Family like atmosphere with expert knowledge.I brought my 2004 sprinter here and they took amazingggg care of my baby. They were extremely knowledgeable about everything going on and answered all of my questions, they were on top of it from tiny things to blinker lights to the bigger things like replacing the drive shaft. They are wonderful people to talk to and deal with and have work on your van. Was done on time, were up front about the prices and were in constant contact if anything came up. I drive almost an hour one way from my home in stuart to have my work done by Eric and Dave. Eric is the most passionate person I have ever met about sprinter vans- and as a traveling musician with a band- it’s the only vehicle I can really use- and I need it to be dependable at all times. Recently we broke down on tour near Atlanta. Any breakdown is stressful and becomes especially stressful when you’re enroute to gigs and you’re not sure of what’s going on with road mechanics. Dave and Eric were in contact with the mechanic in atlanta to help diagnose and assist in anyway possible and more importantly checked in after we got back on the road to make sure we were safe and well. They put their all into it and it’s greatly appreciated by me and my band.

Very happy with the service I received at SVC!! It was time for service on my 06 and I also needed a couple of things fixed. Eric and his crew took care of my needs in a day and had my van serviced and fixed and back on the road. The money I saved using Sprinter Van City rather than going to Palm Beach and having my van down for possibly three days...Im a very happy customer! Give them a call or stop by. Do your Sprinter a favor and STAY AWAY! Will charge for work that was never done and return your van in worse condition than it was. We are still chasing problems from when we took a van here hoping to get a remanufactured engine put in. They told us a remanned engine would be put in, they never put said engine in, instead took bolts off the oil pan that were never replaced. Replaced the turbo, but also cut wires that weren’t broken. The repair done to said wires was a complete hackjob. The van still suffers from the same symptoms it has when we took it in: low power and oil consumption. And now the EGR doesn’t function. $5,000 we’ll never get back. Contact Million Mile Sprinter or Florida Van Man if you have real questions about your Sprinter.We brought our blue saloon here with 470,000 miles on it. He will say we were never here but we definitely were on behalf of a Gerker.

Never, never, never do business with this place. They will lie and cheat you. We bought a van from them last August and had them service it. We got there and had a $5000 Bill. Stuff we didnt ask to be done, and changing all fluids? Owner claims that is done before you buy the van. And arent repair shops suppose to call you before doing unauthorized work? I dont think they did it the work anyway. Then we moved out of State and the same exhaust issues and that def nozzle had to be replaced. About $7000 in repairs the first 10 months of owning the van. When I called to tell them I had to have the same work done that they did, I only got the run around. Heed my warning, or you may end up with an unhappy ending like I did.

So I took my van to Eric to get fixed honestly the negative reviews I don’t believe I was coming from pompano beach and this guy went the extra mile just to leave his plans and bare in mind this was after 5 turned around the next day don’t did the diagnostics and I knew what was wrong with the van he fixed it in a reasonable amount of time and I came up there and picked it up he is one of the most knowledgeable people Who knows about sprinters I would take it down to Miami and I was closer to there then ft pierce honestly you need someone who knows what they are doing with sprinters Eric and his staff are very friendly and I hope he can work on my sprinter for years to come

Very knowledgeable, we asked many questions based on our limited knowledge, Eric gave us great advice on things he said would help performance and those that he did not think needed to be done. Would definitely recommend to Sprinter van owners.
