were very busy, Dwayne handled everyone efficiently and honestly. He even took a moment to walk out to my truck and reassured me that i still had plenty of tread left on my current tires. How many mechanics are that honest?I live in Arlington and yet I will come to Viper the next time I need tires, rims or even mechanical work.

Great place, usually pretty fast, well liked so go in early if youre in a hurry. Dwayne the owner is amazing and will do everything he can to get you out spending the least amount possible. One of the only places that told me upfront a few possible issues and the low and high end of cost. He had never been outside has range either and we got here A LOT! Great customer service!

The guys there were awesome. I went to another tire shop lat week for 2 used tires and my car ran horrible the whole week. The owner of the other shop even balanced my tires twice but nothing worked. I decided to go to viper after my neighbor recommended them and my car is running smoothly a great. The mechanic that sold me new tires for almost the same price as a used also did my alignment. I was out in about an hour. I found me a good shop to go to from now on.

My husband Rick Clark deals with this company all the time. They r truly the best TIRE shop in town. Always great service. They dont try and RIP u off nor do they try and over charge u. Ill continue to keep going to VIPER TIRE AND AUTO.

These guys are great. I have come here several times in the last year or so and have never been disappointed. Great prices and outstanding service. I passed three tire shops on Camp Bowie to get my truck serviced here.

Went in for a tire change. The guy used a tool to pull the tire off and bent my rim. After the tire was put on he told me my rim was bent. My car drove smooth with no vibrations after the tire change my car shakes and vibrates at 60mph and above. I had to buy a new rim that’s on the way. Avoid the Hispanic guy who smokes while changing tires. I’m going back to Arlington for my tire changes.

These guys do seem good. I came in asking for inspection to consider wheel alignment, and check the suspension of my shocks and struts. Their inspection findings corroborated (matched) the findings of another service center. I did not need an alignment or shocks/struts to be replaced.Also, they answered my questions--I asked a lot of questions--and showed me where my front rotors had significant warping. I calipered my old brake pads and believe the brake pad replacement was prudent. I believe they only recommended services that my vehicle needed. Moreover, the pricing was fair when I price-checked. For these reasons, I am giving 5 stars. I will bring my vehicle here again.

They did me a solid, I needed some decent used tires so I could pass my state inspection. Well initially they didnt have my original size, but they told me we have something that will still fit your ride and for $45/tire Man they hook me up with some new boots that look damn near brand new. Color me impressed. I will definitely be coming back w more rides.

This is my second time in this facility. Dwayne is like a traffic controller, as soon as you get in, there are 12 people in line and all seats are taken by people who are already been served and waiting for their vehicles. Dwayne, in a matter of 30 min took care of everybody in line and from the 9 seated there were only three left. He is very efficient, knowledgeable and gives you price and choices, all conveniently priced, I waited 50 minutes for my 2 issues being solved (even auto parts being delivered), and the best of mechanics:Carlos. This facility makes me feel comfortable of not being ripped, by just being a senior. This is my forever place to take my Nissan Sentra 2004, to keep it in the best of shapes by these two guys . I recommend them blindly and having tried other places before

Here it is and how it came to be a lasting experience and friendship of customer service. I have witnessed in a while! For one I’m from Abilene Tx.? I had noticed some tires for sale on Facebooks Marketplace. From the pictures of the shape of tires and the price. I was thinking. It’s a 2 hour and 43 min drive.,But there is no way I was going to find a deal like that here where I live. Make a long story short. I arrived at their establishment.? The tires looked as good as the pictures and the price was very reasonable. They mounted, balanced, replaced tire pressure sensor and Alignment within an hour and half. My truck was done.? They are a one stop shop for all your vehicle needs. Viper Tire and Auto are very professional, knowledgeable, respectful with customers vehicles. Their establishment is very clean and uniquely decorated with cool signs and awesome paint scheme. It was one of my best customer service experiences in a while. It was a privilege and worry free to get my truck serviced there all the way from Abilene. Definitely a lasting place memory. I will return and make that trip again and again. Tanner is the best! He explained everything to me in detail. He helped me choose fancy new rims and tires and I got them at a good price. They also fixed my check engine light and said they tweaked something simple and the light went off. Prior to coming to Viper, I took it to a place where they said I needed to pay $375!!!! I despise auto repair shops that take advantage of women who dont know any better. Anyways, I am a customer for life! Thanks guys! My car looks so badass!

Great selection of new and used tires, excellent customer service and they even sell and install lift kits and off-road accessories. Cool waiting area for a tire store. Neat and clean unlike most tire stores. I buy mud tires here because they balance, rotate and fix flats for Free if you bought the tires there. Cool Logo too.

Great people great service and value. I woke up to a flat early Monday morning the Viper guys made it easy and pie to get me on the road again and I didnt have to break a sweat. The pulled the bolt from my tire and patched it in no time. They have done lots of work on my old trucks and my 2016 Suburban from tires and breaks to fuel gauge repair.

Good customer service fast with reasonable prices

Needed my rotors and brake pads changed on my truck and Tanner got me right in right away and helped me on labor since I provided the parts! Very affordable in his pricing and his staff are knowledgeable and friendly to boot. Very clean shop that is nice enough to hang around while your vehicle is getting serviced. On a side note, a lady came in stating that a major tire chain (DT) told her that she needed new tires or her car wouldnt pass inspection. Tanner and his guy looked at her tires and told her there was absolutely nothing wrong with her tires and in fact, they looked practically new. Just another case of an auto shop trying to take advantage of a woman. That honesty that Tanner and his staff displayed is the reason I will definitely go back for any of my vehicle needs! Top notch Tanner!

I got a front end alignment done within an hour and realised later the steering was a bit off. They have a 90 day warranty, so after taking it back they rotated my tires and fixed the alignment at no cost. Everything feels perfect now. Very professional and clean place.

Got my oil changed with tire rotation. They use a synthetic blend, but can get you full synthetic if you want it. Probably took 30 minutes max. Definitely will use them again and will look at wheel and tires with them now too.

I was about to purchase a used tire because Firestone told me my tire was not fixable. But, when I got to Viper Tire, I was informed my tire was fixable. With that being said, viper now has a lifetime customer.

Stripped my all thread when I went to buy a used tire(didn’t even put my rim back on for me). Tire went flat in a week.

We pulled in to have them take off a tire with a knot on it and put on my spare. My spare had steel showing. They couldnt put it on my car and I had no money to buy one. They put a used tire on for free. I will go back on payday and buy another one.

I have bought tires from them for the past 3 years, (before the name change). They are always so polite and helpful. The last time I came in was last Nov. We were on our way to San Antonio and was afraid my tires were not safe enough for the round trip. I really didnt have the budget to buy a set of 4 new tires but I would have if I had to. The guy at the counter came out looked and my 4 tires and told me I still had about 40% life left in them. I loved the fact that he took 10 min to go out of his way and give my grandmother and I some peace of mind. I loved how he didnt push a sale that wasnt necessary but instead told me to come back in 5 to six months. Needless to say we made it safely to San Antonio and back. Thank you for everything that yall do. We will be coming back for my next set of tires!!!!!!!

Theres customer service and then theres these guys. These guys know how to get you taken care. Theyre honest and genuinely care for you and your vehicle. The manager literally took a personal sacrifice to help get me taken care of. I wish I could give more than five stars.
