On our arrival I was amazed at how we were greeted by the front desk receptionist, very helpful and inviting, I was in awe, of how beautiful the nail spa was set up. The architectural design was amazing for this type of setting, one of the best I’ve been to ever in Florida, and wherever I’ve ever lived. Kudos to the owners. All the employees seemed to love the atmosphere.Harley the nail tech was awesome, very attentive and very engaging in conversation. Her work was outstanding.I will definitely be coming back .

I really like the atmosphere. They offer free drinks. Everyone who’s done my pedicures are excellent, you have to pay extra for good massage on legs and feet. The massage chairs are wonderful.

I asked for a highly recommend nail tech named Triah, she listened to my peves with regular nail care and worked around them with ease. She took extra care making sure my polish didnt smudge on the way out. 100% Im gonna ask for her again, chatting her up was like talking to a college friend 😊.

Everyone adhered to the masking and there are barriers up to separate you from your nail artist.I had to leave a review because originally, I was a bit disappointed with the gel polish selection but everyone was very helpful in finding a color that was close to what I wanted. That’s good customer service that deserves recognition. I also wanted to give a shout out to Harry for his creativity and absolutely perfect mani and pedi. I wanted him to add a little flair on the ring finger and I was so pleased with how it turned out. Highly recommended! Will come again during my next visit!!

Such good customer service and I got exactly what I asked for. They were very flexible with scheduling, me and my mom both got in on the same night for both mani and pedis. It was very clean and a very beautiful shop and the price was very good. I cant stress how amazing my experience was It was so calm and the man who did my nails was so kind and didnt get upset when I moved my hands a million times lol. I loved it so much!

Jesmine and Yen are wonderful! Very professional, super clean and quality products. They are always friendly and spend the extra time to ensure you are happy with their work. I also want to make sure that that the other employees I didn’t mention get credit as well, because you can’t go wrong with any of them. They really do quality work! Oh and they offer drinks from their bar, which is nice for those mimosa days!

As a person who suffers from numerous medical feet issues; the pedicure I received from Jasmine was the best I ever had! She was so considerate of my medical issues and gently kept asking me if she was causing me any pain or discomfort as she gave me my pedicure. That kind of customer service was exceptional! The place is great, the employees are great! Very clean, friendly environment. But unfortunately our gels chipped after 2 days. They did make it right by inviting us back for a fix, but shortly after the fix, they all chipped again and nails were left in bridle thin condition.

My first experience here didn’t go as well as I had hoped. Fortunately, the manager Yen is absolutely amazing and made my next pedicure here great. She was able to get me and my friend in at a perfect time and gave us Ellie and Lily who catered to our needs and took their time to make sure we thoroughly enjoyed our pedicure. This is my 3rd time coming to VN Nails & the owner always greets me well! I got Kevin this time in my visit & I did a refill with him. He did a great job! My nails came out smooth, to the shape I wanted, & thin! The free drinks are the icing on the top!

I don’t know how Kevin managed to make my nails look as good as he did with how short my nails beds were. I have struggled with nail biting since I was a child and no one has ever actually made them look like I actually do have nail beds 😂 I was so embarrassed I cried the whole time quietly but he was professional and kind (I think he thought it was because it hurt). I will be going back often once I let these grow out so that I can actually see if his talent with designs is as amazing as his nail shaping.

I’ve been to many nail salons to try them out, and this one is the best of the best so far. Even though some of the nail technicians can’t speak much English, they still work things out perfectly 👍. Many beverages are also offered in the menu with no extra cost. I think I found the place to get fancy nails. Don’t have to wander anymore 😉

I started going to VN nails salon when they moved to their new location. The staff is very professional and just very kind and sincere. I’m happy to find a place that is so accommodating. They are open til 7pm and even on Sundays. With the busy schedule I have I appreciate the fact that I can still come in at any time. They have a full staff so it’s never hard to get an appointment. Their prices are reasonable with the spa like atmosphere. Love their spa chairs and all the special pedicures they have to offer. Even a full bar to give you that extra help to relax after a long day. I highly recommend this place. Great place for party groups and such. They accommodated my party of 5 with no problem at all. Overall I always have a pleasant time at VN nails. Please support your small local businesses during this trying time!

I came here because of the great pictures and reviews. I was underwhelmed, my nails are nowhere near what the picture looked like, or even the pictures they have to view on google. I liked the color, but the full set is thick, chunky, and lumpy. I have an appt to get them fixed today. I don’t think my nail tech was in the mood do to much, barely filed down the acrylic he caked on my nails. He also said, i don’t know why you looking at that nail, this finger is fatter than that one.... um ok?!...

One of the worst experiences at a nail salon. Tried it for the first time and it is my last time. Nail tech cut my finger, left me bleeding, applied nothing. She did not do as I asked for my tips, when I asked to correct she ignored me, shoved my hand into the light, and began speaking another language to the other staff. Blatant disrespect, disregard and flat out rude to me as the customer. Not to mention over priced to pay for a beautiful salon. When asked at check out how it was and I told them, just sorry. Didn’t offer to make it right; totally didn’t care. Nothing. I do not recommend.* edit/update: since I can longer give a review, I have to edit my original post. In response to Luis, no thank you for the offer.You had an opportunity to make it right at the salon and you did NOT! And I don’t appreciate you pretty much calling me a liar in your response below. The owner is very courteous, makes me feel comfortable and taken care of. The services she offers are great for relaxing and pampering which is great after being on my feet so long at work. This place is the one Im staying with.

I always pick ideas off of pinterest and they always exceed my expectations, or do their absolute best to get close to what I want. Yesterday I went with galaxy nails with a little alien! They came out awesome and Ive gotten so many compliments from my Instagram followers and co-workers. This nail salon is within walking distance of my house. It is clean and comfortable. Dana is excellent at waxing my eyebrows exactly the way I like them. Also their prices for all of their excellent services would be hard to beat. I give them my highest recommendation to include 5 stars.
