Where do I even begin... I have known this family personally most of my life and professionally since I started driving. I trust what they say and they can basically fix it all. One thing I learned from them very quickly is that if you take care of your car, it will take care of you and I still believe that to this day. I have also learned that you cannot go cheap with luxury cars. Most of the time they can diagnose my cars by just looking at them or hearing them hahaha. God bless.

I have used E C on several occasions.. wonderful work... they do what they say.. cant express the professionalism this shop has... the bad reviews are seriously people who cant understand labor and part cost... good mechanics are hard to come by, especially for imports..

They replaced my Mercedes diesel timing chain without an issue, and the engine runs great now. Many of the other independent German repair shops in the area were telling me to take it to the dealer, but they got it done here with excellence. I come here now for all by German car repairs.

They let me know when they encountered a problem before they repaired it and told me if urgent repair or can hold off. They were very nice and professional. The repairs were very affordable.

Dont ever take your BMW or Mercedes to the dealer again for service. This shop will get you back on the road in no time at very affordable prices. My 1997 Z3 has found a new maintenance home. Thank you guys.

Do not trust them had a bad experience want be back they just want your money. I may not always get what I want but please be honest with your customers. I feel the way you conducted business was unprofessional and your comment shows it. During this times please use compassion because not all of us are happy with our services.

My experience here was amazing! I took my ML-350 in for service that would normally be costly at the dealership, however it was very affordable. All of my questions were answered in detail and there was no pressure to have recommended repairs done. The customer service was stellar and Ill be returning for future repairs and maintenance. Great people! I cant say enough about this family ran business. If you own a BMW or other euro car call them first. Very up front and reasonably priced. Also they do honor the warranty for their parts. Thats important because not all places do that! They are the only reason I continue to keep a BMW.

I Own a 2007 525i BMW. One day I added oil to my engine started my car and it began blowing clouds of white smoke with a burning rubber smell !! I panicked and had it parked for 3 months. I took my AUDI last week to replace the spark plugs. This morning I opened the hood and the first thing I noticed was that the hood would stayed open. I had to use a stick to keep it open, then I found the the AUDI logo was missing on the plate the covers the engine . I called them and the technician said he remembers it was there, but nobody knows what happened. Suddenly it disappeared.

Not happy with the customer service or the owner,went in yesterday and spoke with a work explained my problem the worker assured me they could do the job and how much it would cost, he stated come back tomorrow at 830am which is today an yes we could fix your headlight and it will cost you 90.00, So I go in this morning and the Owner told me to take it elsewhere because it will be cheaper, You’re kidding right! Be careful when you go to this mechanic make sure the boss is okay with doing simple jobs, because if he’s not taking all your money he doesn’t want to help you. It’s sad that you have to pay a fortune to get a headlight set in place, no job should be to small for a mechanic WANT BE GETTING ANY OF MY MONEY,

I just bought my first Mercedes And was nervous about the maintenance that it will need this car had all kinds of issues when I had bought it from a private seller I looked up ec auto repair and seeing that their reviews were good and that is for good reason these guys treated my car like it was their own they did exceptional work top quality I will refer everybody I know to them I just cant say enough good things about Marcus and his family at that shop they are just top notch I highly recommend them . Ernest (the owner) is a nice enough person. However, we have a BMW X5 that we let his shop replace the Catalytic Converters a couple months ago (over $3,000 worth of work). The thanks we got for being a repeat customer? The BMW was throwing two coil codes so I took it in for them to replace. The part price was fair, heck, the labor price was OK. The one thing that I cannot look past though. Even though he did the work and collected an hour and a half worth of labor on a 40 minute job (again, no issue with this), I was still charged $60 for scanning, reseting, and printing the codes that I already received for free from Autozone. Its a shame they would be willing to lose a customer on this money pit of a car for $60. I guess I would recommend so long as you dont need any codes read. Most businesses charge the fee ONLY if you dont let them fix the car. Ticky Tack charges run people away.

I love = love ECs....anything that goes wrong with my car, they fix it in a timely manner and the prices are more reasonable than taking it to the BMW dealership. I recommend this company to anyone with a BMW, Mercedes, Jaguar....etc.

Great service and my car was repaired correctly the first time.

Rolled my moms car up to the shop on Thursday found out the timing chain jumped the sprocket they fixed it and got it back to her in 3 days at a very reasonable price

EC European Auto Repair saved me a lot of money when my alternator went out on my Acura TL. I wouldnt have been able to have paid to get it done anywhere else.
