This was my first time visiting this location was referred due to Walmart employees unable to replace my car battery located under the front passenger side crazy huh anyway I read the reviews some not so nice but some good as well and thought I will take my chances. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile from the woman who helped me she was pleasant sorry can’t remember the name but she liked my elf on the self key chain. I felt welcome by the pleasant staff. The inside itself could use a little makeover to it feel more warm and homey for the long wait but other than that I would use and recommend them 100%

First time using St. Lucie Battery and Tire. All I can say is, if youre not using them for your auto service, then youre not getting the absolute best service. Ive used other tire, and service centers when I lived in Alabama, but I have never gotten the hospitality, and service like I received from St. Lucie Battery and tire. Give them a try. You wont regret your decision.

I called to get my tires looked at and was told to come in at a specific time. When I came back, they had no idea what I was talking about. They were nice though.

Great service, friendly and reliable. Dropped my car off and they gave me a ride back home. When my auto work was completed they called to say my car is ready and then they picked me up and brought me back to the shop where I could pick up my car. The prices were certainly reasonable. I will use them again.

St. Lucie Tires and Batteries made dropping off my vehicle for an oil change and picking up very stress free. I appreciate the friendly staff. A place I have been more than once and will continue to go to for service of my vehicle.

1.5 hours to do a tire rotation. When it actually went in and was put on the lift... not a rotate and balance but just a rotation... almost 27 minutes. Put that man in piece work and watch him starve. Yes Ive done this a few thousand times in my lifetime as a mechanic and it literally takes less than 10 minutes. I tipped him $5.00 anyway because I do appreciate it, but seriously, you could have done an o&f, r&b in the time it took him to rotate.I remember now why I usually do this stuff myself. Maybe hes tired or is having a rough day...smh.

The beginning of the services, I can genuinely say, was excellent. I came in without an appointment, willing to wait however long it took, and the reception was very honest about the time it would take and very friendly they even did my service in less time than what I had anticipated, but when I went to pay, they told me they had placed a synthetic oil blend in my car when I specifically asked for conventional oil I understand synthetic is better last longer millage but never the less thats not what I asked for, and I was not consulted with before doing the change to synthetic oil this means I will no longer be able to use conventional oil in my vehicle I was very shocked and disappointed that they would take such decisions without first consulting the customer I can honestly say I will not be going back for fear of them doing things I didnt ask for, to begin with

Fast and courteousMy windshield wipers broke in the pouring rain and in 10 minutes I had a new pair, they were fully stocked so I didn’t have to go somewhere else to get them and they installed them. Great service.

Well I must say St. Lucie Battery & Tire saved me big time. I drove there from Texas to pick up a boat, 25’ cabin cruiser and was planning on hauling it back. I stopped there to have some new tires put on the trailer and I bought new springs from a local trailer company. The trailer guy told me that 1 of the springs was new and the others should have been changed, told me to avoid potholes on the way home. That really scared me but I couldn’t find anyone to change the springs.After explaining my spring situation to Brenda she talked to Justin and they decided to change them out real quick! Thank god because Justin pulled off one of the springs and it was broken! I may be exaggerating and overreacting whatever this could of 100% saved my life and Snipers (my dog) on the way home. 6500lb boat losing suspension could of been a catastrophe.Brenda Thank you for taking care of me when others couldn’t find time.Caitlyn I have much respect for you, I saw the way those customers treated you at the counter and you handled it like a Queen!Jacob Thank you for changing those tires and catching the old spare that was new but 15 years old!Justin I appreciate you taking care of those springs and getting me home safe! They did a great job, as always. The only reason for four stars rather than five it’s because I made the appointment for one location and showed up there early, only to find out that the girl I talked to on the phone made my appointment at a different location, and it was not the one that I wanted to go to. No one told me about the change in location. Fortunately, I was able to make it to the other store on time. This kind of thing is not usual for St. Lucie Battery and Tire, and I am going to believe that it was a one time slip. I’ll be back.
