As a full car carrier i was chased out of the carrier lot by an angry forklift driver. They have cars in the carrier lot taking up all the space. Barely had room to turn around to leave.

Purchased a car from this location same as the other location 400 rock rd. Called about picking up the car and the guy who answered the phone 3 times was very rude and wasn’t helpful at all very disappointed 2nd time buying from this location and I won’t be buying the 3rd time very nasty dishonest people and I buy from many different IAA yards and this one tops it customer service is not a priority to them!😡

As a used car dealer, we occasionally purchase vehicles here but prefer Copart insurance auction as it is easier to deal with them and they have a better selection and I think better pricing.
