Be careful with the manager of iaa forth pierceI just bought a car that supposed to run an drive when i get the car the sticker on the windshield was the white one that said car starNo the yellow one run and deive when i told to the manager he lied to me so be careful when you buy a car on this auction never buy a car on forth pierce branch again

I’m a dealer and purchased a few cars from this particular yard because it is local but on my recent purchase I bought a clean title running and driving vehicle so I thought when transport received vehicle was missing bumpers and wire harness under car was completely ripped in two and the car did not run because of this so before driver departed that yard I spoke with lady in front desk and they could not find my bumpers so I asked to reverse transaction and was told manager was not there but will be back on Monday and was very good at taking care of this type of situation well they where wrong they did not want to take responsibility for anything even though I was a good paying customer that has been doing business with them for 3 years now and won’t we doing anymore with them so I called buyer services they blew me off also they said they where not responsible for any missing parts my point is they are not customer oriented they are thieves and con artists do your homework and check vehicles for damages or missing parts prior to receiving and paying for them they completely lost my business manager didn’t care to do the right thing and even come to some sort of agreement and that says a lot even though I had pictures taken in there yard before my driver took off this situation could have been handled differently all damages was don’t by the forklift operator they remind me of a one time customer mechanic!😡
