Months ago I ask for the manager to call me four times never received a call called last week about a different issue waiting for return phone call and here it is late Monday. Very disappointed in the service there.

I have two Hondas one of which was purchased at this dealership. They are my preferred service location as their pretty close to my house. I have always trusted them until recently. My wife took our Odyssey in and they told her she needed four new tires. They showed her a picture of a service tech measuring the tread on the tires with the gauge in the yellow. I told my wife to pass on the tires and come home. I looked at them and they were worn but didnt look like they were ready to be changed. This same dealership had replaced my tires 1 year and 2 months ago. I took the van back up and told Andrew that these tires were still under warranty and if they needed to be replaced it would need to be done at a prorated rate. He went out and looked at the tires and said that they didnt need to be changed and that the other guys gauge must have been wrong. Its a pretty straight forward gauge that they use. Its more likely that they tried to hustle my wife. What if she had bought those tires when they told her she needed them? We would have been out of the money and no one would have batted an eye. I left a review, but no one ever contacted me which shows me the service manager either is used to ripping people off or they just dont care. Either way, Ill never take my cars there again. They have lost my trust.

Coggin Honda has always been nice and professional to me. Im on my second Honda with them and I have no regrets. I buy and service my Honda at the Fort Pierce location and my favorite service person is Steve. The service manager is also very nice and approachable. I am truly happy with my Honda and I highly recommend Coggin Honda!

The BEST dealership I ever went to and I wasnt even one purchasing the vehicle. My cousin was purchasing her 1st car and BRANDON LOOKENBILL & DAMIKO DAVIS made the process so smooth.
