I just so happened to be there this morning for work on my 21 Corolla xse hatch. Just so happens that they had the same car just the 22 and it was manual. I was beyond excited to see this car. Once again this time all three of them helped me again and get me into the car I originally wanted. And I couldnβt have been happier. I suggest you always ask for these three gentlemen. If you are looking for fantastic customer service, this is the Toyota place to go. We were on the way back to Miami on Saturday afternoon when a tire explode. After visiting others Toyota and ( because it is Saturday and we want to get out of here), no one help us. Finally, we got to Bev Smith Toyota, and it was so refreshing to find friendly people willing to help. Jose Martinez was one of those angels here, and the manager was amicable and helpful. Well deserve five stars!!

Not a great experience. I stopped into the dealership to ask about the sticker prices of the 2 used vehicles on their lot. The sales woman was only interested in my monthly budget after I told her I was prepared to purchase a car that day. I was then introduced to the Finance Manager, Stephen, whom explained to me that they never lose a deal over price. I asked him for the sticker prices and he told me he will get them for me. He walks away with the sales woman and after a few minutes, the sales woman arrives back with a dealer tag and keys in hand. I politely asks the sales woman again for the sticker prices in which she walks away and within a minute, Stephen the Finance Manager re-appears and tells me I will need to take the cars for a test drive before we discuss price. I explained to Stephen theres no point of test driving the cars if the sticker prices were high, it wouldnt be the best use of our time. Stephen storms away. Worst experience Ive had and extremely pushy sales tactics.
I purchased out my lease with Bev Smith Toyota. I was a little anxious and nervous about my options as I LOVE my vehicle and really wanted to keep it. Sales associate Joe Cleri was extremely helpful, kind, and listened to my reservations and was very reassuring. Allison Booth, the Customer Relations Manager was so kind and soothing. She helped me understand my process, my buy-out, and my future services with Bev Smith. The process was so easy. Finance Manager John Gutierrez went to bat SUPER hard for me to get the lowest rate possible and was extremely patient and kind. He got me the best deal possible and I was not the easiest customer to make happy π€£. Ive been dealing with Bev Smiths service dept since 2017 and Kim always performs TOP NOTCH. 10/10 recommend. I walked out happy knowing I got the best deal possible and got to keep my dream truck!

We found what we thought was a good deal. The price of the car on CarGurus was 23k. When we got to the dealership the price was 26k. The finance guy hid behind a disclaimer on the dealers website that we didnt see because we found the car on CarGurus. They also low balled our trade by 1500 even after showing them an appraisal from Carmax. The only good experience was our sales guy. He came across as honest and was very helpful. I was surprised at how they operate because my son works at a Toyota dealership and they are nothing like this.
Kim was wonderful, shes the BEST!! I use a walker and she couldnt have been more helpful. She had the service dept. pull my car right up to the front of the door so I could get into my car easily. Kim folded my walker for me and put it into the back of the car for me. Definitely 5 star service!!

Definitely wouldnt recommend coming here, itll be a waste of your time. the salespeople are nice, friendly, and has good customer service. However, on the other hand, the manager (aka the boss of the salespeople) is a liar, and doesnt own up to his mistakes. we purchased a car today, and we negotiated everything and he had agreed with our prices and even delivered the car to my house. next thing you know, the salespeople came back to my house and took back the car saying that they had made a mistake and gave us the wrong car, even though it was the correct car that we negotiated on. i went back to the dealership to see what was going on and found out that he was blaming one of his salesperson for his mistake, that he had made! after blaming his employee, he had blamed it on me for miscommunicating with him, when i had multiple witnesses there with me hearing him say it was okay for the price that we negotiated on. in the end, i will never be coming back here and you shouldnt too.

I had an amazing experience dealing with Jeffrey Styles and the team. About 2 weeks ago I bought a Tacoma at another Toyota facility and it was simply too small for me. Bev Smith had (1) Tundra left on the lot and worked to make it fit my budget.Truly a no pressure experience. First day I went in wasnβt ready to buy and they let me go home to think about it and next day we worked out the rest of negotiations.Would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants no pressure, upfront and honest experience.

Drove up from Miami because my husband has purchased 2 vehicles from this location in the past. The service provided is immaculate. The prices are also reasonable compared to local dealers.Our sales person Fernando was very kind and had all of our paperwork ready for us when we arrived. My new car was already cleaned and just waiting for my arrival :)Steven in finance was also very friendly and offered us great and quick service which is hard to find in local dealerships down here.The drive was well worth it! Any future purchases will definitely turn into a little road trip up to Ft. Pierce.

I have purchased five toilets in a row. The last purchase was in Bev Smith Toyota in fort Pierce Florida. I always get a 10 year 100,000 mile extended warranty when I buy the vehicle. The finance manager at Bev Smith Toyota bald-faced lied to me and told me thats what I had. Turns out I actually have a 5-year 60,000 mile Warranty. Of course they didnt want to make good on this. I will never buy another new toyota. And I will never use Bev Smith ever again. They are slimy and untrustworthy
My experience was Good. Appreciated my salesperson Jean. I never asked for his last name. He answered all my questions when I test drove the car. When the credit check part came I thought I had lost my chance. Jean assured me that he would contact me. Saying I still had a chance. Sure enough received a text from Jean Tuesday morning informing me everything worked out. He walked me threw the entire process. I truly appreciated that. The financial part made me nervous. Alex was very straight forward with the financial info. I appreciated that no hidden stuff he was straight. Given me instructions of what I had to do. I liked that both reps ended our conversation with if needed or have any questions we are here. That is so reassuring especially in these times when things dont feel so sure! Thank you π.

My wife and I bought a gently used Camery here that had a few issues they promised to take care of. One of which was replacing the standard rearview mirror with a digital mirror (wifes request) after a little confusion between the sales and service department, requiring two return visits, ALL issues were resolved. I would like to thank the entire team at Bev Smith Toyota and a special thank you to Ally for taking the extra time toexpedite the work being done and insuring it was done correctly. Made a appointment to get my headlights fixed at this dealership. Paid $133.02. Before getting in the car driving away. I asked Richard and the Mechanic to show me my lights are fixed. One round small light not working. Richard the lead guy started banging on my plastic headlight to make it work. Well that did not happen. They took my car back in the garage and told me all was good. Got in my car started to drive out of the dealership Three minutes later smoke coming out of the car. A Mechanic across from Bev Smith Toyota opened my hood and found a small bulb was properly not Installed by the Mechanic. Bulb melted and burnt. My car could have caught on fire Richard from Toyota Dealership said that and also the Mechanic across the road said that could have happened. We tried calling Bev Smith Toyota nobody would talk to us. So I drove the car back across the street to Bev Smith Toyota. Showed Richard the burnt melted bulb he grabbed the Mechanic they tried to put in another brand new bulb that did not work. Richard told me now I have more damage to my car called a Housing Project now more money I have to pay to get the car fixed. ( VERY EXPENSIVE ) Richard told me they did nothing wrong I disagreed I told him the bulb was not properly put in right that is why there was smoke coming from my car. Richard told me if I get stopped by a State Trooper just show him my $133.02 bill my burnt bulb and I should not get a ticket driving in the dark. After the smoke Incident it blew my passengers side headlight. This dealership takes no responsibility for the damage with my 2015 Toyota Prius. For 4 days I was unable to leave my house at 4.30 am in the morning. I had to wait for daylight to drive my car. Found a garage to fix my car cost me $485.00 in repairs for something that this Bev Smith Toyota caused to my car. What do you think?? Do you want to take your car to this dealership to have your vehicle serviced?? This dealership has told me this was not there fault and will not accept full responsibility. I will be taking further action against this dealership.
I am making a claim against you for scam, I was charged for a service that I never received. On 09/09/21 Mr. Richard Sanchez said that he would attend me and I have called him several times, I have left him messages and he does not respond. The place is lousy and unprofessional.

I bought a Grey 2021 Toyota 4 Runner TRD Off Road Premium with the XP Predator Package in January 2021, and I had a great car buying experience with Bev Smith Toyota. Let me start by saying, This vehicle was literally impossible to find, I had searched all of the Toyota dealerships on the South East and had no luck. After figuring out I wouldnt be able to find this on my own, I reached out to Toyota of Melbourne, who said they could custom order it, which was exciting. However, they ghosted me and would not return my calls after a few days, so my search continued. Thats when my father told me to call Fred and Trevor at Bev Smith Toyota. I spoke with them briefly initially and they told me they could custom order the vehicle for me. Finally, a company who would actually take my custom order and help me out. Soon after, maybe a little over a week, the vehicle arrived to the dealership and it was exactly what I wanted. Fred (Internet Director) and Trevor both went the extra mile with me on this sale, and I am extremely happy they took care of me. I have recommended them and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a good car buying experience.

Another great experience at Bev Smith Toyotas Service Department. Arriving early for my 20,000 mile service appointment, I was promptly greeted and the steering wheel, floormat and seat were properly covered in plastic/paper. Tim Seymour was my Service Advisor and he informed me of what would be done for the 20,000 mile service. I showed Tim where there was a slight problem with a Bumper Cover that had been replaced by the Body Shop a few months ago. Tim said he would check that after the service had been completed. In about an hour Bryan the Technician had completed the service and Tim had the Body Shop repair the minor problem with the Bumper Cover. Great job Tim Seymour, Bryan and the Body Shop technician. Bravo, Bev Smith Team!

This ended up being the craziest car buying experience of my life. I absolutely love my new Tacoma and very thankful they ended with getting my deal. But beware of βspot deliveriesβ the sales people are snakes.. just classy ones in nice clothes. Greg. The finance people are okay but the only one that had heart and actually helped was Isaiah.(I think his name is). Alex and the guy with a toupee just stared and acted like computers. Throughout the whole fiasco the receptionists were great and nobody became unprofessional at any point. Even though I know they were sick of me. I will not probably buy another car there because the lack of communication skills across employees is horrible. But very happy with the vehicle, and results.

Have had nothing but bad service, from day one. You took six months to get my tags. First service, didnt rest computer, so service warning came on, Everytime I, started engine. Your 25 point check list said, 37 pounds of air, in all tires. Checked them, next day. 29-31 psi. What else wasnt done, makes one wonder. Wasnt a spot for no, stars. Only reason you got one. Would only recommend you, to my worst enemy!!!

Hey, this nice lady even walked by serving snacks. I think thats thoughtful that they care about you having something in your tummy while youre waiting or looking at your next vehicle purchase. If youre not a people person, then I suggest you drop your vehicle off and catch the convenient shuttle van, lol! When I see other vehicle makes and models that are not Toyota getting serviced, then to me that says alot.
Is the third car we buy in less than 2 years, sounds bad but its the opposite, my whole family is buyung Toyota after having a bad experience with Nissan. Service department just fails in all areas the owner should be ashamed of how this place functions you pull up and no one greets you. You have to go out of your way to get signed in . Also it doesnt matter weather you make and appointment or not its always two to three hours for anything even a simple oil change i like to also put they are rude and just shrugs when you ask for another alternative they dont care to take the time to see what you need done just try and scare you away one of the guys tried telling me (I arrived at 430pm) they had to keep my car over night to do an oil change which is ridiculous they close at 7pm everytime I try to give this place a shot always the same thing I have to go out of my way to drive to vero Beach or west palm beach good luck to whoever enters this mess of a place they call a business

I was looking for a rare beast, 2021 Tacoma TRD Off Road, long bed with technology pack, no luck.Got a call out of the blue ( divine intervention?) from Pastor Terry Taylor, who asked if I was ready to trade if he could find what I wanted.He found exactly what I wanted and couldnt, at a price that was superb while all the while treating my wife and I like we were family.Bev Smith......my second new vehicle purchase from a FANTASTIC dealer and of course because of Pastor Terry Taylor it was a heavenly day for us! The Lord carries a big toolbox.

What an awful experience. I went there under the premise of $5000 Over Blue Book for any car since Used inventory is low and then the manager admitted the βFine Printβ. They actually took the keys out of my car and locked the doors before I could even think, then tried to hammer me on financing worse than the scumbags at Direct Sales and Leasing in Vero, which I thought was impossible. Trying to tell me financing a total of $8000 was a 72 month $400 payment..... I get could better terms from a loan shark. Buyer Beware they hover like Bees to the point it gave me a migraine......

Worst car buying experience of my life. Pressured me the entire time. Rushed me to buy today! Scheduled me for a service appointment after I told them 3 times that I didnt want to pre schedule. And now I have called twice about an issue and have been told both times that they were busy and would have someone call me back only to never get a call. Will never go back to them and would never recommend them to anyone.
Had a recall of a fuel pump part replaced. Took 3 hours, but I had to ASK them beforehand how long it would take. They never gave me any warning when the appointment was made. I live a good 40 minutes away so going home and back wasnt an option, and sitting in a crowded waiting room wasnt either. So my wife had to come get me and we went to a park to wait. Not happy we werent told all that ahead of time. Otherwise, I had great service as usual. I still feel Bev Smith Toyota is the best dealer around and will always get my business!

Deceptive advertising / sales. Sales guy told me the car would cost $2000 over the advertised price.I live 3 hours away from this dealership, but saw a car i wanted online at an attractive price. I spoke with the used car sales manager who confirmed that I was interested and willing to drive 3 hours each way to look at the car. He had another sales guy call me who said the car would be $2,000 more than the advertised price (which was nowhere to be found on the website) due to financing charges and trade in. I was going to pay cash, and he said well, then its the $22,988 price then and I was getting ready to go see it. The sales manager called with the final price (incl taxes, fees, etc.) but then said the price was $24,988 because i was NOT going to finance it or bring them a trade in. I told him about the website not saying anything like that and that his sales guy said what he said, but he stuck to his guns and told me if I didnt want his deal that the deal was dead. So the deal died. I consider these deceptive (but perhaps typical used car-) sales practices. Just make sure you call before you visit the dealership and not waste your time. I am glad I didnt have to rive 6 hours just to kill the deal when I got there. Buyer Beware!

When I just got there I was a bit frustrated when it seem like they werent surewho got there first! i was in the right lane and it was open so if they cant handle two lane they need to close one.after that part the rest of my time there was smooth i even got a complimentary cookie.

This the worst dealership that Iβve ever dealt with in my entire life. They donβt return phone calls they donβt follow through on what they say theyβre going to do. The car dirty inside full of nasty stains. I understand itβs a used car but there is no excuse.

I had a 1:30 appointment. When I got there I was told that I would have to wait between. 1 to an hour & a half.Then when I didnt see my car on the registration line where I left it waiting to be taken in to be serviced, an employee took it & parked it in another parking lot for cars that are waiting to be serviced.It was a terrible experience. NEVER AGAIN!!!The next thing I did was call ARRIGO TOYOTA & asked if they had any appointments available & they told me they had a 2:00 p.m. appointment & if I was interested. I said yes & that Ill be there in 15 minutes. (Short) distance from Bev Smith Toyota. Totally happy & satisfied with ARRIGO which took as soon as I registered. Awesome.
I am at a loss for words. I bought this truck about a month ago. The internet price me and my husband saw the day before we purchased was 23,000 and something. We added a trade in valued at 4000 and were offered a secret price. But at the end we played 22000 and some change. By the time finance was done it was more like 25000. We noticed that the tires were balding on ALL 4. We requested that in the event that we purchase the vehicle we would get those 4 replaced as part of the deal so we agreed and signed. I went back after 2 weeks of not hearing anything and finally got them to order them. As they arrived I only recieved 2?!?!?! I dont know how this works but 4 is not 2? That is a scam. Also I went in today after a month of waiting and sat for about 2 hours and then they came and said that they had not started yet? Like why have an appointment if your not going to get served then and there.? I then said I was going to go out and be back they called me at 2:00. My appt was at 11:00 that is 4 hours later for 2 tires?!?! Also I asked to see the deal we signed to see if the sales person wrote it wrong and I was denied. The service people asked me which tires to change because all the tires were equally worn ? Never will I give my business here again.
Have a signed contract and they change terms 2 days later. However if i wanted to back out i would have been held to honor contract. Terrible!! However i will say salesman named Greg is outstanding!!
My car was serviced immediately upon my arrival at the service center. All the scheduled service was completed, and I was finished very quickly.

Shady car dealers invoke anti-terror law, run unnecessary credit checks to sell you on dealer financing. Sales just needed that credit check telling me its a soft hit on my credit . Should of see that comming with a serious low credit number . I dont know where you got your numbers from . I just did my credit score with another Dealer wow big difference with numbers and better buying power . Thanks for nothing shows how I will never step foot in your dealer. Plus wordof mouth will hurt your numbers more with the proof I have .

Shady place. Terry Taylor pulled a bait and switch by βmistakenlyβ over valuing my trade in. I told him I was an hour away so it would be hard for me to make it down there unless they had a deal worth coming down for.So hereβs what he did. He called me and told me he had an amazing deal. He overvalued my trade in by a huge amount and offered me the exact car I wanted, for an amazing price. He sent me a paper quote on our exact deal. He βguaranteedβ the deal. So I drove down. An hour and five minutes. Once there, he made me wait an hour, and let me check out the Prius, I guess in the hope that after I invested so much time I would be more inclined to hang around.Thatβs when they revealed their βmistakeβ. After I had checked out the car. After I had spent two hours of my day already. After his guarantee. Not only that, but he sent someone else to do it for him, like a child. I left immediately, of course, as I wouldnβt trust them to pass me some ketchup after that.Later, I figured out Terry is a βpastorβ from another review. Pretty un-godly behavior from a pastor. I guess thatβs between him and his Lord.Avoid this place at all costs. If you do go there, avoid Terry Taylor, unless you enjoy being lied to.

Absolutely the last place to go for a car purchase. Went to buy a good used Toyota for my granddaughter ..... to make a long story short, passed on from one shark to another like vultures, nothing worth buying that wasnt way overpriced, finely led to a used POS in the back lot, that was so bad I would be afraid to drive it off the lot, grabbed my wife and ran out the door!STAY AWAY !

GO TO MELBOURNE!! I should have known not to take my car here. As soon as I got my car the tire pressure light was on. Instead of fixing the problem the dealership refused to work with me and asked if I was at a grocery store and my light came on would I call them to fix the problem. When I first went to buy my car they wanted to give me an interest rate of over 14%. I listened to my dad went to Melbourne and got the same car for less than 5% interest rate. I HATEEE!!! This dealership not to mention as soon as the tire problem came another worker called me from that dealership asking if I wanted to switch into a 2021! Meanwhile they have never called before. Toyota customer service was no better. Said they were βpartners β so really had no say. I will continue to warn others about this forever. SAVE YOURSELF SOME MONEY AND HEADACHE AND HEAD OVER TO MELBOURNE PUT ME IN A CAR THE SAME DAY....I WILL NEVER GET A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

LADIES BEWARE!!!!! If you are a female shopping for a vehicle on your own this is not a safe place for you. Its like being a seal swimming in a pool of great white sharks. I recently decided to look at a couple models that were recommended to me. Upon arrival I made it very clear I was just looking and researching a couple vehicles and would not be purchasing anything as I didnt want to waste anyones time. By the end of my visit I literally had 3 different sales people, varying by rank, trying to push things on me. With each individual I kept saying NO and just wanted the information on the vehicles but they kept pushing because they wanted to make a sale that I was not willing to make. I finally walked out feeling attacked and violated after being drilled by the 2nd Manager.
I got my truck june9 they said we would not have a payment for45 days which would make it due in July 24 but when I got the loan papers yesterday it said due July 9 not a big deal I can pay it but when I called yesterday just to see why it changed the lady said they would call me back nope that didnt happen so I cant recommend them to people because once they get you out the door they ignore you
I submitted a trade-in appraisal around 7:30am on Saturday morning Dec 5.... by 8:30am, Brian had emailed me about wanting to set something up to come in. I had a VERY busy morning scheduled and wasnβt sure when I would be able to come in. Also, I was pretty upside down on the trade-in. I explained my situation to Brian and told him what I was looking for and what I wanted to happen.. somehow, someway, Brian worked a MIRACLE!!! He got me into a 2021 Camry with EXACTLY what I wanted AND MORE and made the numbers work in my favor!! They gave me WELL over my trucks value for trade-in to make the numbers work! Then I give him a 1 hour heads-up that Iβd be coming in and needed to be in and out as fast as possible due to a busy afternoon as well. By the time I got there, Brian had the vehicle TOTALLY detailed and gased up and ready to go. I met Pierre outside, who was AWESOME and incredibly professional!! Took the car for a test drive with Pierre and fell in love with it! Then went STRAIGHT into finance where the paperwork was already waiting for me! I was LEGITIMATELY in and out of there in less than an hour with a better deal than I wouldβve gotten ANYWHERE else!!! Bev Smith Toyota is now my GO TO DEALER!! No matter where I am in the country!! These guys are AWESOME!!!! Special shout out to Brian and Pierre!!! Not only does Bev Smith Toyota get 5 stars!! These 2 gentleman do as well!! I REFUSE TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

Three months ago, I turned a GAP cancellation form to Mr. Luis Helguera. I also, turned a confirmation letter that my car was paid off for GAP insurance purposes. A moth after, I spoke with Mr. L Helguera, who confirmed that everything has been processed an I just have to wait for the reimbursement. Recently, a spoke with him again to ask him about the status of the reimbursement. I told me that nothing has been process and I have to do it again gaslighting that he didnβt told me anything. I asked to speak to a manager, Mr. Heguera abrasively told me that he was a manager, and when I asked to speak to the General Manager instead, to add insult to injury, he hung up on me.It is going to be a week since I send this email to the General Manager Mr. GonzΓ‘lez and I havenβt received any response for something that is my rights.
