Was told Id have to bring my unit in to get an offer. Understandable. I loaded up and drove 20 miles to get an offer. When there, I was asked what I wanted, and told, its your unit, we cant make an offer. Car dealers make offers all day long. Of course they can make an offer. They know what they would sell it for...I do not. They are in a better position to establish value than me. If they wont make an offer, they want to get it for far less than its worth. This is dishonest. As a landlord, Ive done business with these people for years. No longer. Ill buy new, and dispose of at the dump. They wasted 1/2 of my day. They lied to me.

I had called another repair service to come out and fix my oven he said thru the company he work for it was going to be $550 to fix it but he recommended me to affordable appliances I got in contact with them and at 1st they recommended me try a cheaper alternative and just gave me the part free but I ended up needing the more expensive part but they found part $150 cheaper and when they found out the part was going to arrive after thanksgiving they paid to have it delivered quicker I received the part the day before thanksgiving and thanks to them we were able to enjoy dinner at home

Affordable Appliance came to my home and fixed my dryer. It wouldnt spin. They came out on a Saturday which was great because I work during the week. The technician was friendly and the service was fast. Its been about a week now and the dryer is doing great. Fixed it for less than $100.

They come here and fix what needs fixed and have always done a reliable job.

I bought my washer a few years ago and did not have any issues till the housing on my pump cracked, probably my own fault more than likely my kids did it. I brought in the pump and they hooked me up with a new housing...now to catch back up on laundry. They have exceptional customer service if yall need a part or even a newer appliances give them a chance to earn your business.

Called them for parts for my dryer. The lady that answered the phone sounded like she was mad to be at work. Called a different parts house afterwards. Much better customer service from them. Dont go here unless you have to.

These guys were terrible! They may have been better in the past, but they have really gone down hill. My sister had them work on their house and the work they did on her washing machine was poor. The darn thing still doesnt work and they said they were going to charge her to come back out. I dont know about you, but if a job doesnt get done right the first time, I dont think the customer should have to pay more to get it done right. She ended up calling an appliance place in Fayetteville and they couldnt believe what a poor job Affordable Appliance had done. They even gave her a discount because of all the trouble she went through. She didnt want to leave a review with her name because she said the manager Dean or Darrell or whatever his name is was a hot head and had a threatening tone on the phone. I would not recommend anyone to these guys. Bad people. Bad customer service. Terrible workmanship.

Lots of choses too choose from. Bought a washer and dryer and a frigidaire french door refrigerator all for 1200. Our fridge was 650 great deal and washer and dryer 300 a piece. Friendly service but, make sure the guys who deliver does their job right the first time. They put too big of a drain hose on washer and caused it too slip off and caused water leakage. And small puddle was found. The other guy kept going back to his truck and the other guy was doing most of the work. Its supposed too be team work guys not for one too do it by themselves.
