Everyone is so friendly and makes me really enjoy my time there! I recently moved out of Fort Wayne but still go back every time I need a hair cut :)

I have been going to Southwest for years! I have had my hair styled, dyed, pedicures, and massages. These ladies are awesomely talented. I even take my elderly mother there for a cut and style, they can accommodate a wheelchair with their outside ramp. We are treated really well when we go. I would recommend Southwest to everyone!

A cut above the rest. If you just want a quick cheap cut, this isnt the place for you. If you want the right cut with a stylist who starts off with a consultation to make sure you are pleased with your hair and listens to your concerns, this is the place for you. The services are not much more than the chop shops. The stylists have been trained by senior staff for several months to make sure they are ready to serve the clients properly. And, the owner invests in continual training so the stylists know the latest products and proper use. My husband and i have been coming here for 10 years. Our hair always looks its best. I highly recommend Southwest Hair and Day Spa.

What a great little gem in Fort Wayne!. I was gifted a message more than 7 years back and have been coming back sense. I love the Staff they are friendly and helpful. Megan the message therapist fantastic. Taylor does amazing hair and is so wonderful to my 6 year old daughter. The prices are fair for the stellar service that you receive good gob gals at Southwest!

Heather is awesome! We worked together on the hairstyle that I wanted and it came out better then I hoped. The atmosphere is warm, inviting and friendly. The ladies work together in making your visit there as relaxing as possible, and help each other in making your appointment all about you. The ladies covering the front desk are a blast and I cant wait to go back.

I went in there with absolutely no idea what to do with my hair. I had Heather and she asked a bunch of questions of parts I liked and didnt like and I gave her free reign. Best thing I ever did! My mess on my head is tamed and I know how to take care of it. Easy!

I was a drop-in client looking for a haircut. The receptionist was very helpful to me and got me in with Tori that same day. Tori gave me the best haircut that I have had in a very long time...She analyzed my hair before doing anything and identified what styles I liked and what problem issues I have with my hair. The facility is cozy and everyone is friendly and helpful. I plan to return many more times.

Its a wonderful place to go get hair, nails, or a massage done. All the ladies are super nice and its a cute little business. Definitely recommend it.

I have had 2 massive knots in my lower back for months now, and I finally decided to do something about it. I got a half hour deep tissue massage which was absolutely phenominal. The place is clean, the people are nice and professional, and the atmosphere is good.great place overall, highly recommended for a massage.
