Anna was awesome. Only my second time going to a nail salon, my first experience was less than ideal and I was incredibly nervous but Anna totally brought my spirits back up. She fixed my nails and did an incredible job. Definitely recommend and will go back!!!!

Hope was friendly and easy to communicate with. The only minor issue I had after leaving was the dip color didn’t cover the sides of my nails which I will make sure she does the next time I go to her. Hope did a wonderful job other than that.. The salon was clean and very upscale. I will definitely refer my friends

So happy I finally found a place I love! Theres nothing bad to say about it. I went with my 2 sisters and mother. All of our nail technicians were really great and took their time. We had great laughs. I will definitely be a regular!

Im reading all the reviews. trying to find a new nail salon to go to. i love all the reviews and is thinking about startingt to come here. however, how much is a full set. then a fill?

The acrylic was a bit thin, and I had one snap almost completely off, which was not pleasant. The design was perfect though. A little pricey, as they charge an extra $10 just for the coffin cut, and charged me a full $20 for the design, even though 2 fingers were left plain. If I were to get just a basic color with a plain shape, it wouldnt be as bad. I still tipped well, so it was well over $80 by the time I was all said and done. Ouch

I have been to several places around town and FA Nails is the only place I will return. Everyone is so friendly and very talented. They take pride in their work and making connections with their clients. My kiddos and I love visiting. Thank you so much!!!

This was my first time there. Cherry did an amazing job on my organic pedicure. She was very attentive and very professional. The leg/foot massage felt really good. I am a massage therapist, so it was nice to have someone work on me and do a great job. I will be back.

Such a great experience! Visiting the area, myself and person with me are brand new to this nail salon, but walking in you already feel so welcomed. Upon hearing my name from the reservation they knew exactly what we were getting and told us where we sit for our pedicures.The two woman we had as our nail technicians were fantastic! They chatted with us a bit and were so friendly. We chose the happy feet pedicures which came with hot stone message and leg message.We did not once feel rushed or like they were in a hurry. It was clear they always do a great job. Visiting ft Wayne in the future I would return to this salon!

Today was my first time at this nail salon and I had an amazing experience! I went in and had a pedicure and full set for my nails. They were top notch on their services and I had exactly what I was expecting, a relaxing experience and leaving feeling beautiful! I had a picture for an idea on my nails and they made sure I was happy with my color choices. This is definitely the place to go if you want to make sure youre getting what youre paying for!

They make everyone feel at home, leaving with glamorous styled nails. Gavin is my go-to guy; and WinWin has won my husbands heart with her care!

My nail tech was amazing (I wish I knew who he was) he was quick but not rushed and was gentle with my nails. They turned out great. Im very happy with the outcome. This was my first time here and Ill definitely be back. Hopefully I can get the same nail tech.

I absolutely LOVE coming here! Everyone is so, so nice and very welcoming. They do not make you feel you are just another customer coming in and out. They take their time, and they talk to get to know you. I have been when regular customers have came in and they knew them by name :) out of all the nail salons I have visited here Im Fort Wayne, this one is my GO TO place and will definitely be returning!

This was my first time coming and I was not disappointed at all. They got me in right at my scheduled time and were very patient with me with my complicated design and my fidgeting. It is very hard for me to sit still and my nail artist didnt complain one time. She was very funny and was very personable with me, even though I am not good at small talk at all. She did a great job despite being tired because she was very busy today and I was her last client. She did an excellent job and I will be sure to return when I am due for a refill.

I am SOOO impressed with this place!! I’m newer to Fort Wayne, & I woke up wanting to get a acrylic full set and pedi and I called the closest salon to me. When I called the gentleman got me in 15 minutes after I called. When I walked in I was greeted by multiple employees which was nice. The environment was also very clean, organized, and up to date. Like I was really impressed with their computer system especially because it simply broke down the prices and all that good stuff. The lady who did my nails and toes was CC and seriously, she listened to everything I asked for and was honest. And I was out of there in about an hour and a half I’d definitely recommend this place to everyone. I’ve never been to another salon that actually took their time and TRULY listened. So yeah I’ll never go anywhere else, thank you FA NAILS for a wonderful experience.

A husband and wife own the business and they are lovely!The employees that work there are so kind and the young lady who did my toes was a gem!!I would highly recommend this place and the pricing was reasonable! Especially for the amount of time they put into your experience!A normal pedicure is like $25 and then it goes up from there!! They also have a rewards program! Go go go!!! It’s a 10/10

First time going here.. Went in for a me day and they made it happen! Hot stone pedicure with lavendar was AMAZING! Then needed a redo on full set. The techs actually engaged in conversation with you, instead of each other. They actually take the time to focus on YOU and not just getting the job done. I think they might have got a new regular... 😀

First time getting my nails done! I really like the shop! Its was beautiful and updated. My stylist was very nice and super patient with me when getting then done. Its a little tough to know how much things cost but I enjoyed it and would go back again.

Amazing!!! Queen nails severally messed up my nails and when I went back for them to fix them they made them worse but FA nails fixed my nails. It took almost 3 hours to fix the atrocity queen nails had done but I am more than happy with the outcome.

Just wanted to share an update about this business. I switched nail salons because the one I was using would not last! I would get dip and within 1 week, usually before, the clear coat would chip/peel off or the nails would break or I would get cracks in them thus making the manicure not worth it! I only have a desk job so its not like I am doing a lot of manual labor to ruin the dip. After researching for a new nail salon I came across FA Nails. I gave them a try and 2 weeks now and my nails are perfect!! They took their time but were efficient. They didnt carry on conversations with each other. They were not playing on their phones. Very professional staff and great results. I will defiantly be going back soon!
