I called for an estimate. I had three companies look at what needed to be done. Two companies did not charge for the estimate, Blaylock did. I didnt not realize this up front. I eventually paid the service fee when they threatened to turn my account over to collections. I would not have even called if I knew this up front. Will definitely not use or recommend their service. They also estimated $3k in repairs and in the end I paid less than $1k by going with someone else. Save your money and shop around.

I had my hvac unit stop heating and called them out. The service guys were nice, but 500 bucks later didnt fix the problem. I called them back they sent another service man out.... Another 500 bucks and the unit still not working. I called and asked about the charges and was told they didnt know why the service guys had told me a lower price and that anyone should know panel prices. I called again to let them know the unit wasnt working.... They disconnected my heat pump and had electric heat for about 2 weeks. I used space heaters the rest of the winter because I didnt have another grand to spend. Last week I switched to AC and it didnt work. I called another company out who showed me the rats nest that was now inside my unit. Having a HVAC license..... I knew that was not right, unfortunately just didnt have the time to trouble shoot and fix. I am now having to replace my unit. I am only rating 2 stars because half of the service guys were nice and I did have heat for 3 days during the ice storm. I would never use this company again. Someone should probably check how you customer service people are communicating with customers. This place is a joke.

One of the only companies that didnt claim to be booked out for weeks in advance. Came out promptly to do a camera inspection since Ive had reoccurring blockages. During the camera inspection they found the clog and managed to clear it with the camera. Didnt charge me for anything but the camera inspection. Courteous, timely, professional service. Would definitely recommend them to others in need of plumbing services.

We called them when our hot water heater started failing, they came out the next day and we had a new water heater a day after that. Their team was very friendly & professional. They were always upfront and their rates/prices were what I expected.Id recommend using Blaylock HVAC & Plumbing.

I have lived in an older home for a little over 10 years, and from the first week I have lived here I have had issues with my plumbing and air conditioning unit. I pretty much always call Blaylock when I have a problem. They have come out in the middle of the night, on weekends, and on holidays. They are always professional and get the work done as fast as possible. I seriously cant say enough good things about them, although I pray for the day I never have to call them again.

Our A/C unit was not putting out cold air, and the outside temps were in the 80s. The person answering the phone was very pleasant said she would have someone out TODAY and thanked me for calling. The technician arrived in the afternoon, was polite, clean, and immediately went to work. Viola! Within one hour he corrected the problem; we now have cold air. I dont have a price comparison but did not feel the cost was unreasonable. Thank you . . . Blaylock HVAC!

A technician came to look at our house because one room was not receiving air conditioning. He was professional and attempted to resolve the situation and gave us tips on how to cool the room. Before he left he said if the room did not cool by the end of August to call back and he would examine the house at no charge. After several weeks the temperature of the house increased. Multiple rooms are now not receiving air. When we called back a receptionist said a technician could come for a $90 labor fee. When we explained the situation; how the technician said he would revisit at no charge and our situation has worsened, she said that is their policy and there is nothing she can do about it. She ended the conversation by saying she had to go and could not help us without sending someone at a $90 fee. Clearly the business owners does not value their customers or quality of service. This is the worst experience we have had with a service company and I highly recommend not using them.

Called Blaylock H&A late in the day yesterday to schedule an inspection and check-up of my heating and air unit. They told me it would be the next day, which was perfect for me. Got a call from Blaylock the next morning asking if now was a good time to send out a technician and I agreed. A few minutes later, Vin, the service technician arrived. He was extremely professional, friendly and proficient. He checked out our system and the only thing issue he found was the condenser coil on the outside unit was filthy. He happily sprayed it out and then checked the refrigerant level which he assured me were good.Having used another H&A company in the past, I was pleasantly surprised to have this level of service. I will only recommend Blaylock to my friends and family in the future.Thank you!

They had the best price in town and their service was amazing. Blaylock quoted half the price that Mr.Rooter quoted. The gentlemen that came to do the job were super friendly and did not seem to mind my two year old who wanted to get in on the project. They will be my go to plumber company in the future.

We gave specifics about our issue and they spent three days diagnosing and unseating all the toilets, snaking the whole house, only to find the issue right where we told them it was. $1500 later, hole in the back deck, and all toilets leaking. Now, a month later and we have the same problem. Sent a note with my payment but never heard back. Beware.

Receptionist is very off putting

My experience with Blaylock was not a good one to say the least. My girlfriend and I just recently bought a home and moved in the last couple weeks. Combing 2 homes and a storage unit has caused a mess in the house with boxes and trash bags everywhere. We called blaylock and they said theyd send a technician out. We were at the store so our teenage son let them in to look at it. By the time we got home a few minutes later they were gone but had told our son the unit was froze up and had to thaw so they disconnected it and said they would return the following day. I got a call shortly after saying they wouldnt be able to come back and I asked if there was a reason why she replied yes, we wont be coming back and hung up. This morning I called Mountain Air out of Roland. The receptionist, Tasha was super friendly on the phone and very understanding of the situation. She said shed have a technician call. Less than 10 minutes later the technician called and said hed be out within a half hour...this was all before 8 am. The guy came out and was super friendly and was fully understanding of our messy house. He went well above and beyond to get our unit going again. He didnt look down on us or treat us like we were 2nd class citizens like Blaylock did. DONT CALL BLAYLOCK UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE POOR WHITE TRASH!!! Save yourself the hassle and call MOUNTAIN AIR!!! We will never use anyone else again.

Middle of July our AC quit. I called 5 different companies to schedule service. 2 never called me back, 1 said it would be a week before they could get here. Blaylocks put me on their list for service even though they had a lot of calls that morning. Serviceman arrived at 2:30pm and could tell immediately what the issue was. Made the repair and had my AC running in less than 30 mins! Quick, knowledgeable and affordable...will use them again for sure!

I am a long time customer of Blaylock Heating & Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Draincleaning. They have never let me down and today, 8/17/2015, was no exception. My outside a/c unit is an old one and was existing when we purchased this home many years ago. The HVAC Technition was Brian and he was patient and thourough while working in the heat outside and inside.
