The first picture is what I asked for & the last 3 are what I got paint all over my hands & no marble nail because after multiple attempts & multiple people they told me it was “too hard” but that’s not the worse part the time when people were trying to do help with the marble design a lady dropped her brush 3 times on the floor & each time picked it up & continued to use it & put it back in the bottle when she was tired of trying to attempt. I asked to speak to the manager & he didn’t care AT ALL I still had to pay even though I could have had my young daughter do better than this ladies this is a sign to not switch up on your nail tech especially not with this place. Horrible

Not only did I NOT have to wait for my appointment, I was 10 minutes early and was sat immediately after I washed hands. My tech was quick. Efficient. My nails came put great! Please tell the salons in the Chicago suburbs how its done guys! I wish I could bring you home with me! Amazing!

Pedicure was painful and my toe is still bleeding as I type this review from the parking lot. Nails are crooked and gaps at the bottom. Started polishing with the wrong color number than I selected but kept insisting it was the same. I picked a light orange / peach and ended up with bright orange. Wont return.

Worst manicure I have ever received. Got gel nails and less than a week later thet are chipping. Got a french manicure and the white edging is wavy and very uneven. Can see through the white.

The first two times I went there, they did an excellent job with both my manicure and pedicure! The last time I was there, I was not happy when I left. I went in for a pedicure and it looked terrible. My nails were not filed, the nail polish was streaky and had noticeable brush strokes, clear coat did not fully cover the nail, and I had polish all over my skin. Additionally, the woman kept asking me if I wanted to get my nails done after I told her just a pedicure. I told her a basic pedicure and was charged $35.00 because she used a mango scrub/lotion. I had to do a full touch up on my toes when I got home and I shouldn’t have to after paying that much!

What an amazing place! I had two amazing nail techs. What a great experience will be back next time I’m in the area.

Came in for the 1st time for a fill and cut down. Had several people walk by me and said Nothing. When I was about to walk out someone ask what I needed. He cut them too short and not the right shape. The polish is a whole different story. Very disappointed I had heard good things but not my view.

I went and had a full set, almond shape, with gel polish and for the most part they look okay, I like them. They kinda point up but its alright. I pointed out a few mistakes to them and they fixed what I seen. I didnt see the rest until I got home. The man who applied the acrylic and shaped them was awesome. I wish he wouldve painted them too but another guy did and he wasnt really enjoying his job so he rushed and did a sloppy job on my pinky. $ 45 and a 10 tip.

The people here are rude. They acted as if I was inconveniencing them. I’ve never in my life got my nails done so poorly. My nails are all different sizes, the paint job was trash, the guy cut up my fingers. He acted as if he was in a hurry but there wasn’t even anybody else waiting and it was super early in the day. I will never be returning here & you should keep your money and go else where.

Love going here they make you feel like family . Very resonably priced also. Love it here!!!Thats rare nowadays! They really care about their customers happiness and frequently have special offers to give back to them. I really love that. I havent seen one special request that they havent been able to accommodate yet. They are up to date on the newest trends and styles.

They were really nice! The problem was I paid for both me and my friend and we got the same thing and they charged us different. They also didnt make me pay the amount they said. I paid with 2 different cards and they charged them different amounts when it was supposed to be half and half. This was the most I have ever paid to get my nails done and I always get the same thing. My pedicure was amazing but communication was was a problem.

Took my daughters to treat them to a mani & pedi for their birthday. The techs did a good job on our toes, but the manicures were awful! My daughter was in pain after leaving due to the tech cutting her nails down to the skin & my tech cut so much skin around my nails, I left with dry pieces of skin surrounding my nails. They were very rushed & I’m pretty sure we were overcharged. We got basic gel pedi’s & mani’s & walked out spending $240 before tip. I will not go back!

I’m here from out of town and this is the only place I come to! The entire staff if friendly, great atmosphere. You will not be disappointed!The place has been remodeled and looks wonderful. Staff knows you by name. They also have a great selection of colors and styles.!

I just got a pedicure here with my uncle and boyfriend & they did an awesome job! The place is huge and the people know what they are doing. We got in an hour before our appointment because we showed up early. Highly recommend! I’ll be back :)

Friendly staff however the quality was not good. Manicure with shellac polish. Small bubbles on some of my nails. Polish hardened on my skin around my nails I told the tech & he grabbed a file off of front desk & attempted to file off. It didn’t work & who knows how many others that file has touched. Not clean not good quality price was good compared to others but I would have rather spent a little more than have that experience.

The sign by the door says no smoking 20 feet from entrance. 🤦🏻‍♀️

WORST SERVICE EVER spent 75$ to do my nails. She did the shellac over my skin I mentioned that to her and she said she would be able to fix it at the end. She used the machine to “fix it” and ruined the color. I left and went to another salon to get them re- done. Will never do business there. Very unprofessional

I’ve been here 3 times now. The first time for a full, she did a GREAT job. Second time, nails were cracking after 3 weeks( which i understand). Went in not even a week ago for a full set, every single nail is lifted at the top, the polish peeled in spots not even 2 days after I had gotten them done. Do not recommend.

I always get great service here. I dont know who the young man was that did my pedicure today, but it was the best Ive ever had! Between the massage chair and the massage on my feet and calves, it was great! I hope hes there when I go back the next time he did a great job and didnt talk to me while he did it which made it even better. When I go, I like to close my eyes and relax and I was able to do that today.

51 dollars! For wax and nails. Ugly looking nails . Not the color I wanted . not the shape I wanted not the service I would have like to receive! Never coming back!! The lady that waxed did a good job was gentle and made sure I was happy with the service. However, the guy that did my nails rushed everything. All my nails are in different length and width. I even asked for him to fix one and simply sighed with frustration while making it worse. Then, I had asked for an almost burgundy color and brings bad a bright red back. At this point I didnt even say anything. He had already been answering phone calls and going outside to give out a jacket to someone which I didnt mind. But just like I was patient and understanding with him I would have liked to receive the same.

I recently got my nails done (gel manicure) at here while visiting my family in town. Nickie is my favorite manicurist here. She was super friendly and accessible. I was offered hot tea and I was made comfortable in a large cushioned chair while my hands received treatment. And the atmosphere is very relaxing. My favorite point here is the spacious parking lot. I will definitely be going back!

Best shellac manicures! I can get them routinely and it doesnt damage my nails. Stays for 4 weeks or more..no chipping. Staff is SO nice. The gal at the front desk is so welcoming and kind. I love going there.

Gel manicure was done very nicely, but very quick and unfriendly tech (maybe the owner?). I almost felt bad for making him do a service I was paying for. Will go elsewhere next time!

The lady who did my nails was friendly and I didnt have to wait which is the only reason they are getting the 2 stars. it was dirty and almost made me feel uncomfortable with the tools they were using. it seemed over priced for what u got. the lady offered to put a little silver line on my nail so I accepted not knowing it would cost $5! so dont accept any extra without asking if its free!! didnt feel like she did a very good job. Ive been getting my nails done for 10+ years so Im familiar with the process. she seemed to take her time but the results didnt show. some nails are jagged and not smooth. I got French and the white is thin and not even on each nail. I wont be going back.

Luckily, the place didnt seem busy and i gave them a try. Spacious parking lot (super satisfied). A cute girl ( her name is Thu) gave me the deluxe desert pedicures (with milk & honey) very beautiful. The selection of colors was outstanding and she offered me a high quality product. My deluxe toenails look nice and cute. Its very spacious with 20 chairs and 20 tables. I certainly would go back again for a new manicure as well as try out the other offerings.

My shilac nails were out on too thick and peeled off within a week. There was also a crazy long wait. One positive is they did my eyebrows good

Im very surprised at the poor reviews of this salon. I go every 2 weeks and am always pleased with my pedicure. I go to the same lady every time (Cindy) and she is FANTASTIC!! I am always offered a beverage. Cindy always takes her time with my pedicure and gives THE BEST leg and foot massage and hot stone massage that I have had anywhere. The young woman at the desk is always super friendly and welcoming too. I call ahead and make an appointment to make sure I get Cindy. The only time I havent been 100% satisfied is once when Cindy was on vacation and another lady did my pedicure. She rushed through it and didnt do near as good a job as I have become used to. In my experience, the salon is always clean (including the restroom) and doesnt smell of chemicals, like many nail salons do .My only compliant is that I think the pedicures are a little pricey...unless you get Cindy, then its worth every penny :)

I had several experiences at this salon. All different from one another. All employees are very kind and friendly. Most of them also do a great job designing and polishing. However, EVERY time I went there I ended up with the acrylic lifting. I have NEVER had that happen with work done by any other salon. I also had my eyebrows waxed once and she made my eyebrows extremely thin. She waxed the majority of my brows. I had to use eyebrow makeup/tools to make them look presentable for a couple weeks until they started to grow back. I have very long, thick, and dark hair. They should have never taken that much off.

I have never been disappointed with my nails, and the service is always so great. The ladies working there are very friendly, especially the owner! Reasonable prices, fast service, and excellent results.

45 dollars for a basic pedi..... I have spent less on more there. Definitely not right and when I asked she couldnt explain why. Super disappointed. Specially since Ive been going there for years!

Bad experience, out of town and took my Granddaughter to have a pedicure and manicure. I too had mine done. I had the dip done as I always have done at my salon in TN and typically last two - three weeks. Pedicure also was not what I typically get in TN either, so 100 dollars later I am on day Five an I have four fingers either cracked or chipped off. Pretty pricy week to go and have them redone. Oh and don’t bother calling to speak with the owner they just left or will be back by a certain time. My granddaughter had tips and gel, they are too thick and he did not even clean up her cuticles, $65 you would think it would have been done. I would not recommend you wasting your money.

Not impressed. I was just there for a pedicure and it wasnt that busy but the lady flew through mine like there was a line out the door waiting. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Which wouldve been great had she done a thorough job, but she didnt. Maybe a minute of massaging and the only callus I have is still there. She didnt even put a top coat on my nails.

Im not going to assume that everyone will have a bad experience but we did. We went in and agree for a shellac polish change. The guy that greeted us was fine. However, the woman that actually did the work was the issue. She couldnt communicate very well. We showed her a picture of what we wanted, orange and black hombre nails. She put the black coat down then tried to put the orange over it which didnt work because the black was so much darker. So we asked if it would be better if we used a different color. This is where is communication barrier came into play. Im assuming she didnt know how to do hombre nails as she didnt really fade the color and didnt know how to make the orange show. She seemed to be frustrated by the fact that we werent happy. However, its not our fault that she doesnt know how to do it. Im assuming we were charged for a manicure and polish change, which wasnt what we wanted but at this point we were done and will probably just have to go somewhere else to get it corrected.

Got my first set of tips with shellac nails 3 weeks ago. First experience was a good one. Man listened to what I wanted, gave thorough service, pedicure before, filed down to square and rounded only at efge. I was happy.Then there was yesterday... went in for a full and different color. Told lady I wanted only slightly filing down. She filed down to fingertip length. What did I get tips for if only to be filed off? Told her they were too short, she said sorry and continues on. I ask for the same glitter nail Polish for the beds, she started giving me something different. Fortunately that was corrected. As tune went on I asked how much they were going to be she said 35 just like I paid before. I was to have silver on the tips of the purple I picked, she said it would be 40 so I just did purple tip alone. When I went to check out she charged my card 40 even though she said it would be 35. My cuticles were not pushed back or trimmed, she took a nail file to one of my finished nails and I had to repaint and I was over charged. WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

Ive been here twice now for a pedicure and theyre very professional and thorough. They make sure that my feet are soft and smooth and that my polish will look good when Im finished. Their prices are reasonable and Id definitely recommend them.

Have been going here for more than a year. Tammy and AJ are the Absolute Best!! However the Entire staff is Great my husband gets a pedicure at least once a month with me now (especially since they started serving wine) and every tech that he has had he has loved as well.

I love my pedicure and shellac French manicures. The polish from the pedicure stayed and stayed until I had to cut my toenails. The Shellac French manicures, ( Ive had 2 so far and going back for the 3rd soon,) last for a good 4 weeks. The wait time was very little if any.

The first time I got a pedicure, the lady was great. This past time, the young man that did my pedicure was very dismissive and seemed to want me out of his chair as soon as possible. So I thought it fair to split the difference between the two experiences and rate it a 3. Guess it all depends on who you get.

I asked her to work on my calluses so she gelled my whole foot,even on the soft arch of my foot and the acid ate a hole in my foot. She left my calluses on my toes and didnt even make an effort to work on my heels. The massage was good and the hot rocks felt great. I also recommend the peppermint rub treatment. No refreshment drinks were offered either. The customers across the room got theirs. Why should I have to ask instead of being asked if I would like something!!!! Go somewhere else people! Prices were very typical. Noone should go away with sores on their feet!

Great experience getting a massage and manicure! Scheduled last minute appointments for my sisters, mom, and myself. We each got a back/shoulder/neck massage and a combination of manis/pedis. We were all pleased with the quality and professionalism. Id definitely return!

They were rude. My nails have broken within 3-4 days. Its been a week and I only have 4 nails still on. First time I went I came in and was told to pick out a color then waited 20 minutes while people that came in after me without an appointment were taken before me. I would recommend going else where.

Worst nail salon that Ive been to! Will not return and I do not recommend this place to anyone! Its looks nice inside, I will give them that but that is the only good thing about it!

Dont waste your money. Got a pedi with shellac, ended up being 55. Mind you they never once said how much extra the shellac would be. The lady rushed doing the pedi and I had to rub the rest of the lotion in on my legs. The lady I had never introduced herself, also reused utensils that I dont think were sanitized properly.

This was my first time going here just bc theyre 5 minutes away. Waste of money. Crooked nails. Bubbles on the polish. Acrylic was lumpy on a few of my nails. They dont take their time at all. Im just sticking to the original place I go to .

Horrible experience today with a pedicure. Technician was not friendly. Spoke to other tech in their native language. Technician left a few times while in the middle of pedicure never explained why. She did a terrible job with all parts of the pedicure, filing clipping & painting. Tried to ask for better service on feet and was ignored. Once sitting at dryer noticed clipped nails all around the floor very unclean. Will not go back or recommend to anyone.

Would give 0 stars for my experience if possible. Went here on a whim after work. Will never go back. I have been getting dip done for over two years at other salons. What I received here was not dip. The man who did my nails used improper technique and cheap shortcuts. Instead of using the proper steps/products he cheated by using a clear gel polish to make my dip stick and then put a top coat of gel polish on my DIP at the end. When I questioned why he was doing this, using gel polish and a uv light on my dip he got attitude and assured me this was dip and not gel. I can read bottles. He used a “no stick top coat gel” with a uv light on my dip. Not to mention the bottles of polish used on me were disgusting. Covered in old polish and paint (not sure why paint) but clearly it had been refilled many times. This makes me question what product was really in this bottle. The attitude I received from this man was another story. Horrible customer experience. Needless to say. My “dip” lasted a whomping three days. The tips of my nails are already bare with color fading away and dull. All because of his improper technique. Dip should last 2-3 weeks. What a waste of money.

What a wonderful place to visit to get a pedicure my wife goes there at least once every three weeks the staff there is fantastic AJ caters to her very well and we appreciate going here and spend the night money here

Excellent experience for my daughter and myself

My husband and I went in for just pedicures today. I asked a gentleman how long it would be and he said 5 minutes. It was 5 minutes for me however my pedicure was completed before my husbands was even started. Another couple who came in after us was serviced before my husband. Neither manicurist spoke to us except to ask me repeatedly did I want other services and when I declined each time, she then spoke in her language to the other employees. I felt as though I was being talked about. My pedicure was done in 20 minutes from removal of polish to polish. My toenail shape is square but each big toe is now not straight. Some of my nails was not completely painted and others was painted onto my cuticle. Speaking of cuticles, she hurt me when cutting them. My feet was poorly scrubbed and I still have dead skin on the side of my big toes. I was never given her name or I would say to avoid this employee. I was herded through like cattle while my poor husband had to sit and wait in cold water. Worst pedicure that I have ever had! I did not tip one cent and I will never go back there. I will also tell my story to as many people as I can in hopes they are saved from being disappointed as I was.

I absolutely hated it I went to have a pedicure done and left with both my big toes hurting terribly. I still have one toe that is infected. I will never go back again. Thank you so much for the doctor bill on top of the pedicure bill.

Although they were not very busy they seemed in a rush to finish which left me with a not so great manicure and my fingers hurting. Also they were constantly trying to upsell me. Which I understand but, when I left I did feel tricked out of 15 dollars of charges for things I didnt even want.

Went there for my wedding with entire wedding party. Was hoping to all be together, started out that way for 5 minutes then everyone got separated. Cut my toenails way too short and actually hurt my feet. Got an acrylic set done also. Didnt trim my actually nails so they grew out quicker and chipped off within the week. Not to mention the 4 nicks I got with the tool they use to shave the nail down that actually bled and I had nice scabs for my wedding pictures. Will never be going to this nail salon again!
