The nail tech was too distracted by the television to do a good job. The polish ran over the edges and Im not sure he even trimmed my cuticles. I wont be back.

I got white mold from this place. news flash if your nails pop off your nail tech doesnt know what theyre doing because its not supposed to be able to come off. The acrylic looks like dinosaur nails. Then on top of that they didnt paint my nails before they did my pedicure and proceeded to do my fingernails and my pedicure at the same time the gel lamp almost fell in the pedicure water one of the worst experiences Ive ever had.

This is my favorite nail salon! I dont live on that side of town anymore but no matter where I live I will drive across town to get there. I love the atmosphere and the staff. Very courteous, professional, and prices are affordable. I will always come back.

My nails arent even. I got overly charged. Didnt get what I asked for.. very sloppy work. I will not be going back.

My wonderful husband set me up an appt with T Nail for my birthday upon recommendation from my hair stylist. I was pretty excited because they told my husband they could do the design i wanted. When i got there, i was seated immediately which was great but because they werent busy, everyone there swarmed around us and gawked at the picture on my phone of the nail design i wanted. They took turns picking it up and then saying things i couldnt understand and laughing hysterically. I felt really uncomfortable. When my full set was finished, i was taken to the polishing station where 2 people worked on my nails consecutively. Still, everyone gathered and giggled over my nail design. All i wanted to do was leave at that point because i felt like i science experiment. When finished, they werent at all what Id requested and i couldve gotten better nail art from my 12yr old daughter. Once home, i realized the tips didnt even completely cover my natural nails. I wont be going back there. It was uncomfortable and not what i paid for.

Very nice people but they do not do a good job at all! When ya pay $20 for someone professional to paint your nails they should be professional looking! Left nail polish on skin and rushed through me and my girls and were very rough with our feet. Definitely will not go back.

Went with my friend that recommended to go here. I told them i needed a full set of acrylics. Price said $23 on their price board. I got a polish that was NOT marked on the swatch as Gel like all the other ones are. I asked for coffin shape which I received but they charged me for the shape! Wth!!! I have NEVER been charged ANYWHERE for shape! When I went to pay, the lady who clearly doesnt understand English charged me $45...i was livid! The other lady working said I was over charged but she wasnt a manager so she couldnt change my price or she would get in trouble.

At first this place was really good. Gina and her husband are awesome nails techs. However since he has left the service is awful. The new guy at table 5 is terrible at nails. I get gel nails every time. Gel nails aren’t cheap. So if the gel peels after a week I usually go back to get them fixed for free. I got my nails done 5.30.19. 6.4.19 two of my gel nails chipped. I went to get them fixed and now they want to charge me. Who pays over $35 for gels nails for them to chip 5 days later?? I may have well just gotten a regular 15 fill instead of a 35 gel fill!! I have been a regular here for about a year now and I think it’s time to find a new salon.

Horrible customer service!!!!Made an appt with the nail tech for 4:45. When I showed up at 4:40, he was in the middle of a clients nails. I waited..Then at 5:05, he finished with that client and took another customer. When I asked why I wasnt next and how long it would be, he told me they got behind and it would be another twenty minutes.... On top of the 25 minutes I already waited.....This would have been nice to know when I walked in the door.At this point I left since I had other plans, and could not afford for any more of my time to be wasted.I have other friends that stopped going there because of the same kind of experience, so this is obviously common practice for them.Not sure then what exactly the point of scheduling an appointment is....but I will never be going there again.If they cannot honor appointments or make them priority, then they should start taking walk-ins only. That would surely be better than disrespecting their clients.

Went there tonight at 7:15 and they weren’t open. I don’t appreciate wasting my gas when google says your open. It wasn’t that big of a deal. I’m trying to save the environment here.

Tons of people in for Prom. Opens at 9, there 10 minutes before and they already had a line walking in the door. In and out in under an hour! Nails done the way I wanted.

Best nail salon in town. The nails never lift between visits and have never gotten any fungus. I have been going here for 5 years now and still drive from out of town to get my nails done.

Gina is amazing. She is personable as well as close to perfection when it comes to acrylic nails.

Went to get a fill on friday... by sunday 4 nails were lifting! I wanted a design and the owner said all they knew how to do was a simple paint! I will never reccomend this place to anyone... they also seem judgemental!!!

The Staff is great there,Tom especially, cause if you explain how U would like ur nails, he will try and then if he or U dont like the color he will redo them for free. Plus him and his wife are super nice.

Exceptional service and very prompt!

My mom sister and I have been going there sense right after they opened.and we live 45 min away but the quality of their work and kindness is why we continue to go bake every other week

So I called on a Monday and set up my appointment at 1:30pm on a Wednesday. I waited 30 minutes sitting until a man asked me if I needed anything and I had told him that I had an appointment set up at 1:30. He checked the mini calander they have and he said Ok, I see it here and pointed at it. I live in Ohio so it wasnt helpful that they had done that. He sat me down and he filed my nails as if he were to be in a rush. Even one of the fake nails flew off my nail as he was filing. I got inch long nails and I asked for stiletto style. He fulfilled my wish. I just had wished that they couldve pushed my cuticles back and filled my entire nail with the acrylic powder. My thumb nail on my left hand was so much shorter and deformish than my right hand thumb nail. Basically my right thumb nail and the time until I was served are my complaints. I wouldve said something about it but they didnt really understand English. Otherwise, the matte purple color I got was so beautiful. Thanks but I will not come back again, I was hoping on trying a new salon to come out with great results, but I was really displeased with my right thumb nail. $40 to come out with an uneven nail wasnt worth it. I felt bad and I even gave a $5 tip to the guy who filed my nails and a $5 to the woman who painted my nails because will be going to another nail salon but best of luck.

The two employees who serviced me had a very limited understanding of English which caused confusion about what I wanted and what were the charges. Demanded payment before my nails were completely dry which caused polish to smear when I was getting my money. Unfortunately I didnt notice until after I got home. I will not go there again.

My nails are completely uneven. She said i wanted gel when i never said that. She shaved my nail so thin i has to jerk my hand away. Definetly not going back. If you had the same problems and need a recommendation sarahs nail art is very good and they speak good english.

I got a pedicure and I was not satisfied AT ALL! She ripped my skin and also the equipment was not new it was used ASF!

I called before I went in to see how long the wait would be and they told me an hour, when I got there I waited 2 and a half hours. I eventually got fed up with waiting and left. I went back a few days later to get them done and they were so thick and there was glue stuck to my skin. My skin ripped causing an infection. Been going there for years but I’m looking for a new place after this experience.

MMy wife and I got Pedicures, These were some of the worst pedicures we have ever had in fortwayne The bail work was hurried abd not correctly done then they actually injured my wifes heel wheb they tried to remove dead skin actually her foot looked like my roof when they were done lots of dead skin and the had cut her in one place. the polish work was only 1 layer andit came off my wifes foot the next day because they failed to get the oil off before doing the polish.STAY AWAY IF YOU DONT WANT OVER PRICED BAD SERVICE
