Listen… I just can’t anymore. This is not a $55 mani/pedi. This is just my fingers obviously, but my toes don’t look any better. I booked with my normal stylist, and she didn’t tell me until we were in the middle of my pedi that she doesn’t even regularly do nails, they just don’t have a nail person and she has a few clients who only want her to do them. She is nice, and I usually have her do my hair. But my last few haircuts/glaze/highlights are just… eh… and this mani/pedi was the last. I can’t keep paying for mediocre services. I’m sorry. I like her as a person, but I’m just done.

I had my haircut by Jolene and she did an amazing job. She was so friendly and professional but most importantly cut my hair exactly the way I wanted. She asked a lot of questions and communicated with me in a way in order to make sure I got the results I wanted. We had great conversation so time flew by and before I knew it her masterpiece was finished! The salon itself was very clean and I enjoyed the time I spent there. 10/10

I managed to get a last minute appointment with Kelsi, and because of the fact I was growing out a pixie (reallllll mulett-y), I didnt have high hopes. She managed to get me almost the EXACT cut I showed her from photos. I walked out with hair I love again! 10/10 recommend. The salon is also very clean.

Have used in the past, great experience. However, this time around....Could not make one little phone call or email or even a voicemail to schedule an appointment. They are sooo sooo busy. Not trying anymore will take my business elsewhere. Thanks but no thanks.

I Love going to Tangles. I look foward to every appointment. I dont know what I would have done if it wasnt for them. Since covid I tried doing my own hair and I ruined my hair. They gave me my hair back. Its thick and healthy. Thank you Tangles.

A very nice looking salon. However, don’t deliver anything to these people! Despite being in a business where they receive tips, my mother delivered some items to a hairdresser at Tangles and WAS NOT TIPPED!!!! If you consider the selfish mentality behind that, i’d guess if you don’t like the haircut or service, they’re not going to care. My mother has to pick my niece up from school and she was late because they needed hair supplies delivered....get this!....from Georgetown to Georgetown! My mom made $2.30 for leaving her neighborhood at Lake and Anthony and driving to Georgetown, making her late to get my niece, to deliver these very important items, and they couldn’t even throw her a couple bucks! Pathetic! I’ll never go to Tangles. I like human beings with compassion and empathy to cut MY hair and my children’s hair! This has been on my mind and my nerves for a week. I love my mother and i hate to see her treated poorly! People who earn tips KNOW it’s not ok to not tip! Thank you!!

Bobbi jo was AMAZING! She did an OUTSTANDING job on my hair. I couldn’t be more pleased. She was super kind very professional and easy to talk to. She made me very comfortable and explained everything before she did it to make sure I understood.

I’ve lived in Fort Wayne for a little over 3 years and I have searched and searched for a stylist that I could trust and I found that with Megan McMeekin! She is absolutely phenomenal, and so so sweet. She does not let you leave even the slightest bit unsatisfied with your hair. I can show her any picture of a style or color I like, and she gets it right every time. The salon itself is great too. Very well lit and clean. Everyone is very nice a professional there as well!

Megan McMeekin is the best stylist I’ve ever experienced. She knows how to make you feel so relaxed. When washing my hair I felt like I was in heaven.

I drive one hour just to get to my hair done by Gloria. Wont let anyone else touch my hair! Very clean and professional salon.

Not a good experience for my first time going there. She had burnt my ear with a straightener and never offered for me to see the back. The stylist knew I wasnt happy with the cut. She told me in a couple of days if your still not happy to come back and shell try to do something else. I had told her it looks nothing like the picture that I had shown her. She seemed rushed because her next appointment was there. Theres no way I would go back.

Worst experience at a salon EVER. I came in trying to match my hair to a set of extensions. This girl dyed my hair twice to try matching and my blonde wouldnt budge. I heard her friend who also worked there pull her aside saying use this to make her hair a little darker, but only leave it on for ten minutes. Mind you I heard every single word her friend said TEN minutes. So what does this girl do...leaves it on for over an hour while she was cutting another customers hair...I even interrupted her twice and scared out of my mind told her I heard your friend say only ten minutes? Its been over half an hour she told me no we can leave it on as long as we want, it will only get so dark and then its done.....I AGAIN around the hour point told her I think its been on too long. During that hour she kept giving me the dirtiest looks and scuffing about me interrupting her..after that hour she cleaned my hair and kept saying uh oh.. while washing it...she sat me down but had me facing away from the mirror. All the girls around had horror faces on their looks. The idiot wouldnt even turn me around to look at the mirror so I did myself. I started crying immediately. The whole bottom of my hair was a very ugly faded brown and the top was pure green....NEVER once during this process did she ever apologize. The owner had to come in and were trying to think what to do. Mind you I was there for seven hours at this point. The store was already closing. I had to remind the owner to just do a Malibu treatment (never ever went to cosmetology school, but of all the so called professionals in there I had to come up with a solution...)Did it, my hair was normal looking so I took it as it was..I was still in tears though, because at the time I had a photo shoot in a few days. While still crying all my friends text me (who went to school for cosmetology) to not pay a dime that places like them have insurance for situations like this. The owner who was drunk and joked about being so drunk never apologized and wouldnt let me leave for paying at least $50. She kept saying to come back the next day to fix it. All my friends told me to go back and make them fix it. She had to cut three inches off my hair from the horrible dead ends made from the treatments from the day before..she couldnt fix it at all. Went to a new salon and paid $200 to just go back to platinum blonde and I stayed that light for years fearing of ever going a darker blonde again. My first experience ever at Tangles and my last, Ive told many of my friends ever since to never trust that salon. In the end I lost $250, three inches of my hair that wasnt even damaged till after that first night there and I stayed ten hours at Tangles the first night of them ruining it....the owner the next day said as softly as she could so the other customers couldnt hear her turns out you were right, your girl left that color on your hair too long but never got an apology.
