The technician pulled out visibly dirty foot files. Nothing looked clean. I got a shellac pedicure and the polish is all over my skin. I advice anyone not wanting an infection to go elsewhere.

I will not be returning. I came in with friends to get our nails polished for a dance. When I told the woman that I wanted plain polish she yelled at me, saying that I should do gel and that it is better. I need to do gel. I insisted on regular polish.She was cutting my cuticles and preparing my nails while i held my phone to text back. She cut me and then told me to put my phone on her stand away from me.Once she was done with my nails she told me to sit at the dryer but never told me how long to sit there. I probably sat there for 45 minutes waiting on her to tell me I could leave (I paid in advance) She never did. Eventually I just left by myself

This was my sister and my first experience here. Definitely will come back! They did a great job and the prices are really affordable!! I called and made an appointment, wasnt sure about walking in during this pandemic. They got us in the same day 😍

I sent my daughters in to get there nails done one for a full set and one for a refill the rude lady told my 13 year old that she need to just get a hole new set when she was just a refil. l and than charged them dabble the amount

My friend and I walked in and asked for 2 regular pedicures. We were told to wash our hands and pick our colors. After doing so, we sat down in the waiting area and waited our turn. As we were waiting 2 other ladies came in (with no appointment...we heard the ladies say they can come back since it was busy)and they were seated in the pedicure chairs right away ahead of us!!! So we continued to wait. We contemplated leaving since they let others go in front of us, but we waited. Then we were told to be seated in the pedicure chairs and then we waited and waited and waited for them to get to us... the lady was very rough with me and hurt me over and over even though I told her to go easy... my friend had polish all over her feet left behind from a lazy messy job. The lady I had didn’t even put a top coat on my right foot. They were so fast with us we left with rough heels as well. We will not be returning and you’re better off doing your own nails then going to this place. Very disappointed!

I feel that my acrylics couldve been higher quality. My cuticles were bleeding by the end of it. The nail polish coverage is very uneven. Acrylic left in cuticles and under nails. I thought they would be better after seeing reviews.

Ive gone to Q Nails since I was 15... now 19 years old and still love going there. The ladies are so sweet, and always make it known that they care about giving you the best results for your nails! 10/10 recommend.

Julie did an amazing job on my very short and damaged nails. Took her time to give me the tidiest manicure I have ever had. Skilz!

Everyone was very nice and professional. The problem I have is the way my nails came out and the fact my nails are bleeding right now because how rough the employee was. My nails are not the correct size and are lumpy. I am also bleeding on the sides of multiple nails due to the employee vigorously filing my nails. Employee dabbed my finger to collect the blood and then used tools and then put the tool away without cleaning. This certainly concerns me of breaking blood born pathogen health and cleanliness.

My gel nails started chipping 2days after i paid 50 for a pedicure. I deserve more efficient service. I did appreciate the overall cleanliness of the shop

Today I went to get a pedi for the first time at Q Nails. I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep. I get my nails done here also. I love how they take their time to give you excellent customer service. I highly recommend going here for your nail services.

I was there last night around 5:15. There were 5 people that came in after I did. I was soaking in acetone for over an hour and it made my hands so raw and flakey. The reason for the long soak is because they wanted to get to the other 5 people before they walked out, which one person did walk out because she had to wait for a long time. The 4 other people were getting their nails done and pedicures while I was soaking in acetone for over an hour. The tech asked me 3 times if I wanted a manicure, I said, No, I have no time now, just paint them please. She started to put cuticle oil on my cuticles and I said once again, I do not have time for a manicure! She shook her head and said, K. My nails look terrible, my skin is still peelings and she filed them down to much. I get up to pay after being there for 2 1/2 hours for what I thought I made very clear, I just want you to paint them. Very understaffed and they keep pushing you to get bigger and better because its more money in their pocket. They charged me 30.00 for a manicure, which I told them 3 times I didnt want one... I explained to the owner/manager that I didnt get a manicure, just my nails painted and she asked the tech who did my nails, and she shook her head yes and said, manicure, yes... Whatever, I had my nails painted and my skin removed from the acetone, and I was there for 2 1/2 hours. I should have paid 0.00 for that service. she was so rough and kept pushing my cuticle back with her nail, it hurt several times. I told her repeatedly that I didnt like the way she filed my nails so short and her roughness. I will be going across the street for now on to A1 Nails.... Never have to wait for very long there and they are very professional. And their manicures are actually a manicure with paraffin wax and the works.

This was the best nail experience Ive had! Pedi was amazing, not rushed. I got the Dip today and the nail artist explained everything to me she was doing, it was my first time getting the Dip. Definitely reccomend this place. They close at 7:30 and none of us left until 8:30. They seemed to truly care to make it a good experience! Much love!

Got a 40.00 pedi on sat afternoon, paint on toe chipped off by tues, came in to get it fixed, WAITED AN HOUR for them to fix THEIR mistake...good customer service would’ve been to get to it ASAP...it was one nail!!! Will never go back. Also, argued with me about doing an ombré on fingernails, and pushed that it would cost 50.00!!! Skip this place...

Only had 4 people working on mothers day! Lol Waited over an hour for a pedi that she only spent 20 mins doing. Didnt even ask me what package I wanted and rushed through the whole thing. Not pleased with this place every time I go so will not be returning.You would think for mothers day and being one of the only nail salons open on Sundays that they would be better staffed.

I wanted to keep my own nails and the nail tech decided to cut them off for me and I say hey wait I want my nails she then tells me no because they will lift. But when she tried to take the acrylic off it hurt so bad I about came up out of my chair. Dislike prolly wont be going back!!!!!

Every time I come in here they are very very rude. I made an appointment for 2 and still didn’t get scene for an hour even though a few of the workers were just sitting on there phone. Not pleased, and never had a good experience here.

I was rushed to pick a color. She did not apply the nail properly, and the color was applied unevenly. Also she tore up my cuticle, i started bleeding pretty bad on most of my fingers. Im never coming back.
