This might be one of the best if not the best mechanic shops I’ve been to. Quick, reliable, and a reasonable price. They also drove me to and from my apartment after I dropped off my truck and then when it was ready to be picked up. Definitely will be back for any future repairs I have.

This is the best place to do business for your auto. They are not only fast but they don’t take advantage of you because you are a woman! As a matter of fact they have gone out of their way to take care of me, including rides not only from their store but even dropped me and picked me up from the doctor the day my car broke down.This is the most honest business I have ever dealt with and I will go no place other than here for the rest of my life.Love all of the friendly faces there too!

Never had to find a mechanic while out of town but I lucked out by finding Bolen. He’s an honest mechanic with a staff of competent mechanics.Got me back up and running in a day and reasonably priced.They also drove my truck 20 miles to make sure the job was done right.... talk about going the extra mile!

*Edit to original review*After getting my car back I am pleased with the service. The gentleman even showed me another issue that seems to have been caused by another shop. He called me several times today and updated me with what was going on. I would take my car back to this shop. The first issues are the reason I didnt give a 5 star review.*Original review-1 star*I had my car towed to this shop around 1pm and have had zero communication from them. I picked this shop because it had good reviews, and when my boyfriend called, the gentleman said he had time to look at it today. We have called 3 times and been told each time that they havent even looked at it yet. It is now passed 6 and the shop is closed and I did not recieve a call about anything. It is not professional, and if I knew they didnt actually have the time to fit it in today, I would have taken my car somewhere else. I have a full time job and can not be unaware of what is going on with my transportation. Im very upset.

They gentleman are always friendly and I know that they arent just trying to take advantage of me. They never do unnecessary repairs. They are open early and are super accommodating with your schedule!

I have had my experience with other mechanics an this is by far the best we have ever been too. If they tell you a price they try their best to stick to it. They even found some warranty parts to where we wouldn’t be charged. This is the only place in Fort Worth I will take my cars. Thank you guys for the hard an honest work you put in

Saved me from being overcharged by another shop that wanted to charge $761 for valve cover gasket leak when I asked him for a second estimate over the phone. I had my Jeep towed here after being at Tberrys enterprises mobile here in Fort Worth Texas for over 6 weeks. PS, do not take your vehicle there. I spoke with Randy who was very friendly, very informative, he helped me to understand the issue with my Jeep. Being a woman I really appreciated that, because most times women get played when it comes down to vehicles. After coming off of $420 for work that was not done and additional issues that were caused by the other auto shop, Bolen came in like Superman and fixed my issues within a timely manner. Considering the other shop removed my ECM, Bolen had to order another one and reprogram it, and it took them a week. During that week I was kept informed about the process. I will most definitely continue to use them for any other issues I may encounter with my Jeep and with any other issues I may have with any future vehicles.

For as long as I’m in Fort Worth, this Mr. Bolen will have my business! My wife’s 2004 Ford Taurus had a tricky oil leak and high mileage. When another local shop told me to start looking for a new car, Bolens creatively found it was a simple fix and solved the leak problem. Other mechanics in a similar situation could have easily exaggerated the situation and charged out the wazoo. Can’t wait to book my next repair or inspection with his trusted staff.

As the dealerships in the area have abysmal ratings and new to the Forth Worth area, I found myself needing a reliable garage that was genuine, forthright, and professional. Yelpers didnt disappoint. A little pricey, yes... but auto service that gives you peace of mind. I ended up here after going from one repair shop to another. They identify the problem on my car, clearly explained the remedy and fixed it. Its been about 4 months - all calm!

Randy and his team have went so far out of their way to help me deal with another auto shop that caused a lot of damage to my car. They have made countless phone calls and randy has given me the best advice, on top of the fact that the repairs that they made to fix the other shops mistakes were flawless. This is a great mechanic shop they are very knowledgable & have earned my trust & business for life. The put a new motor in my old truck and about 3 months later a couple of bolts worked loose from the housing I was in Alvarado at the time. They had it towed to there shop & repaired it without charging me a penny. I have since referred my mother and my brother there and they love it as well.

Great Automotive Shop! All the mechanics are very experienced and trust worthy. They dont just jump to the most expensive option, but instead suggest the best option based on the cost and condition of your car. I recently had some issues with my car and took it to another place for an estimate that was just very convenient to my work location. They jumped straight to suggesting some very intensive and expense work on my car of over 220K miles. So obviously I threw the convenience out the window and went out of my way to take my car to Bolens Automotive. They did a through review and told me it appeared that it might just be an issue with an old squashed hose into the engine. They made that very inexpensive hose change and said watch it for the next week and that if did not get better, that would then evaluate the very expensive options to my car issue. Just go in and ask for Randy or Trey, they will take good care of you.

The owners & mechanics are all hard working Christians who really worked hard to help me out since I had several things wrong with my car. They even told me about the AirChek Texas Program. I am blessed to have them work on my car & care about the job they do. I can guarantee that they will do the same for you. I will never take my car anywhere else!

Randy and the other mechanics went out of their way to figure out why my theft system kept triggering. The first time I brought my car in, they ran several electrical tests and decided on the ABS module. Turns out that wasnt the problem, so I brought it back a second time. It turns out, the last mechanic installed the ignition switch incorrectly! I wasnt charged for them fixing the switch and its been running great! They really do care and go above and beyond!

They wont repair a car here unless its done correctly. I mean they are the best. Period. The waiting room for customers has a tribute to Indy racing on exhibit. If you are an Indy fan this is a must see. Its like a miniature museum.

Bad people tried to take 900 from me. Talking bout my fuels pump was bad and that was the reason my car wouldnt start I was going to leave it up there but something told me to get my car tow to my dealer come to find out after they ran a diagnose my fuel pump was good nd that I just needed gas..

The old guy was nice. The guy who fixed my car tried to get over on me a little. They told me it would be 250 to fix. And they knew what the problem was. It wasnt like they found something else but they charged me 280. Im 16 but I know a lot about cars. And repair . I called him out on over charging me and then he said it was supposed to be 262.

MOVED HERE 3 YRS. AGO. DIDNT HAVE A MECHANIC SO MY SISTER SENT ME TO RANDY. THEY HAVE BEEN GREAT. THEY DO GREAT WORK TRY TO HELP YOU AND GET IT DONE AS SOON AS THEY CAN. BUT THE ONE THING THAT IS MOST IMPORTANT IS THAT THEY ARE HONEST!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY DONT TRY TO MAKE MONEY OFF YOU FOR THING THAT ARE NOT NEEDED. AUTO REPAIR IS NEVER CHEAP BUT BOLENS TRY TO KEEP THE PRICE DOWN AND WITH IN REASON. THEY DONT JACK UP THEIR PRICES. Bowlings is one of the best auto shop that I have been to that I have met I would saying and all in all they would have to have approximately 300 years of experience among all of the employees including them my car Kwik Kar Lube not going to say wearing the other was the Chevy dealer I have a 93 Chevy Cavalier nobody could work on it yes it was a little expensive but that hasnt been any work done on this car in 25 year but they got it running good

I have used Randys shop a few times in the past but their location isnt as convenient as another. I took it to Randy this time after I had already taken it to the other shop, because that other shop lied to me repeatedly and then never worked on my truck. And while it sat in their lot for a week and didnt get worked on, it was vandalized. Randy and Trey again took care of my truck and got me back on the road in a short amount of time. I will from now on...not use anyone else but Bolens. An Honest and Friendly Shop! Hard to find. Thanx Randy!

I went to get an inspection and the guy there was super cool and easygoing I recommend this place for inspections any day!!

I was having problems with the starter on my Honda, and after taking it into the dealership, I was told it would cost almost $900 to replace. I knew that was way too high, so I brought it over to Bolens and they did it in an afternoon for more than $300 cheaper than what the dealership wanted. They even gave me a ride home and picked me back up instead of having me wait in the waiting room all day. Next time I need something done on my car, Im skipping the dealer entirely and just coming to Bolens.

What else can I say five star service right in the heart of TCU.....Wifes car broke down and Bolens automotive had her back on the road the same day.Will definitely recommend to my friends.

The Bolen family are fine sweet Christians. I took my car there for an inspection & it failed because of the engine light being on. Randy told me of the AirCheck Texas program that helps retired or out of work poor people pay for repairs. NOONE had ever told me of any programs that would help me. Everyone else just cared about getting all the money they could out of me! One of the mechanics took me home & another one picked me up the next day. They reinspected my car & the light went off. They replaced an ignition coil & fuel pressure sensor that could have cost me $592! The mechanics were all friendly polite & courtous to me, a 66 yr woman! They did a great job! Now, my car, seriously, drives like a new car even though it is 11 yrs old! I reccommend you taking your car here if you need any work done on it! The Bolens were very considerate & caring. They even faxed the papers to AirCheck for me. They really care about their customers & the mechanics are highly qualified technicians!
