The team from Air Pro were great at both listening in order to assess and explaining what they found. They looked for ways to fix what we have rather than try and sell us on major replacement. I am very happy with their service and look forward to a long customer relationship with them.

Had an issue on Christmas Day with the heater not keeping the home warm, I called and they immediately had a technician head over! Robert did an excellent job with getting the heat back working efficiently, an also recommended me to upgrade my thermostat! Very knowledgeable an he was very thorough... I havent used these guys for what the company actually does, but they are amazing! My car blew a tire on the highway right next to the office, and they came right over and immediately offered their assistance. I didnt catch the names of these 2 selfless gentlemen, but they deserve more then my gratitude, which is all I could give them today! Thank you both from the bottom of my heart! AirPro is the only service you should even consider in the Fort Smith area. I’ve had an after hours call that they arrived within 30 minutes to fix, and an inspection/sensor replacement by Josh Davis. Both times they were responsive, courteous, and helpful. Call them! They’re one of the best customer experiences I’ve had as a homeowner.

Excellent service for years, nice people

100% satisfied with my interaction with Air-Pro. My air stopped working about 9:00 pm the night before. I called Air-Pro about 8:05 a.m. the next morning and by 9:58 a.m. my air was back and working perfectly. The technician they sent out was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained to me exactly what he was going to do. After fixing the initial problem, he checked the pressure and cleaned the coils on my unit. The price was very fair for the work performed. Highly recommend this company and they will be getting my future business.

Our AC went out and we noticed it at 8pm. By 8:30 Rob was at our place and by 8:45 he had already diagnosed and fixed our problem. After that he then cleaned the unit, checked pressure, and Freon. Definitely recommend them to anyone having ac problems in fort smith.

Josh was a great tech!! I cant thank you all enough. My whole HVAC system needed replacing. You all did a thorough job with the installation and Josh stayed and made sure I understood how my new system worked and how it was different than the old one. He talked about how to take care of the system and quick troubleshooting ideas in case something went wrong. And trained me on my new thermostat!
