I don’t usually give reviews, but they definitely deserve one. Linda did awesome on me and my grandma (acrylic sets) and she was very friendly and actually speaks to you instead of doing your nails in silence. The shop was very clean and everyone was professional. We will be returning

I came to this shop Sunday June 6th 2021 around 3pm to get a simple color change. I honestly didn’t know what color I wanted to change to. I just wanted a different color on my nails . I also asked if she could make my nails longer. She said no, and I was okay with that. I finally decided on a color and it was Matte black. Once the nail tech was done with my polish change. We walked to the front and she provided me with a $25 fee for the service. I thought that was a little too much for a polish change, but I expected the fee and paid for it. However my nails are now chipped and it happened the very next day. I am very displeased with the service I was provided. I paid $25 for a polish change just for my nails to chip the very next day.

I wasnt going to say this, but after last year, everything has gotten real rough. I ended up getting a toe infection, while pregnant, but the reason why Im doing this now is because Their customer service skills have gone away and have become very rude.I have family that have also gone and their nails were made very uneven and was not the color that was requested. The nails are from today (June 2nd, 2021) from my family member and the toes are from early March (2021). They have been over charging what they say at first. The blue nails were told that they were going to be $25 and at the register they were charged $45.I think my family members are done. I already found a different salon. I dont feel comfortable here anymore.

They are always friendly and welcoming. Ive been coming here on and off but my teen daughter always gets her nails done here. I recently went to Queen Nails on Stellhorn after they reopened after the shutdown. My appointment was for a full set shellac with a design that service at Queen stated 45+. After my nails were finished I approached the counter to pay only to see that my bill was $75!!!! $75! I was speechless because my nails did not have rhinestones, diamonds nor were they extra long. I feel after being shutdown because of the pandemic they felt the need to inflate their prices to get back on track. The customers also suffered and should not have to be charged double to foot your bills!! My nails began to lift and come off within 3 weeks. Dont forget Im talking about Queen nails still. I made an appointment at Sunny Nails and took the remaining of my nails off that had been put on by Queen Nails. I got a fresh full set with shellac and a design. The cost was slashed and my nails are beautiful. Thanks for not price gouging that means a lot along with your honesty and integrity.

I used to really enjoy coming here but not anymore. The past serval times I’ve came I have scheduled an appointment and I’ve had to wait 20+ minutes. Not to mention, in the middle of doing my nails my nail tech stood up and worked on someone else and said she would be back… for an appointment I SCHEDULED. Then there are other staff just sitting on their phones. Horrible service. Don’t waste your time or money.

Kelly & Linda are always amazing super sweet, kind & very professional. Nails are always great they also really read the room, they are respectful if u don’t like talking they will also have a conversation with you both ladies are very nice . Beautiful shop as well very updated and cute I always suggest sunny nails they never miss !!

Absolutely the friendliest and welcoming salon Ive been to in town. Kelly KILLED it with nails and righted the wrongs of me trying to do my own acrylics during quarantine. Definitely where Im staying. 🙏🏻

Get nails done every 2 weeks and love the work. The people are very friendly, plus prices are great for what you get.

I showed Kelly a reference photo and she did exactly what I wanted. I also brought my son to the salon. Single mom here. And they were great with him and made him very happy.

I was very happy with my pedicure. I informed the nail tech that I have ingrown toe nails on my 2 big toes and she cut them out and pulled all of the dead skin from them (I hadnt gotten a pedicure since April due to Corona so I had plenty of dead skin on my feet). I felt so much better when I left there. Great service!

My nails we re not painted all the way, the size of the nails were crooked and she kept answering her phone throughout. I feel like I was not given enough for the money spent, 40 dollar acrylic should look better than this😠

By far the nicest, cheapest, most gentle and most honest nail place Ive been to, in a LONG time!!!! $33 for a full acrylic set with polish.I love them! Super nice, always made sure I was okay, because I did rip off my previous set from the previous place I went to, so my nails were super fragile. She just asked that I dont jerk, so when it was getting to be painful, she asked that I let her know. I also asked them how much everything would be, before I got it done, she said $33 and kept her word!I mean, I have a couple bloopers here and there, but I dont mind it! Ill go there again ANY day!!!! AND Ill recommend it for anyone. I love them!Here are my nails (which I ended up doing a dark green Cat Eye with the accent of holo glitter) :

Best nail salon I’ve been to so far in Fort Wayne. Good prices and they care about making sure you get what you want and that you leave liking your nails. And all of the employees are super nice!!

They were so nice here. They make sure y ou u a re e comfortable and give you exactly what you want. I will definitely be staying here. They took their time and made sure it was perfect. They arent rough on your nails and they dont hurt you like some other places do. They reasonably priced and I love it here. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I am from out of town and needed an acrylic fill badly, so I went here. Right off the bat, an older gentleman started doing my nails in a huge rush. He was yanking my hands, and not explaining what he needed me to do. I was in and out in 20 minutes and my nails were still not fully dry from the lamp. Super unhappy and will not be returning.

This was one of the best pedicures I have ever had! Khaing was amazing. She was gentle with the nail trimming but strong with the leg massage. I definitely recommend!!

I received a regular Mani for $12. All of the workers were extremely friendly. I was a walk-in at around 4pm and was in and out in about 30 min. They work hard to give you quality nails and they ask you several times if your nails are to your liking. Overall good experience and would come here again when Im in town.

This is by far the best nail salon I have ever in my life been too with superb customer service. The owner Linda greeted me at the door along with Kelly and Chan. They were so inviting. It’s always hard finding a good nail salon and I’m glad I walked into Sunny Nails. Kelly did a wonderful job on my nails and Chan did a wonderful job on my feet. They really focus on quality and not quantity and it shows in their work. I can say that they have gained a new faithful customer. Continue to keep up the great work! The prices are great as well!

I just visited Sunny Nails for the first time, yesterday. Kelly was my nail technician. She was very gentle with the dremel tool and didnt nick me once. She did a great job and the price was great! The atmosphere is extremely relaxing. I have found MY nail place!

New ownership is great. Best pedicure I have ever had! The lady who did my toes took her time, made sure everything was perfect and held great conversation with me. At the end she made sure I enjoyed my pedicure and liked the polish. Would 10/10 recommend!

I havent had my nails done since this last horrible experience at a mall in Georgia where they overpriced me and hurt me and didnt do a good job at all. Before that it had been years, my mom used to take me when I was younger and we had fun but that last experience ruined me. I looked up reviews and found this place and decided to give it a shot. His wife is Linda, she showed me pictures of her kids and the children theyre trying to adopt. Its a nice family business and everyone is so sweet and funny. The guy, trouble lol, joked with me that maybe we had the same dad because his dad was an American soldier in Vietnam and my dad was in Vietnam. Ive never had an experience where I wasnt hurt at all. I recommend this to anyone.

They are amazing there. My wife and I got our pedicure done here and the two ladies were amazing. They also had some very nice massage chairs there.

Went here for the first time today and i was so happy! It was $40 for a full acrylic set with design, which is less than the other higher rated nail places in fort wayne. I had the owner (I believe, she was taking calls and managing everyone) and she was soo nice. I originally asked for marbling but she said she couldnt but would try anyway and honestly most of the time I would be upset but this was way better. I used to go to queen but they would charge $20 more for the same thing, and not be as concerned with my happiness, then also not have any of the colors I wanted.This definitely surpassed my expectations, and is, by far, the best nail place Ive ever been to, in fort wayne or anywhere else. I will definitely be going here from now on.

My first experience with Sunny Nails was inviting and professional. I thought I had found a Great Nail home. The technicians were friendly and efficient with Quality. As time came and went the service I received started to change. I would express to Linda about the maintenance of my Nails such as the lifting or my nail coming detached from the Acrylic underneath. It was as if she did not want to do the maintenance of keeping up her work. I went in with a chipped nail that I knew would eventually crack across the top if the old acrylic was not removed and replaced. I advised Linda of this and she just put super glue on it and continued with business as usual. That nail ended up growing fungus on it because it eventualy cracked and moisture settled in. I cut down my nails and took the acrylic off for about month and a half to maintenance the fungus until it was gone. I knew at this point that I wouldn’t let Linda do my nails again. However, she had hired a new technician named Kelly. I had been watching her technique and she seemed really good. I said once I was ready to get my nails done, I would start going to her. Now that I was going to Kelly, Linda didnt speak anymore and actually started throwing a bit of Shade. Never the less Kelly work was much better, However the time management was awful (the shop as a whole). If you have a booked appointment and your appointment is very late where its going to cut into your next appointment then your late client needs to rebook or wait. I show up 5 min before my scheduled appointment and Kelly is just starting her late appointment. I had to wait a hour for service and when I do get in the chair shes designing the ladys nail next to me as if she’s not already late with my appointment. I was so frustrated because this is the service that goes on there. This was not the first time experiencing this. I couldnt even get the full service that I went in for because they were closing and I had - had enough and was upset that I missed my 9:00 engagement due to me still siting in there when my Appoitment was suppose to be at 7. Upon cashing out my daughter who was with me asked did I like my nails? I replied No. At which point Kelly felt the need to voice her opinion (which she had been doing most of my 30 I was in her chair) (Rude) and I had to let her know that I was not happy with the experience of the day at all. Not to mention a nail broke before I made it home and I don’t live that far from the Salon.Looks like I’ll be looking for a new Salon.

I have had many nail experiences from other nail salons that had left me aggravated for more than one reason. I always would feel super rushed if they had another apt and my nails were taking longer than expected, so the result would leave me with anxiety and unhappy about my nails because they showed that. Also if the nail would break or have a mess up/chip within the first day or so, I would still have to pay 5-10$ even if it was a mess up on the nail techs part. I was always seen as a client and even if trying to spark up a conversation, I would get silence no matter how well they would speak English or not. And then the prices were emptying my bank account! Then I was told about Sunny Nails and their prices and encouraged to check it out. Linda (the owner) was the first to do my nails and she engaged in conversation with me from the moment I sat down to the moment i was finished. As a talker, I really felt the comfort to be myself. When there are rushes, she and her other techs are not even fazed by it and continue to take their time on the persons nails. That keeps my anxiety down because I hate feeling rushed or like i am an inconvenience. I do not recieve those negative feelings at any point and time in and when getting my nails done. The honesty and care that Linda has for the people that walk in along with the way she treats her employees speaks a thousand words. I always leave impressed and satisfied with how my nails look and always always get compliments. No one is perfect and there are going to be picky people that are hard to please, but the response from the nail salon is always positive and do what they can to accommodate the needs and wants of the client. I have found a friend in Linda even when seeing her once every 2 1/2-3 wks. I give them a million thumbs up and I am committed to supporting their business! I always am welcomed with a smile and if something doesnt work for me, I dont ever feel afraid to speak up about it because at other salons I would be in fear of making the nail tech mad. I walk in being made to feel special and when I walk out the door I am thankful for such a great experience!

Not the worst but not the best. My pedicure was done by someone who was still learning. We all have to learn, but she cut my toenails down too far. I got the full set gel and just not happy with the overall appearance. And when I tried to explain why I didn’t care for the look of the gel laying over my cuticle I was give a subpar explaination and basically told there was nothing he could do to fix it. So just a meh experience for $60.
