Toenails were not polished correctly, didnt clip my nails even to the my other toes. My mom manicure was good, until they put nail polish on. Some was on the side of her finger, and were not smooth, was thick.Some of my nail polish came off, while I was washing my feet in the shower.They were nice, mostly Respectful and clean.I only went to this one because it had pedicure for children, them to relax their feet.I cant get a picture of my moms finger nails. I dont know about know about her toenails though

I’ve always enjoyed Nail Love! I went for a pedicure and manicure on a Thursday around lunchtime. They were able to take me in as a walk in. The deluxe pedicure lasted a long time, I didn’t feel like it was rushed at all. The lady who did it was very friendly. Then decided to do a simple shellac manicure on my natural nails. I’m happy with how they turned out. I never get anything complex, so I can’t comment on how they do with that. But for a deluxe pedicure and regular manicure, I am happy with prices, quality, and the amount of time they spent doing it.

I went in to get a full set and left very disappointed and waste of $70. For the service and quality of nails their prices are too expensive. $70 for an hour and half is insane when the price starts off at $27 I only got ombré and nail art on two fingers length medium and the quality and shape are poor. If you choose to go please ask them to break their prices down so you know what your paying for because they will just give a random price. This will be my last time at this place of business $70 is insane to not receive what I asked for! Mostly upset with the shaping and ombré! if they’re going to charge high end prices they need to be able to do high end work

Waited forever to get a fill then was passed up by another customer. I had to stand because there were no open chairs to sit in, then after waiting 10 minutes I was asked what I needed and told to sit down. I wasnt greeted......I was TOLD. I use to be a loyal customer a few years back and only come to LOVE when Im not able to get in at my nail techs spa, but now I wont even do that anymore. What happened to being greeted? Or not needing to wait an hour to get a fill or pedi? Youve lost your meaning Nail Love. While youve grown, youve shrank in other ways.

I had a great experience at Nail Love today. I dont know the names of the two ladies that helped me but it was a great, relaxing experience and they both did a great job on my fingernails and toenails. Love love love!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Very unprofessional. Started my service and kicked me out because they closed. Also after about 2 weeks after my acrylic full set, I had to be admitted to the ER for an infection due to the uncleanliness of the salon. I had fungus growing on my nails. They refused to refund me.

My nails have been breaking and color has been coming off in less than two weeks. 🙄 Only one tech has done a good job with my nails since coming here

I finally was able to have my toes taken care of. The service was good previously and now meets covid protocol. Manicurist was skilled and my feet look fantastic and feel wonderful.

Had a pedicure this afternoon. Usually Love does a very nice job on my nails. I don’t know what in the world this lady was doing. Big toe nails should be cut straight across, they are so short and rounded and sore from cutting me in 3 different areas. Painful manicure. Wouldn’t be surprised if I end up with ingrown nails. Very, very frustrating. Nice older lady, but learn the basics!

The lady who I had cut me and then keep making my nails way to long and was just not careful but she did say sorry a bunch of times. But, she did horrable job putting on the gel. My mom came with me and her nails were way to thin and broke the 2nd day having them.

I thought manicure came with washing of the hands and palms. I asked the lady who did my fingers for that, she said no. I don’t know if it was a language barrier or something. Just as I would request pedicure and it would include washing of the feet, it is needless to say manicure comes with exfoliating and washing of the hands. She wanted to put lotion on my palms after painting them, no washing, just lotion. Not pleased this time.

Ive been there twice for a fill and both times different girls but they both nicked my cuticles and made me bleed. Prices were not bad.

🤬🤬🤬The lady pulled the gel off my nails without soaking and and also dremeled my n as ils so much it hurt and thinned my nails to paper thin. By the time she got done my toe nails were pink. Then she painted my nails with gel and did a hooorriibbllee job!!!!!🤬🤬🤬 I wouldnt go there again if it was the last place on earth!!!! My toes hurt!!! Very sloppy!! Shouldnt be in business!!!🤬🤬🤬

I’ve been going to nail love for years! I’ve used different nail techs and had no problems however this last visit I went to get my nails done and they had a Caucasian female I thought no problem I go to a different tech so I’ll give her a chance. Big mistake my nails came out fine and looked great until two days later they all literally popped of as if I had on the press on type nails with nail glue. I went back to get them redone thinking they’d just do them for free because of ho much money I’ve spent in the many years going there and it’s the techs fault but nope... she wanted to charge me 30 dollars... when I originally paid 25 for a fill To fall off two days later... there’s too many nail shops in Fort Wayne I’ll gladly take my business else where

I went to this place a couple days ago, i told her twice I wanted my nails shorter then that, she cut them back twice but still not enough, she seemed annoyed, so I didn’t ask a third time which I really regret. She wasn’t very friendly, spoke to her friend working right next to us the entire time in another language which I thought was really rude. When I was asked to wash my hands, she said just use water, when I asked where to go she said just use water again and was very short, I did find the sink in the back. I showed her a picture of how I wanted them painted, she did a good job on the French manicure however the nails were so much longer then I like that I’m not happy with the look. Also my acrylic is very thick, some nails are more curved shaped and some are flatter, but all around just thick. I would say you get what you pay for. I wanted more affordable nails and that’s what I get for trying to save money. The quality I’m used to when I go to another salon is worth the extra expense. I have an appointment with them to have these fixed. This is just the experience I had with the tech I was given. I’m not saying it’s all around a bad place to go, I just won’t be back.

Only came because it was the only place with availability. Would only come back if that was the situation again and I was desperate.My nails look foggy and they didn’t do enough coats so it’s not solid. Not shiny and pretty. No massage with the manicure. Barely a massage with the pedicure. Kind of just a meh place with a meh environment.

Im still trying to find a nail salon home but I do like this place. They get me in and out in a jiffy every single time (the fastest Ive ever used and Ive used a salon for over 10yrs). The quality of my finished nails is always average to above and the few times Ive gone Ive got a different tech each time and they have all been gentle. My only real beef is that dont offer everything that my former salon did (in another state). Also pricing is average. Ill have to check with them to see if they will custom shape my nails but for now they have a chart showing the few shapes that they do.

I was getting my nails done and they lady in the back cut me while shaping I pulled my hand to look and she turned her light off and told manager in her language she was not finishing I explained she hurt me and she turned her light back on but the customer service was horrible they were yelling instead of talking very disrespectful and unprofessional

Charged 72 dollars for a gel manicure and a basic pedicure. the polish on my toes came off within a week and my gel is peeling off as well.

I recently gave them a 5 star because Ive always been happy. However, I got matte black and had to have 2 nails repolished. One of the nails peeled again, and I had to go back again. This was fine, as they didnt have me pay for the repair. But the second time the woman working on my nail was so extremely rude. Second booth on the left. It was NOT my fault they peeled. Idk if I will be back. Owner and everyone else always very nice and friendly prior to this.

I went to this salon for the first time last week. I got a full set.* The nail tech didnt apply the nails at the base of my nail bed. This has caused one of the nails to pop off already.* The nails were not shaped as I requested and longer than I asked for, even after 2nd request.* The polish is nice, however 2/10 nails arent completely covered.* The tech was not personable and barely spoke with me. When asked me to wash my hands of giving directions she was curt.I will be going elsewhere tonight to get what I really wanted. I would not go back or recommend to others.

Not the best experience this time. The ladies are all very sweet, but by the time my nails were dry. They looked like an eight-year-old had painted them. They also did not use scrub on my legs like they normally do. They also charged me an extra $5 for a gel on my pedicure that was never given. I do love this place and I will return again. But I feel like they should know that the quality has gone down quite a bit from when I first started coming.

I asked a girl where she got her nails done because they where on point! My previous nail salon had some guy do my nails, they where flat and where literally falling off my nails. This girl Nikki, that works here took her time on my nails and made sure each nail matched each other and that i was satisfied. My sisters on the other hand didnt really like their nail techs but like my nails nikki did,i told them to be patient for nikki! Definitely my new spot until i feel unwelcomed. :)

Was my first time here and was told $23 for a full set with regular polish. She made them a lot shorter than what I wanted and a few of them are crooked! She didn’t let me look at the polish selection just asked me what color I wanted (good thing I already had an idea) she did have to keep gluing the nail on and making little fixes. I’ve never had gel polish so I don’t know the difference and at the end she charges me $30 because she used gel when I specifically asked for regular. I really really wish I could get them redone because I’m really upset over this. I only had enough for what I was told and she charged me more without me approving!

Love the massage chairs. They will offer free water or soda which is nice. Depending on the lady who does your pedicure, depends how well you get a good massage and paint job. I can go with my daughter or a few friends and it always seems one of us is done well before the other but overall, enjoy this place and would recommend.

Ive been coming here for years! Everyone in my opinion does an excellent job, whether for pedicures, eyebrows waxed, or getting nails done in style.

The service was poor tonight. I asked for a deluxe and did not get anything close to it. On top of that, they tried to charge me for a Nu-Skin Pedicure. I appreciate the employee that tried to assist me when I first walked in before her boss started yelling at her. I understand that we all get tired close to quitting time; however, don’t take it out on your staff, they work hard too!

My fiance took me here for my birthday. Not one of the workers in there smiled or acted like they wanted me there. The lady doing my nails didnt talk to me the entire time. My nails looked good, but they were super sharp and still need filed down. The atmosphere was the worst I ever experienced.

I have been going to nail love for 10 years. I have tried many other places. They charge more and do a horrible job. My feet are never smooth and no awesome massage. Last place I went had me in and out in under 20 mins and charged 10 bucks more for a half ass job. Staying loyal forever now. I will NEVER go anywhere else. They are very thorough and your experience is their top priority.

My sister and I went yesterday for our girls day out and both got the deluxe pedicures absolutely loved it after that we got full sets put on they were super fast and they look great not bad at all for the price.... we definitely will be back

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I went in for a fill and discovered that my natural nail had turned green under the acrylic, after research this is due to a bacterial infection. The nail tech proceeded to paint over the nail after I asked her numerous times if this was a fungus or mold. I was refused a refund and simply given a treatment for “ugly and unattractive nails” that they apparently keep on hand.Do not ever go here.

Gosh I loved the finished product of my nails the few times Ive been there but then when it gets to removing the gel nails they just straight up use another fake nail to push it out without soaking it in any solution let me tell you that it hurts really bad and actually scared me half to death of the thought of getting my nails ever done again because of the fear of taking them off at their place 😰

I had Alexander, he could be rude and harsh but the work was usually excellent. I was his regular for almost a year and always tipped VERY generously. I would always text him asking g what day/time would be good for him because I know he was always busy. Everything was great until one day he asked me a very innapropriate question. I saved the messages for fear of harassment. I even informed him I knew his wife and this wasnt professional. He asked a few more times and I replied the same every time. After that he was always very rude to me, didnt do what I had asked for my nails, and would constantly cancel our appointments at last second. I shoudknt be treated that way when I tip very well and have been loyal. Will never go there again or even recommend the place

The man that did my nails did good work although I wish they had more options for things to do art wise with my nails.His work was good like I said but he was very rude and short with me and almost seemed annoyed that he had to do my nails.He got super annoyed when I said I also wanted a pedicure even though he wasnt the one doing the pedicure.Tommy did my pedicure and was absolutely AMAZING. He was friendly made me feel comfortable did amazing work and wasnt rude or short even though Im sure he was exhausted bc I was his last pedicure of the day. He made sure he did great work and even though pedicures werent part of my ordinary self care plan Tommy now has himself a new loyal customer who will see him monthly at the very least and tip him quite nicely!And if I get the guy who did my nails again Im asking for someone else!!
