Mediocre experience for too much money. It looks like someone fresh out of beauty school did my pedicure and my nail technician didnt bother to shape my nails or do the mani part of the manicure.

They are so lumpy and crooked.. I hate them.. the last picture was my inspo look 🤦🏽‍♀️

It was busy, never received drink. She couldnt answer questions. Pedi was great mani was ssd, very sad. Step daughter loved her set of nails. Didnt leave till almost 11.

TL;DR— had a great time & i will for sure be returningmy nail tech, joycie, did a great job! highly recommend her— asked just enough questions to get things how i wanted them, was nice when i decided to change my color choice (before she started polishing, i’m not a monster 😂), and overall was just super pleasant to work with.as someone who normally feels uncomfortable at nail salons (i typically feel stressed, rushed, and self conscious because i’m not super feminine so i feel judged), i can honestly say that this was the best experience at a nail salon i’ve ever had— the environment was calm, the techs seemed like they enjoyed their jobs, and i got to sit by the person i came with the whole time. it was relaxing, and i left feeling a little more refreshed.i did end up doing some light filing on the underside with a hand file once i got home, but that’s just because i have a tendency to pick at any and all small imperfections— i’m sure she would’ve been happy to do that for me, but i don’t like to nitpick at things i can fix myself with minimal effort. love the shape, love the color, they’re the perfect amount of thickness.thank y’all for a great experience!

I had my nails done( with shellev/gel polish) on a friday morming, by the evening my first one had already chipped. Within 3 days 3 more had chipped. He spent less than 45 minutes doing both manicure and pedicure. My chair for my pedicure was broken and i had to stretch so much that I had a leg cramp by the end of my pedicure, I repeatly said I was having trouble reaching. Will not be returning.

I love everything about this place. This not just a nail shop it a respectable place with sweet people who allow you to relax. This place is great for a nice girl day out. Deserve 100 stars

May did a great job with my refill & design request and was very kind. She made sure I was alright throughout and that she never accidentally hurt me.

Not at all happy with my experience today. The salon is dirty. There is built up debris around and all seating surfaces are stained. My pedicure application and process was not up to a professional standard. I have attached photos. My acrylic full set is not what I asked for, and multiple nails are lopsided. I asked for them to be very short at the beginning, and had to ask 3 additional times for them to be shorter. They still aren’t short enough but I gave up. They’re uneven. I was trying to treat myself before my 10th anniversary and my nails just make me sad to look at. I tried advocating for myself but got stressed and flustered not being listened to. On top of that, the technician charged me $5 over the listed price because making my nails shorter “took longer”. Well, that’s only because you didn’t do it right the first time. I attempted to contact them to make this right before I posted a review, but I got no response. I’m just really disappointed with what I received given how much I spent.

Me and my sister went here, 1 hour before close to, and both of us love our nails they didnt rush and it was a great atmosphere. Me and my sis will definitely be coming back when we get the chance.

The past few times I’ve been here to get a gel manicure, I’ve been unsatisfied with the service. Nails being filed different lengths, not having polish on my entire nail, top coat not being smooth, not being offered hand lotion or cuticle oil......the list goes on. It seems that they’re more concerned with getting as many people in and out of the door as possible than the quality of service they provide.Thankful that there are plenty of other nail places around Fort Wayne because I won’t be going back to this one.

The lady was very nice and my toes look great but about an hour after getting home my foot started to hurt and I noticed this sore. I think she might have gone too hard with the grater thing that exfoliates. I’m disappointed and I’m considering calling them to let them know what happened.

This is my new favorite nail salon. The nail techs are extremely welcoming and friendly! I have never felt more comfortable or confident leaving a nail salon than I do leaving Queen Nails! If you haven’t been, I highly recommend checking it out! 5 stars FOR SURE. If they don’t offer you a beverage, be sure to ask because Rosie is an excellent bartender and owner! Big moves. 💅

Whole the drinks were very good. The pedicures were almost over by the time we got them then we got kicked out o of our chairs and sat far apart in the manicure chairs. And the kept asking if we wanted manicures and we didnt. They gave us our packets of lotions and didnt put them on. The 1 and a half service was 30 minutes if that. My chair came on plugged and the lady was on top of me and my friend to try and plug it in for 5 or ten minutes. It was extremely awkward. I thought about not leaving a tip becuase the service was so awful but I did. I wish a hadnt because when I got home my nails were all messed up.

I gave 4 stars because the service is good. And they are very friendly. The lady running the place is such a sweetie and such a boss. They do a lot of the side chat that no one likes. The last time I was here there were way too many people and no social distancing before the mask mandate was lifted. There is usually a lot of people there but they are usually fully staffed and can get you in and out.

This place would feel a lot more relaxing if the lady who runs the place, Rosie I believe, would wear a mask. She’s walking around talking and clearing her throat. This is my first time back in a long time. I planned to continue my nail services however that may cancel. Besides that the pedicure felt great! I would love to return yet I don’t feel at ease like I should while paying to get pampered, full price at that. If I’m wearing a mask to protect her why shouldn’t she wear a mask to protect her paying customers...

I havent been here in years but decided to give it another try as I was in desperate need of getting my nails done. I was directed to sit in a chair that was partially blocked by stock boxes and covered in nail dust. At the station, the tools were on top of a towel that had cherry stems and nail clippings on it and didnt look like it had been washed...ever. During my dip manicure, the towel that was used to line the station was shaken out OVER THE FLOOR and then turned over and put back on the station. Everywhere I looked there was nail dust. On the station next to me was an entire nail that looked like it had been removed from someones hand and not disposed of. The first two colors I requested for the dip polish werent available, and I should have taken that as a sign. I almost left after my polish had soaked off. The tech used a fluffy brush (which cannot be sanitized between clients) to dust off my hands instead of asking me to wash my hands (standard practice). I did end up with passable dip manicure, but no lotion, no hand massage, which is something Ive always seen as a standard part of a massage. I was reminded why I havent been in years and will likely never return.

The first time I went was 3weeks ago wloved it went Saturday and not very happy my nails polish ran over to the back no clean up on it and got charged full price for it when it was just a refill lady told me not good job I said I got it done here she was o ok and I told her I wanted a fall color 1 picked 1 she did different ugh 😔 might not go back

This is the best nail salon Ive ever been to! Rosie always makes me feel welcome and goes above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of and happy. The entire time Im there, I see her bend over backwards to make sure everyone is satisfied. She is a great hostess and AN AMAZING nail tech! I have seen other employees work and they are awesome as well! All around a great place! Good atmosphere, great people, GORGEOUS nails!

In and out with Dip manicure and gel pedicure in under 1 hour 20 mins, did a good job very fast..

They definitely just try to get people in and out of the doors. The nails are not very even... They do not clean up under the nails or around. I had to ask for oil after my manicure..... Also, the whole time she was grinding my acrylic she was filing my skin. $35 for a slapped together fill.

Out of every nail salon Ive ever been too none of them have been as good as queen nail. Rosie, Lan and Kelly do such a great job on custom design, color, shape and thickness of nails! Trust them with my nails is like trusting them with my life. They always make everyone feel so welcome and it such a relaxing salon! Highly suggest

Should’ve listened to other reviews about this location. Went in for a fill, showed a basic color French tip picture. The guy had to redo my nails 3 times. He didn’t listen when I intentionally said I didn’t like the base pink color he chose, told me they “ran out” of natural pink & used whatever color he wanted (after I said I didn’t like it). I expressed I didn’t like it again, he went to change the color & he did it wrong again (each French tip paint was a different shape, it looked horrible) I then knew he was irritated by the way he was doing my nails. Asked him to take everything off & picked the first color I saw just so I could leave. Charged me full set prices for a fill at the end, which annoyed me even more because why not say you’re going to charge more for YOUR MESS UPs. bottom line, if a client comes in showing a picture & you can’t do that you should state them before you even begin. His entire attitude was not acceptable. Will not be returning.

Been going here for quite sometime. Loved Bryan doing nails - like most shops one day he’s just “gone” I asked about him every time I went in. One person says he’s coming back next days never coming back. yesterday Ken did my acrylic colored powder brushed on - NEVER EVER have Ken - he has no clue what he’s doing - and Vincent the part owner knows this - he was trying to please me ........old color still visible, some nails are extreme thick on the tip and others arent.... the cuticles still have dark old color I can’t get off. Disappointed as this shop was my favorite, but if you have a tech that doesn’t know what they are doing - do not assign them to a customer until the technique is protected. I was there 2.15 hrs for a typical 45 min job.

I’ve been to this store twice and both times was a disappointment. The first time I got my nails done they did not clean my cuticles or clean. Very expensive and the second time I got a pedicure and nails done. The lady that did my pedicure did not take her time and rushed the whole process and the polish are very uneven and messy. The guy that did my nails messed up my nails. It was crooked and not smooth and very thick. I will not be coming here again.

I got my first pedicure at Queen Nails Bar and Spa and they made the experience so fun! Certainly felt like royalty ;) Great atmosphere and personal service.

I’m making this review from my husbands page.. I have been to queen nails on Illinois road 3 times, my first time my service was 5 star! The guy had my nails really nice and they lasted two weeks before I needed a fill. So I went back the day before valentines to get a set and a different guy did it and they did not last forAll of 3 days, so I went back for a fill and it’s been 4 days and they are already lifting. I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 15 and I’m 27 so I know how to make my nails last. I’m a SAHM so I don’t do anything that would cause my nails to break. I’m very disappointed and will not be returning. I’m going to look for another place to get my nails done.

My nails are okay, but the environment convinced me I will never go back. It smelled like a mix of mildew and port a potty’s. It was full of people and overall dirty. I wish I would have followed my gut and left. Props to the landlord for keeping the outside of the building looking so nice. I was very taken off guard once seeing the inside.

Absolutely terrible! I went there twice - 2nd time to give them a chance to redeem themselves and they botched my nails AGAIN! My daughters nails chipped within 4 days, my nails broke within 1 week, and the 2nd time around the same thing! Broken nails chipped paint and I decided to get nail art this time and sweet Jesus lmfao 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ Lets just say I will never return or recommend this place to ANYONE EVER!

I spent $145 to have 2 of my sister nails done and my own. They spent an hour and a half getting beautiful dipped nails. Then I went in and they spent 15 minutes doing mine. They rushed me and picked the color of my nails for me. I called them to complain and they told me they couldnt help that my sisters got better service than me. Will never go back. Do not recommend.

First and foremost . No! First and last time here. All I wanted was gel polish change and my little one’s nails and toes done. The lady running the place tried to do too much. Take walk ins, appointments and make drinks.. ALL WHILE RUSHING THE PEOPLE THERE OUT THE DOOR. The place would be very relaxing.. but NO! My little one was pushed out the door WITHOUT drying!!!. It was a terrible first experience. She even had to get her nails done in the pedicure chair . And everything was rushed. I wanted so badly to walk out the door and not pay but I don’t want bad karma. Instead, we’ll just leave this review! DONT GO!

I showed up here wanting a full set of nails (unknowingly) 20 mins before they closed. Nobody batted an eye. Annie was amazing! I didn’t feel rushed one single bit. In fact she made me feel pampered and gave me a gorgeous set of nails. We said our goodbyes 38 mins after they were meant to close. Now that is service! Would definitely recommend again and again

My mom took me and my sister here today. We all got full sets. My sisters nails were exactly what she wanted and look amazing. My mom wanted plain black nails with silver glitter tips and they put chrome and a bunch of weird designs on her nails after she told them that isnt what she wanted. I got my nails done pink and blue and wanted a marble effect and the guy put pink and blue stripes on my nails. Wasnt anything that i asked for. Also the guy that did my nails and the guy that did m6y sisters cut both of our fingers. I had blood dripping from mine and they charged us $185. It was rediculious. We will not be going back there to get our nails done.

Don’t bother making an appointment. They make you sit & wait anyway.They did a poor job and i called and asked them to fix it. I was charged $65 for a full set of nails done by Tyler my cuticles weren’t even cut or pushed back my nails started lifting after 4 days!!! Bryan who used to work here done my nails real long for $65 with design & gold foil !! I willl not be back

I made an appointment for 11 at the start of the week to go see the girl who had done my nails 2 weeks before (she was great!). However in the day of my apt I sat and waited for 45 minutes without even having my nails started while she was busy with another client. I had to leave because I knew what I wanted to get done would take more than 30 minutes and I had to be somewhere. I wasn’t even offered to go with another tech- clients just kept getting sat instead of me. Terrible service truly

Got me in when everyone else was closed, quoted me a price over the phone and held to it when I got finished. When I went in it was very crowded but made sure to insure me that they hadn’t forgotten me. Even though all I got was a fix, fill and gel color change polish; I have gotten many compliments. I was given a drink with no charge. Alcohol is also served here, I was told at no charge as well but they do check IDs. I do plan on returning

I will never go here again. I have an infection in my left toe after a very poor quality pedicure and I had over priced set of full nails put on .. I was completely over charged and they wanted to argue it with me after my very rushed very poor service

They were really busy this time and quality suffered. I would have liked to have more thanone glass of wine but it took 20 minutes to get the first one and I was never offered a second drink or to take away the empty glass. My nails look like a 10 yr old painted them. Its all over my skin....like you tried to make it look like I had longer toenails than what are actually there.....??? Idk. Smh. Ill be re doing them when I get time tonight. 😔😒

They did an amazing job!!! Best set of nails I’ve ever had! I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name but he was an older gentleman who did my nails. My husband got my nails done for our anniversary which is December 7th ( Christmas time). We went to Fort Wayne for the weekend for our Anniversary and so I didn’t really know where to go to get them done. Found this place online. So I had a picture off of Pinterest of something I liked and he nailed it to a tee! I’ve never been happier with my nails. I’ve waited 4 weeks to give this review because I wanted to see how the nails held up and here I am 4wks later and they look like they were just done with the exception of the new growth, but with that being said they still look amazing!! Now here I am at home in Springfield, Ohio (outskirts of Dayton, Ohio area) needing a refill and I wish they were in my home town!!!!

This place was so crowded. Though my nails were ok, I will never go back to that place. They are rude & start staring at you whilst they speak in their native language. My nail tech seemed to be focused on everything EXCEPT my nails. He barely talked to me and to make matters worse he split my skin open while filing my nails with a used nail filer. He was being rude when I moved my hand that he kept telling not to move. So had to yell at him that he cut me! He smirked and was giving me a fake apology.

First visit and I was very happy with the service and price! Very soothing atmosphere.

This place is extremely dirty, they have dust everywhere and were overly packed. This is unsafe due to covid and the lady was very rude, I was only getting a pedicure done but she told me that I needed a manicure too. Also I was overly charged, the pedicure I got was only $35.00 but ended up paying 55.00 just go somewhere else, this place is not worth it to me.

Definitely the best nail salon in town. They make conversation and I feel genuinely cared for. I wish they wouldn’t eat their lunch where we can all see and smell it though!

I had my nails done at a cheaper salon and they were bad. They had bubbles and looks bulky on my finger. I came to queen salon to get a fill in and had them done by Brian. They were super busy but quick and friendly. My nails turned out as an ombré and they look great! They were shaped to my hand and cleaned up nicely. It’s was $60.00 for a fill in which I thought was a bit much but this has been the best my nails have ever looked.

It is very nice inside but the guy who was doing my nails was very rude and i was overcharged. i went with one of my friends and they where only charged $30 i was charged $53 and we got the same thing. it’s ridiculous

My daughter and I have been going to Queen Nails for about 4 months. For the price, they cant be beat. Sometimes the wait can be a little long- even with an appointment- but Rosy goes out of her way to make customers feel welcome. The one time I had a problem with my shellac not lasting, Rosy made that right, too. I highly recommend Queen Nails over the highly over-priced Cali Nails salons in Ft. Wayne.

I am fairly new to Fort Wayne and the first time I called and had appointment I was assured everyone wore a mask and following Covid procedures. I was very pleased at this appointment. I made my second appointment which was today and I was put in a pedicure chair and while waiting some of the women getting nails done took off masks and workers who were in back started walking around not wearing masks and talking to people. I sat in chair for 20 minutes, water was cold and couldn’t get anyone’s attention. Finally I did, got a towel to dry my cold wet feet and left. I definitely recommend you not go there since the place could be a spreader for Covid!!!!!

Called in to make an appointment after taking a half day to get nails done with a friend, we were told we have a full crew no need for an appointment! Great we arrived and were greeted and given our color choices and told we would be sested shortly...about 5 min. Later my friend was seated, I was told I would be next...no worries! The tablenI was supposed to go to finished and someone else seated...ok mis communication...still no worries....3 people were then sat before me! I stood up and said thats ridiculous and left! My friend still in the seat was then reprimanded for me not understanding the situation and how if I couldnt be patient she did not want me as a customer! My friend was nid nail and literally walked out also! They were so rude! When we were leaving we the saw the terriblenjob she was going to do on her anyways ! We had to leave and drive a half hour to find someone to do her nails because they were a wreck! Horrible customer service! I will never go back! Buyer beware!

The place was clean and the people who greeted you were very nice. I did not like that after I said no to additional services such as a manicure they kept asking. My pedicure did end up only lasting about a week before it started peeling/chipping. I really like that you can buy a mimosa or wine.

Experience was ok but not as great as I hoped. Gentleman helping my daughter was very pushy and in a hurry. Gal helping me wasnt as pushy but I dont think I got everything I was charged for in the extra package. Massage chair was on its last leg and not working properly.

If you want a sloppy rush job, combined with high-pressure sales, this is the place for you. Three in our party, two left extremely dissatisfied. It was supposed to FUN, but it was stressful and aggravating.

The place is very nice the guy that was doing my nails he was rushing most of my nails are different he was kind of rude to me and I was telling them what kind of a good job they were doing until the guy started with my nails and I have my feet done he did a good job but the guy that was doing my nails he looked like he had a little attitude.

So I showed a picture of the shape I wanted to the first technician I got (kind of pointy but rounded) and she kept saying (in English) this too hard, ridiculous shape to another technician over and over in various ways. She kept gluing the wrong sized tips on and they would come off and finally she got so frustrated she said she couldnt do it and walked away. So on to technician #2. He had to take off the first set of tips glued on because she had done them so poorly but he was very nice about it. Although he seemed to be very attentive to what he was doing and was very nice, the work was a little sloppy and powder was everywhere. He got the shape I wanted but dipped my nails 4 times leaving them super thick and bumpy. He did not shape them very well as you can still see thick bumps everywhere. This was my first and probably last visit as Im going to have to go somewhere else to have them smoothed out. Also got only a quick 15 second hand massage without massaging arms or fingers (my favorite part of a manicure) but didnt get what is typical with a manicure. Reasonably priced and the man was very nice or this would get one star for the first lady making me feel horrible for wanting rounded nails and the bumpy nails that I will have to have smoothed out. It also says bar and spa but I was never even offered water. I wish I could leave a picture of how bumpy my nails are but google doesnt have a picture attachment button.

I had an appointment for 3 full sets and when I got there we had to wait 10 minutes before anybody helped us. Two of us finally got started but the third person still did not get started for another 10 minutes. When I sat down at the table, the table was very dirty and the two people I was with said theirs were dirty too. Halfway through two of our appointments, the people just left and we waited another 10 minutes before two new people had come to finish the nails. They messed up the shape of my sisters nails and she asked them to fix it but they did not do it correctly at all. We were told the full sets would be $30 each but we ended up having to pay 35 for two of ours and 40 for the other and we’re not warned about any up charges. We had been here once before and did not have any issues but it seems things have changed. I usually would not complain about these smaller details happening individually such as just the table being dirty or just the up charges but the combination of all of these make me very unhappy with this place.

Yeah. If I could give less than one star I would. For real, I had a 5PM appointment today at their stellhorn location. Waited in the lobby for about 15 minutes, that’s fine. No big deal! Go back, the dude turns on the water and I proceed to sit there for AN HOUR AND A HALF. Water got cold, I let my feet dry and got up and walked out. Not even busy. Maybe 5 other people there. I thought the point of an appointment was getting in at the time of the appointment? But maybe that concept has changed. I don’t know, either way, I won’t be back. I wish I would’ve read reviews first.

I went to get my nails done and they never told me it was going to be extra to get coffin and 3 colors done. My white isn’t white and my pink isn’t pink. I just think it’s unprofessional to not advice the customer that there will be an extra charge for coffin or something else done to your nails. $50 is waisted on these trash nails. This place is over priced and some people didn’t have masks on when your supposed to.

I loved my experience here. No wait at all and the owner Rosie did an amazing job on my nails. she took her time to make sure I was taken care of and made sure my nails were even and done correctly! I 100% recommended going here you won’t be disappointed. Their facility was clean and had a great atmosphere.

Went in yesterday 07/21/18 and had a pedicure and a full set both done PERFECTLY! The place is always busy because in my opinion they are amazing!! But I went back in today on 07/22/18 because I decided I wanted a different shape because what i chose was too long for my liking and to change the color on my ring finger. I was expecting to be charged because this was my decision and the owner didnt charge me because I was in yesterday and that if I did that again I would probably be charged! CAN YOU SAY HOW FREAKING NICE!! if I could give 10 stars I would!! Absolutely love this place.
