PSA If you want a nail infection and dinosaur acrylic go ahead. These people repeatedly put press on nails on people after giving them a nail infection and white mold the silent killer.. Disgusting crooks. Dont put your heath at risk for nails you can pop off and be detrimental to your health.

Pedicure was very nice. Could usr some cleaning.

I have been to other places but definitely this is the one that I really really don’t like and I’m not going back. Very unprofessional. I was there on Saturday to get a full set but an hour later the nail polish started to came off.Definitely not a good place to get your nails done the place is disgusting it was very dirty. It seems they don’t clean after a customer.I definitely don’t recommend nobody to this place.

Today I went to studio nails and it was not a great visit at all, first things first there were only 4 people working 2 doing nails 2 doing feet . The man that sits at the VERY FIRST desk greeted me and my friend but not a happy greeting, he rushed us to find our color... he argued with me because I said I wanted them done RIGHT . Moral of the story I still have dead skin on my heels and I didn’t even get a polish I was so up set 🤬.... YALL NEED TO SHUT DOWN ASAP

I came to get my nails done from out of town. I was happy to treat myself. The man who first started look like he just woke up with sleep in his eyes. I simply asked if he would do a good job. He looked at me very stern and did not answer. I asked again. He said that was a tough question. The owner came over very short tempered and said they do there best. I would have left immediately. But it was New Years Eve. The owner ended up doing my nails. I explained to him i was visiting from out of town and not familiar with the area. He ended up being much nicer. But I will never go back again. Service horrible and the job was not done good. Do not waste your money. Horrible experience!

I went in for a polish change and a pedi for me, and to get my 3yo daughters nails polished and was told itd be $90-$100, so I said nevermind the pedi and just got my polish change on my fingers and toes and my daughters nails polished and was still charged $70.. and this was one week ago. Shilac is not supposed to chip or peel at all, an not 5 days later exactly my polish has peeled off. I would never put my money into that business again. Highly do not recommend at all!!.

The 3 stars is for the employees, the manger is awful. Very mean poor customer service and he cant do nails. Dont explain new products well just want to make a sale.. Other than him the place is very good.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They do not even deserve one star. I took my daughter on her birthday for and acrylic set. The job was horrible. I asked them to fix her nails, she is not happy and it is a birthday gift. They tried to fix them but still all were different lengths and glumpy and uneven acrylic, plus a bad paint job. I told them nice and calmly to please redo or repair. I had to ask 3 people for help and each time they would speak in their foreign language and walk away. They would not say what they could or would do. Finally I said I am not leaving until her nails are fixed, well the lady in charge told the man worker to refund my money. I just wanted good service, I didnt want a refund I wanted my daughter happy for her birthday. They did not care for customer service. Basically they told us to take our money and go. I had my daughter show many customers her nails and they were all shocked and said it is a bad job. I will never go to this nail place or recommend to anyway. Terrible service and no communication at all.

Didnt care for how they did a new set at all. Nails werent buffed out good or shaped good. It didnt seem clean in there. The employees were friendly tho..but.not sure if id give it another shot or not.

Price is decent, though I will never go back I got full set shellac and pedicure shellac an it only lasted a week, tons of lifting and shellac was already chipping! I was not happy at all. Seems there is a thinner in the nail polish. I will not be going back

I like studio nails because overall, I have never had a bad experience. When I go, I get shellac polish on my natural nails and I get a pedicure with shellac polish. I have heard mixed reviews about their acrylic nails, so I have never tried it. This salon has many colors to choose from, but I think other salons have more basic colors in their selection. I’m not always able to find the exact color I want, whereas at other salons, I am. I do love that they offer chrome polish and dip glitter etc. I really like those options! The price is VERY reasonable too. The only thing I don’t like is that if you don’t make an appointment, you can expect to wait quite a while if they are short staffed or it’s a weekend. Generally, they are extremely slow! I always make appointments, and somehow, I’m always left in my pedicure chair soaking for 25 minutes before I even get touched. I think if I make an appointment, the max I should wait is ten minutes to be serviced. Also, not everybody knows how to do everything. Some of them can’t do acrylic or can’t do designs and you have to have second person come in and finish up the job. I don’t like that at all. Also, my pedi bowl was dirty once, and I did NOT appreciate that. Overall, they have good shellac manicures and pedis. NEVER had anything chip or lift. Worn it weeks at a time before. The price point is what keeps me coming back! There are places that are much cleaner and service you faster, though. The only time I come to Studio is if I need a mani and a pedi because I can leave out spending $60 including tip. If I only need one of those things, I just go somewhere else and splurge. So again, the price is what gets me coming back.

I currently have a nailbed infection due to this nasty place. I only go to this nail salon Im disappointed because i use my hands to work and i cant barely type up my homework at this point...annoying asf

Was on the phone told him I wanted my real nails done a mani and he thought I wanted a full set told me to sit down and left me sitting for 2 hours

On the door it very clearly says open Sundays 12-5 but everytime I get there at 12 I’ve waited 30 minutes and still no one is there. Unfortunately this is the closest nail salon to my house so I try to give it a chance but even the times I have been able to be seen the customer service and quality of the nails is bad. They are the same price as nicer nail salons in the area yet they don’t do nearly as much as other salons do during the service.

Never go to this salon! They are not sanitary, my nails got infected two days later also one nail broke the same day and I returned, he would not fix it and was VERY rude to me.

WORST nail salon I have EVER been to, I went yesterday for my birthday because it was closest to me at the current moment, and they did such a horrible job. I dont know if it was because I was an inconvenience or something but they did such a bad job on my nails. Uneven acrylics and horrible painting job. I went back with my mom about 20 minutes later and they fixed them and put a NEW nail polish on. They were even worse. Instead of fixing them, they just refunded us. They knew they did a bad job and didnt want to deal with us anymore. Please dont go here.
