Went here for the first time a few days ago. Got a french tip full set. Was greeted at the door, waited for about 20 minutes to get a seat. Had one guy start the beginning of my nails, filing and cutting them, adding tips. He then got up and left for a few minutes to the back. Then comes back out fixing his pants. Also had another guy come and actually do the nails. This guy was fast and a bit messy doing the job. He did clean up the nails for the most part but still had some stuff up under my nails when I left. There was more white on the tips than I wanted but they nails did come out nice and clean. So I am happy with how they came out considering everything else. Very quite and peaceful area.

****EDITEDI’m editing my review after visiting here several times since my first visit. I get the same exact service every time I come here nothing changes besides the color of gel polish I pick out yet the price always seems to go up every visit. Full set first time was $50 a fill was $35 from there each time it’s cost more. Yesterday it cost me $60 for a fill, A FILL! That’s insane it seems like they charge based on how much filing they have to do at this point. I’m not sure I will be coming back I believe in quality for the price but the quality is not reflecting a $60 charge before tip with no designs.Very clean and professional salon. The woman that did my nails did an excellent job with everything. It is quiet in here which I love and I was able to walk in without waiting. I will be back again.

I had fungus on my middle nails from them I’ll never go back there ever again! I wish I could post a picture of my nail it looks gross I never had fungus on my nails yearsssss! I never broke my nails or taken themOff for a long time!

They have really nice pedis! But the last 2 times Ive been there, I was turned away for service. They didnt even ask if I wanted to wait, I said I wanted a pedi and a fill and was told they were too busy and to come back later. I drive about 25 mins to go to them and to be turned away without even asking if I mind waiting was a complete turn off. I, unfortunately, wont be back since this has happened 2 times in a row.

I had a Cucumber and Chamomile treatment along with a pedicure. It was very relaxing, but a bit on the pricey side I thought for a pedicure. Also had a manicure. I am very pleased with my nails after visiting this place!

The nails were done good but wasn’t what I asked for. I attribute that to the fact that I was passed off like a shift and 3 different people worked on my nails. I probably won’t be back.

The guy that did my nails did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend this place. Awesome people work there and its affordable and worth every penny spent. My nails are acrylic but look so natural. Love this place

Great atmosphere but kind of pricey

The technicians there are very thorough and the pedicure massage products were really good. But honestly, the thing I look for in spas hotels, etc, is cleanliness and Vk Nails deserves top ratings in my book.

Was really excited to try this place out! It’s close to home, and looked really nice, and it is! Had to wait in the water for at least 45 minutes, before getting started, understaffed. Water was cold, asked her to refill it, and she scooped out the cold water with a cup, and dumped it in the chair beside me, did this twice, and the jets kept breaking. They were nice, and the pedi was good, just not professional.

Today I had an appointment. I waited 20 minutes & still no service ! The person that was supposed to do my nails was not even there ! Very disappointed _ & will not go back . Whats the use in making an appointment if its not kept ! Sheree

I was excited to try this place as it is near my home and work. I was greeted at the front door however the lady that came to me to do my nails got up several times to either answer the phone or to take an appointment or leave the person to the table where someone would come in and need a service every time she got up there was another mistake made on my nails she redrilled and repainted re-sanded and repainted my nails look horrible I’ve never had this bad of a job done as I sat in my car after After the service and just looked at my nails I could’ve cried I am a very busy person and I work many hours a week I don’t have a lot of free time. My nails were crooked the paint looks like a two-year-old had tried to paint my nails very disappointed and she noticed it because she kept trying to redo it I was there for 2 1/2 hours ridiculous. Needless to say I was late for work

First time going they had no drinks didnt listen to me at all finding flaws in my nails not happy n paid 90 dollars wow too expensive

This place is great! The cleanest nail salon I’ve ever been too. Everything is so elegant and chic, a very relaxing environment. We were treated like ROYALTY and I don’t say that often. Fantastic place, my new go to

I cannot say enough good things about this salon. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted, very friendly and personable. It is the cleanest, well decorated, beautiful salons in Fort Wayne hands down. My nail tech did an amazing job. Im getting ready to go get a pedicure now!!!! This will be my one and only nail salon!!!!

Very relaxing environment. They do pedicures in a separate room with spa music, which I think is very effective to create a unique experience. They did a great job on my pedicure as well as a dip powder mani. Good color selection, and you can tell everything is new and very clean. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I will most likely visit again.

Update: vk nails is dead to me! Had a full set and its like plates on my fingers literally a quarter inch thick it took her two hours to try to make them thinner. What a nightmare!OMG!!! This was the best pedicure I have ever had. The delux pedi includes mud and hot stones. I get a pedi every 2 to 3 weeks and Fiona was so detailed I was surprised at how much work she did on my cuticles. My toes and feet look amazing. Extremely relaxing long message. Then Amy did my fill. Wow super fast,detailed and perfect. I love my nails. Im usually disappointed at other places but not this time. This is a family owned business. Very beautiful decor. I will be back and I will be telling everyone I know what a wonderful job this business does

One of the best and cleanest nail salons I’ve been to. I’m a regular at a different salon and just went here out of convenience. They have great hospitality, take their time to get things perfect, and are so kind. I strongly recommend.

The place was nice and the services were fine but the customer service was not on par. On facebook, instagram, and the sign outside of the place kept saying $10 dollars off your first visit and with punch cards. However, when I got to the end of my session, the owner wouldnt honor any of them. He said that they had expired when there was clearly never an expiration date listed on any of these websites. He was also obviously being rude and uncaring about this issue, very unprofessional in my opinion. If youre going to do a promotion, at least honor it and not lie. I will never return to this salon ever again.
